They say they have a breakfast but granola bars and coffee barely is one. My husband thought the room smelled like puke but I did not smell it. It did have a really nice walk in shower. The reason such a bad rating is for the \"advertised breakfast\" and the smell. It seemed clean and I did like the shower.

Be aware！no complimentary shuttle after 11pm，after hour they charge $15 for less than 1mile ride. Uber ride only $10bucks.
Dont expect breakfast even your reservation said it is included，theres literally nothing to eat but coffee. False advertising.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. The only downside of this stay was how dark the room was; it felt like a cave. Not enough lights, and one light switch seemed broken...alternatively, two broken light bulbs may have been the culprit.

There is an airport shuttle but they charge more to keep your car than the Airport Security Parking across the street (which has a free airport shuttle). Also, the ASP parking is much safer than this hotel’s. The room was relatively clean. The staff was moderately friendly. I did not feel exceptionally safe at this hotel but nether did I have any incidents.

Went to room. Smelled like stagnant water. Room 214. Wife didn’t feel safe and we didn’t stay there even after paying. Management was outside talking to cops.

Don’t stay here. No room key available, roaches inside, smelled like cigarette smoke inside, when I asked about why my non smoking room smelled like smoke. They just replied with we can spray it. Crack heads outside the place and it’s dirty inside. I had to rebook another hotel elsewhere. Pay the extra buck somewhere else!

Room was terrible, TV visual terrible, MOLD in bathing area, wanted to call in heath officials. Dead crickets in room worst room, in all my stays at any days Inn.... i would never stay at a Days Inn holtel. As a pastor of a church, i would recommended that our parishioners dont stay.
The problem was not rectify after lodging my complaints. I asked for a manager only to be told that would only happened the next day. Personally i would lije a refund.... i was so tired all i could do is sleep to wake up to MOLD in the tub.

The property was clean but I was put in room 126 and it was filthy and stinky the carpet was filthy and stinking the TV only got 4 channels my girl friend who I came to visit refused to spend the night with me in the room after two nights the next morning I went to the front desk and asked to be moved I brought the employee who was on duty and showed him how horrible room 126 really was he agreed and moved me to a much cleaner room 120 and TV showed lots more channels then room 126 the person who check me in the night i checked in never made eye contact with me he had very poor customer service and very unprofessional

For 60 bucks, not bad at all, however, some things could be improved.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was polite but there was zero privacy to verifying my information. There was a gentleman talking to me in the lobby, friendly but I could have done without him hearing my entire phone number and my room number. These are things I'm used to front desk concealing. How about, is the phone number we have ending in xxxx a good number or when I sign have me verify then and showing me my room number on instead of announcing it to the lobby. As a single female traveler this is very concerning.
I was also placed in the room next to the exit. I only had about 5 hrs to rest before my flight but I heard everyone coming in and out, everyone getting ice, using vending machine and bc the parking lot is so small someone was actually parked directly outside my window. These are things that should be given some consideration to the traveler.
But, the room was clean , shower pressure was good and staff were polite.

Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee/tea. It’s better than nothing though and honestly the granola bar and coffee were both pretty good. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 3. The beds/pillows were very comfortable also and we all slept well all 3 nights of our stay. The shower had good pressure, but seemed like soft water which irritates me but it is what it is. The bathroom did have a vent which I appreciate as many hotels do not have this feature. The staff was great. All things considered, I would stay here again. For the price, I feel like it was more than adequate for our needs.

the room never got cold, and we had it on the lowest temperature. there was NO breakfast included, nor did the guy working the front desk inform us when breakfast time was. there was zero food in the morning due to whatever they had being EXPIRED since october! there was no apology or effort to make things right. we will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We arrived late due to two delayed flights. My husband and I just wanted to get to the hotel to shower. As soon as we got to the room, he went to start the water and there were multiple roaches of different sizes crawling around. The room was old and disgusting. Being there for a max time of 15 minutes, we immediately called Expedia and told the front desk we were leaving. They offered us another room but with an infestation like that, we know they must be in other rooms. The room had a hole in the side of the wall next to the bed.

They refused to give us a refund for the room.

Also, they don't have free breakfast. Only granola bars and coffee. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's such a scam. We had to shake out our close and shoes because we were so grossed out.

After booking the hotel that offers free breakfast, I then receive an email stating the \"free Breakfast\" is only the following items:

1. Coffee
2. Tea
3. Juice
4. Prepacked items (Granola bars, etc.)

Just be prepared that if you are booking that this is not the continental breakfast offered by MOST hotels that offer free breakfast. During my stay the only offered granola bars. Had i know that based on the listing, I probably would have booked somewhere else.

Over all, I liked this hotel: nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable price. However, the amenities were misrepresented. Coffee or hot water plus granola bars is not \"breakfast.\" (They did send a notification email about this, but only after the reservation was made, and it implied that there was a greater choice of beverages.) In addition, an in-room coffee/tea maker was promised and not provided.
