We stayed for a night with our 2 month old baby and had a lovely time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the pool was lovely and clean. Great breakfast, very good for people with allergies

No arrival drink offered the place was dead no atmosphere
Wasn’t told anything about the hotel and what it offered or directions
Room small and not the cleanest poor views from the room and very poor satellite tv blurred vision continually on the screen and old fashioned small tv
Breakfast was not even 1* poor choice cold sausages bacon etc
Staff not friendly
Would never ever stay there again
Overpriced and nothing to offer

Well what can I say this trip.

Javi, Inaki, Flor are the best you can get at this place. Such wonderful people. So professional and hard working.

There were around 70 ex footballers there on a golf week. Really lovely and respectful people.

Normally the bar is really really boring, but management aloud a band to play and so karaoke every night. Only for 90 mins or so, but was enough for me to have had a great time.

Big iceland wedding 100 people or so, such beautiful people they are. All very respectful,

Hotel is very pricey now, probably over priced in my opinion. But I’ve been coming here from the very early days.

But as well so so peaceful…

Well done to all the staff for making my week. 🙏

Great hotel

Great hotel with probably the best shower I have even used. The hotel had only been back open for two weeks and the bar and restaurant in the hotel was only open of an evening. if you wanted lunch you had to walk to the golf club bar which is a 5min walk away.

LaFinca Hotel is NOISE NOISE NOISE

Tree and bush cutting with petrol fumes engines, leaf blowers all day nowhere to have peace and quiet.

Full of flies that will not go away horrible.

Repeat background music all day and all night. Drives you mad.

No cushions on the room patio furniture, cannot sit on metal slats to hot. Pointless having them there.

Wifi rubbish, you have to login 50 times a day

No toilet hand soap cleaner in any toilets

Big party night before, toilets next morning unclean, no paper, no hand towels. Terrible.

Broken glass around the pool area. No clearners. Short staff.

Noisy petrol fumed golf buggies driving around all day dangerously close to guest

No cushions on sun beds very uncomfortable indeed.

Not enough umbrellas to shade from the sun 4 in total, 50 odd sun beds

Food boring and repetitive menu. Not good quality. Not 5 star at all.

Bar Staff are all very good and professional. Angela works so hard.

Spoke to management on check out and put forward all my issues he just shrugged his shoulders. Amateur.

The management who run this place need replacing, totally out of customer needs. Shame.

5 star hotel 2 star management.

A very pleasant stay.

Bright, airy modern hotel. Staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient. All rooms overlook either the pool or the golf course. Our first floor room was spacious and scrupulously clean. Fantastic power shower; could happily have stayed in it forever! Lovely big comfy bed. Loads of storage space.
At the buffet breakfast there was a wide range of options all beautifully presented.
The pool area is very well kept and the pool is huge. We made use of the padel courts. Tennis courts are available too.
Our only slight quibbles would be the variable wi fi signal, the tiny minibar fridge and the smallish balcony.
A classy hotel with a relaxed vibe. I would definitely go back.

25 minutes to check in. Same the last time I was here.
No tables around sun loungers to put your stuff on.
The decking is all lifting and dangerous, massive health and safety issue. Pool area and the upstairs terrace.
No waiters or services around pool area.
No food allowed around the pool even though there are pool area with tables.
Broken glass around pool area.
Sharp stones in the bottom of main pool and Children's pool,
Also black mould on the grouting in the pool, very unhygienic.
No towels, you have to go 300 mts mile to reception to ask.
No padding on sun loungers just a thin towel. Not comfy at all.
Sun loungers very small, feet hang over end, I'm average height. Towel does not cover the sun bed. What a Shame
Petrol mowers and golf buggies engine fumes all day.
Graffiti in toilets on walls. And grubby dirt on walls and floors.
Men all drinking at bar next to breakfast area, lots of noise not nice in the early morning.
Bar is so boring, it's like sitting in a clinic waiting room, very noisy from chairs scrapping around the stone floors. And expensive drinks for Spain. Nothing else around probably why so pricey.
Room service; Ham & Tomato sandwich €18:00 + €5 to deliver it. Total €23.00 not good is it.
Glass very dirty on balconies.
Bar staff nice and friendly
Rooms are nice and clean.
Food in bar area terrible over cooked and dry.
No wheelchair or pram access to pool area, all doors to -1 level are locked up

This is a nice hotel with good facilities

We stayed at this hotel for my daughters wedding. Our first impresssions were not great as the guy on reception checking my daughter and fiance in was very rude. The lady that was checking myself and husband in was very helpful. My daughter was having her reception there and I would have thought she would have got better treatment, after all there was over 100 guests for reception and most of guests stayed the night of wedding and like ourselves some stayed longer. The guy tutted and was very ignorant it was like it was too much bother to speak. He gave them no information about the facilities or never asked to help with their luggage and left this to lady that was checking us in. I think hotel should review their customer service.

Beautiful facilities and very relaxing

Perfect for a getaway in terms of facilities and location. The staff at the terrace restaurant are rude and abrupt which is inappropriate for an al la cart restaurant . Other than that it is beautiful and a must if you would like a break away from it all .

Lovely breakfast, beautiful views, relaxing swimming pool, a few bars and two or three restaurants in walking distance, but you need a car to get else where for the local beaches (I recommend guardamar and la marina) and go to torrevieja water front in the evening, it's got a lovely selection of bars/ restaurants and a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely Hotel and Room

The room and hotel was very good, the bad news was the hotel restaurant where the food quality was average at best. We had a meal on the terrace and chose the lasagne, which was tasted and looked like wallpaper paste !! Luckily there are excellent restaurants nearby which we used for the rest of our holiday.

We had a Superior room which was very good with a view over the pool area, the bad news was that we could hear our neighbours talking in the next room and when they used there hairdryer I was convinced they were in our room.

Also on a Saturday whilst we were there was a wedding at the Hotel and due all of the staff attending to the wedding the pool side bar was closed so you had to walk back to the hotel to the bar to get a drink not great for a 5 star hotel.

The pool area was very quiet with plenty of sun beds.
I thought it would have been a nice feature if the Barman had come around to the few people by the pool to see if any body wanted any more drinks as had hardly anything to do.

Family La Finca stay

After a disappointing start of receiving a call from the hotel stating we would need to be moved to their neighbour hotel we finally found a resolve and were given the junior suite. The suite was 5* with a huge bathroom area, double shower, sunken bath, vanity area. The service in the hotel in the main was very good particularly in the restaurant, slightly let down by the reception team. We would definitely stay here again

great holiday

I was a solo female traveller looking for a few days relaxation and sun. The hotel staff were very welcoming and made my airport transfer arrangements, organised my golf lessons and were able to assist with any other arrangements. The golf pro was super, but the driving range a bit tatty compared to other facilities and not under cover.
The food was wonderful with Al a carte or other options in the evening where you could eat on the outdoor terrace or in the bar. I would have liked to see more outdoor seating where light evening meals could have been eaten - the 2 or 3 tables outdoors where you could sit outside were for drinks really - although the staff were very nice and brought food to me when I asked but it is not really set up for that.
I also found the cost of water expensive in the hotel - and feel for a 5 star a complimentary daily bottle would have been a good touch.

Food very good. Service on the whole ok but service at breakfast was appalling. Staff completely ignored us. Only the egg chef showed any form of welcome. Also pool bar stopped serving food at 4. This was not clear and they actually turned guests away.

Hotel needing a maintenance team to go round and sort the paintwork.

Not a 5 star hotel.

Very nice hotel - bedrooms are well above average hotel standard. Best for a chill-out-get-away-from-everything-break. And a bonus if you like golf! Bar and restaurant very quiet, although we found plenty of places within locality, but if you want to get out and about you will need a car.

Good Hotel for Everyone

This is the 5th time we have stayed at the Hotel and we have always had a pleasant stay. The food in the past has been fine but is now better and the staff customer service is impressive.

The Hotel does own other sites in the area and we had dinner at one of the other restaurants which was very good. The Hotel could probably do more to advertise the other sites to visit.

We will stay at La Finca Golf again!

5 Star Hotel? 2 Star Service!

This is an extremely modern and contemporary business hotel located on a recently built golf course. Whilst the standard of accommodation and facilities may live up to the hotels 5 star rating, the atmosphere is very clinical and the level of service from hotel staff and location of the hotel is poor. Simple requests such as being served a drink by the hotel pool were refused by hotel staff which meant a long walk from pool side back into the hotels main bar. Also wheelchair / disabled access to certain parts of the hotel such as the pool is very poor and service from staff is very inattentive and lacks the 5 star experience you would expect.

I do not play golf so I can't really comment on the quality of these facilities, however, I did have a good walk around the resort and there is a lot of unfinished construction work. The hotel is located next to a partly developed residential area which is very quiet but is also quite a distance from any restaurants, shops, or areas of interest.

I am sure this resort will be very good when the construction work is completed and the hotel management have a better understanding of how to deliver a good service experience. However, I will not be visiting this hotel again any time soon.

ultra modern golf spa resort. great during hot summer months as hotel is less busy-too hot for golfers to play. room great with outside area/massive wet room shower. great food but a little expensive.
NEGATIVES: for a five star hotel staff appeared a little in-experienced.no tea/coffee in room,no english film channels or pay movies on tv.bar ran out of my drink.I was only there for 5 days and i dont drink alot.

If you are looking for a few days of solitude relaxing by the pool then this is the place for you.

Superfint hotell med alla tänkbara faciliteter. Vi spelade golf och padel men besökte inte spa. Jättegod frukostbuffe och god mat både i mexicanska restaraurangen och i clubhouse. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Vi planerar redan nästa resa hit.

Undgå spa og massage

Vi havde en mildest talt dårlig oplevelse med den massage vi fik. To unge og ihvertfald ikke uddannede massører smurte os ind i olie og kaldte det massage. Hotellet var tilsyneladende godt klar over det men valgte det til trods at vi naturligvis skulle betale de 2*65 Euro. Sørgeligt

El hotel dispone de todas las comodidades para el cliente, mi única pega que ya me importunaba antes, y ahora que soy madre me molesta más, es que el acceso directo a la piscina, está muy lejos, y si encima vas con carro de bebe y te Dan la habitación 2215 estás perdido ya que te toca dar una vuelta interesante, debería haber un acceso directo en cada torre del hotel

Prachtig en Landelijk gelegen Modern Golf Hotel

Dit is een top hotel, zeker en vast voor de buurt een topper, en met uitbreiding de hele regio. We werden fantastisch ontvangen, hoog VIP gehalte , met een lekker fris glaasje cava, en ook de ontvanst was super hartelijk en aangenaam. Het is een vrij nieuw hotel, en de kamers zijn echt fantastisch ingericht, zeer modern, van alles voorzien en mooie opbouw van ruimtes. Ons verlof was in de maand januari, en hebben een superieur kamer genomen, dit zou ik ook echt aanraden in de wintermaanden. Zeer mooi, maar vooral het terras geeft uit op het zuidwesten, wat u de hele namiddag zon geeft en mooie uitkijk op de Golf. Was echt heerlijk. De andere en gewone kamers lagen de hele namiddag in de schaduw, en is misschien enkel leuk in de snikhete periode. Ontbijt was ook geweldig. Omelet a la minute klaargemaakt, lekkere Nespresso koffie, fruitsappen en zeer goede Rosé Cava.

Mooi luxe hotel, maar heel erg stil

We hebben 10 dagen in dit hotel gelogeerd. Mooi hotel, zeer mooie badkamer, en het personeel was heel erg aardig. Echter, het was er zo stil, ik lag soms alleen of met maar 3 of 4 mensen aan het zwembad. Er was 's-avonds ook geen vertier, als je rust zoekt, is dit het perfecte hotel. Maar als je wat reuring zoekt, dan is dit niet het juiste hotel.
