The room was clean, a bit outdated but still worth the stay. Very comfortable beds. Had all essentials needed in the room. There were so many options in breakfast during weekdays and weekends. The pool is indoor and was very clean. Staff so helpful and kind. Im definitely staying there again when i need to travel to San Antonio!

Some of the art work was damaged and drawn on but overall looked okay. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically for the eggs and bacon normal breakfast in the morning but they had this weird mystery meet that looked like pulled pork and bbq sausage that neither one were breakfast food/meet and was a bit sad to start my day like that.

Dumbbells ellipticals and treadmills in the fitness room. Even airport traffic wasn't much of a bother at this nice facility.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was nice. Never felt unsafe leaving my car in the parking lot.

We were in room 103 which is right next to a side entrance and the exit/entrance to the stairs. The sound of those two doors slamming went well passed 11pm.

The bathroom had an awkward layout which made getting in and out difficult. There were also cracked tiles around the toilet/shower that moved when you walked on them. The bathroom sink leaked water, ever so slowly, onto the floor. We didn't discover this till everyone was getting ready for bed, so we didn't ask for a room change. Just used the trashcan to catch the water.

The fridge had no working light. There were two light options in the room: all the lights on, or just a lamp.

With parking and taxes, it was $207 and change for the night. We chose this hotel because it was the only one that included breakfast and was near our destination. We will need to return to the area at the end of February, but will be looking for a new hotel.

Front desk was friendly although, One lady didn’t come to the front until I called the phone at the front desk.
Breakfast was at 7:00 and I started making a waffle at 6:59 with my other half and the lady was rude and made a comment to us, even though the other lady showed us how to use the stuff.
The pool was closed all weekend . A guy painted and then after that the water look all filmy and they opened it back up . 2 days out of my stay the water had to get turned off for “routine maintenance “ for hours . We just wanted a nice vacation, the room was great and so was the area . But the hotel service in those areas were lacking .

They were very friendly and helpful when we needed things. Room was clean and they alway got us the things we needed. Loved how we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our Tv we went down to tell them. It was amazing how the maintenance guy came up and took the time to explain how to get it to work. He even left us an extra remote in case it happened again. It was a great experience. Their pillows and beds were also comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

All was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff cleaning the room went over and above. Liked the breakfast spread. Wonderful place for a five night stay.

The one thing that was annoying for sleeping was the flashing green lights almost above the bed. I’m assuming it’s a CO2 detector. It is like being on the airport runway.

This place was terrible from the start. The indoor pool was closed and we were told to walk across the parking lot to a neighboring hotel to use theirs. The bath tub in our room was filthy, the couch has huge rips in the cushions and my daughter ended up with looked like SEVERAL bed bug bites. The breakfast was awful.

Very strange trip check in go to room piece of poop on the floor next to the toilet pee splatters on the floor big water of toilet paper. Pick up the poo go back downstairs and was told my option was that room a room that had wet carpet or my money back took the room with wet carpet. Everything was great. The tub could have been hit in the corners and under the shelf with some bleach but honestly, miniscule issue. The eggs were awesome. The culture items were great to experience. Check in is at 3pm we checked in at 5pm and went to our room and room was not ready had maintenance working on toilet. Was given a new room on 4th floor and people on 3rd floor were hitting our floor because our 1 year old was being too loud with her foot steps? It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Terrible breakfast, horrible service and fire ants

I called 2 months in advance to book a 1st floor room. As we’re approaching the hotel, I call, get I think her name was Veronica, it would have been the front desk agent who worked 10/10/25 when we checked in around 3:30-4:30. 1st phone conversation, I was on hold for over 8 minutes, hung up. 2nd time, got her again, she transferred me to the Spanish customer service line. I don’t speak Spanish and my inquiry would have been best resolved by the direct hotel.

Upon arrival, she checked our family in. Looked and acted just as miserable as her over the phone service. $4.95 per night for parking, FYI. No rooms on the 1st floor.

The breakfast was horrible. The service was horrible. One of the ladies who served breakfast came over to berate a customer trying to use a waffle maker telling him that he’s breaking the machine! Then, took it from him to do it herself. I was standing right next to him and he wasn’t sure how to use it, but he wasn’t breaking it as she implied.

Also, while my daughter was pouring juice, the server stood there watching her, then tried to tell me what was wrong while I was helping my other kids. The problem is she couldn’t communicate with me because she didn’t speak English, and 2nd, rather than stand there and stare at my daughter, why not help her?

The pool had fire ants around it. I’ll leave it at that.

Asked for extra towels and was told before I could get more I had to return the dirty ones.

Poor job Hilton.

The detachable shower head didn’t work and the couch has so many holes with the stuffing hanging out. Some of the blankets have spots and stains. The elevators were not stable, the trash cans in the hall way were always full and smelled. The floors in main areas were always dirty. Trying to inform staff about this via text they initiated, I never received a response and the front desk staff did not care when I tried to let them know. Wish I could get a full refund for this entire stay.

Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues. Check-in time is very strict. I've never experienced this with any hotel especial Hilton, but you literally can not check in until exactly 3, on, the, dot. Not a minute earlier. Which was quite an inconvenience for our family.

Our room had two phones but none of them working. There was a crack in the widow and cracks all through out the hotel room ceiling. Some pieces of the tile flooring were coming up in the closet/bathroom. There were large roaches outside and my kids also ran into a couple of them while swimming in the pool. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed. This is a Hilton property and I expected more than this. My mother reserved 2 rooms. Both of our rooms had ripped/torn carpet as well as the sofa being ripped. No pot, no can opener in my room. My parents had to change rooms. It was a lot of things missing in the room. No conditioner. They had no shelves in the refrigerator. No pool towels.

My experience with this hotel was extremely poor, trashy. Not at all what I would have expected from a Hilton hotel. The wallpaper in the bathroom was torn and falling off, the couch cushions and pillows were torn and had holes in them, the carpet was torn, there was big roaches in the shower/bathroom, the bed sheets were stained, the pillows were limp, looked old and extremely used. I requested to be transferred to another room that had even worse conditions then the previous room my family was assigned to.
The staff and free breakfast buffet were the only things that made it worth staying there.
I will NEVER be staying at this location again, not even sure I'll be staying at a Hilton hotel again, Marriot has NEVER given me this horrible of an experience.

Property has not kept up maintenance. There needs to be upgrading on furniture in room and in common areas. Additionally, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every foot step and conversation. We had a noisy upstairs guest who was jumping and stomping from 6 pm - 1 am. We asked hotel staff for help and they said no. Another guest complained about same issue and front desk said there is nothing they could do about it. Additionally, there is a $4 charge to park In a regular open hotel lot and you have to give them your license plate number. I usually enjoy staying at Hilton hotels but this was not the best experience.

I called before booking the room and was told the pool was open so I booked the room. We arrive 45 minutes later only to find out the pool is NOT open. Now we have 2 upset kids stuck in a room that the air conditioner was barely blowing. We all get to sleep and the fire alarm goes off at 12:40a.m. We then had to gather the kids and head down the 4 flights of stairs only to get to the bottom and find out it was a false alarm.

Not enough towels in stock

We had reservations for 5 in a room that slept 6. Once we checked in we noticed only 2 bath towels. We asked for additional towels and were told they were completely out of towels and we would have to check back the next day after housekeeping had a chance to finish laundry. I was shocked that a major chain hotel would be completely out of towels for guests. I’ve never seen that before. Staff were friendly and apologetic about it and tried to make things but it took a while to finally get towels the next day. They were at or near capacity it seems but that’s not an excuse for not being properly equipped to provide basic needs for guests. No extra pillows were available either and each queen bed only had 3 pillows. Disappointed with Hilton to say the least.

Should not have to pay for parking when you have a room. I had a parking pass at onestop which is right next to the hotel. Paying for parking is new for this hotel. I told the young lady i have a parking pass at 7pm and if i could park my truck for a couple hours. Nope, i still had to pay parking. So i wont stay here again. Plenty of hotels that dont make you pay for parking when you stay at the hotel. Also, does that mean if you have a local friend come over they pay for the hour or two they are their also.
