The stay does not include breakfast, but there are snacks available for purchase, and there’s a McDonald’s just down the street. The location is excellent, close to everything and surrounded by local restaurants, polar museum, sauna & cold plunge, magic ice bar, all within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend!

Modern budget hotel right in the centre of Tromso.
Rooms are small but if bedding down is all you need.. perfect. No thrills, but all good for a few days. Clean and warm.
Food and drink options available 24/7 in reception.
Hotel is in a excellent location in the city centre with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants including the Hard Rock all a few metres as way.
Great for a base to explore Tromso especially if you want to try to save a few pounds in this beautiful but expensive city.

close to major atteactions so walking is very feasible. near affordable restauranta. tip. most establiahmenrs are closed or operate with shorter hours on Sundays. they have a laundry facility ! get yourself booked to use the facility ( first come first served) as the usual cycle takes around 5 hours for one cycle of washing and drying. worth 9 kr per load - is a game changer for travellers.

The hotel is relatively cheap and cheerful by tromso standards so in a lot of ways you get what you pay for… it does represent better value than most.
Unfortunately I couldn’t reduce the room temperature as low as I’d of liked so it was too warm over night, this was not the case in all rooms though.
Beds are fairly small with a thin mattress, I slept ok from that perspective but it’s something to consider.
Doing northern lights tours so getting in late at night I was quite glad I’d chosen a hotel that didn’t have breakfast included.

Erken geldiğimiz için erken checkin yapmak istedik, olumsuz yanıt aldık. Valizlerimizi koyacağımız yeri sorduk ve gittiğimizde arkadaşım kapıyı açamadı. Gidip yapamadığımızı söyledik ve resepsiyonda duran erkek hiç yardımcı değildi. Bir daha kalacağım bir otel değil.

The only one less point from me is that there are no kettles in the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to get hot water to make tea or a hot drink.

For a 3 star hotel, its pretty good! The rooms would max accommodate 2 people, perfect for 1 person. They are pretty basic, theres soap and towels in the bathrooms but no other toiletries.

There are no food and drink ameneties in the room, you need to go to reception for that.

Check in and out is done via a tablet and it is very easy and quick, staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Situated strategically in the city centre and close to all the meeting points for activities, ferries, restaurants and shops.

Very few cleaning days though, and when they don't clean the fourth day as they are supposed to its not nice. Had to ask twice in the reception and waited until thw 6th day before it was done

Absolutely superb hotel. Considering this was classed as a budget hotel it was fantastic. Location is just the best about 3 mins walk to the harbour and literally in the centre of the city. Rooms were lovely and warm and very clean nd modern. Staff were super friendly. Lobby area was great could get free coffees and a really chilled out vibe to sit and chat etc

We did get there at 1.30pm and knew check in wasnt until 3pm.. so left our bags and went out n about. Came back at 3pm only to be told room not available yet, no manager to speak with and no idea when rooms would be ready. Eventually pushed (as we had trip booked for the evening) and fonally got rooms 5.20pm. Not very well managed and by this time we seemed to be only 2 couples still not in our rooms!

Perfect location in central Tromsø. The staff are amazing and accommodating. There were some issues, including a broken TV frame and light switches. Additionally, cleaning the room once every 4 days and charging for extra towels and bed sheets under the guise of “sustainability,” even though the cheapest motels in the US do so daily, is a disappointment for a hotel of this level.

Not worth the money, will avoid this brand of hotel in the future.

Heaven forbid you’re in a room on the south side of the building. There’s a nightclub outside that will keep you up all night. The walls were very thin…you can hear doors slamming all through the night and people talking in the room next to you. They aren’t very clean and you can’t control the temperature so very hot as well.

If you plan on staying longer than a night go somewhere else because it’s unlikely you’ll have a good rest here.

Nice hotel but need to be floor 4 or higher otherwise street noise is a lot. Offer a microwave in reception (but it did break) and hot water (if empty ask and they will refill) .

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my stay and to request appropriate refund or compensation, as the issues I experienced significantly affected my comfort and the quality of my stay.

At the time of making my reservation, there was no indication that the room assigned to me would be an accessible (disabled) room. Upon arrival, I was given such a room, including a bathroom designed for accessibility. As a guest who does not require an accessible room, this was unexpected and unsuitable. Despite raising this concern at reception and requesting a room change, I was informed that this would not be possible.

In addition, the bathroom lighting was malfunctioning, with continuous flickering that caused discomfort and made the bathroom unpleasant to use. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved prior to assigning the room.

Furthermore, the room temperature was inadequate. The heating system appears to be centrally controlled, preventing guests from adjusting the temperature beyond a fixed limit. Although there is a radiator in the room, it is locked and does not provide sufficient heating. The room relies mainly on a ventilation or air-conditioning system, which was ineffective.

At the time of my stay, the room temperature was 19.6°C, while the outdoor “feels like” temperature was approximately -17°C. When I reported this to reception, I was informed that the hotel operates with a fixed temperature setting and that any increase occurs ver

Room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely, the floor was always warm. Staff were friendly and helpful and though we chose not to use it the bar and breakfast area were all well stocked. Great location for walking around Tromso and accessing pick up locations for tours. The street outside was noisy though this was only on the Saturday night, the rest of our stay through to Tuesday was quiet.

Staff were nice. Room was defiantly not comfortable. Beds are super tiny. Bathroom was awkward (shower hits the toilet so water goes everywhere. Pillows had lumpy clumps of cotton. Room never cleaned. We asked for extra pillows - the 2 we got were worse than the original 2. States you can drink the room water - but no cups provided and defiantly cant fit your bottle in the sink to fill up. Overall it's a \"comfort express.\" If your a young single traveler on a budget this place is perfect
