There are many great boutique hotels in Orient Bay Village, but run don’t walk to palm court! The rooms is large amd comfortable with great AC and a full kitchen with plates and glassware. The pool area is beautiful and the beach and restaurants are a very short walk. Anne at reception is a delight!

This is a tropical oasis on the beach. Beautiful gardens and rooms are very well kept. Ti Palm restaurant on the property is gourmet dinning on the patio. No problems or interruptions felt like we had the pool all to ourselves. Highly recommended. MERCI.

Hotel is less than 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of dining options. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and service was impeccable. We dined at Ti Palm (on-site restaurant) and it was superb. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

First time in Saint Marten and absolutely loved our stay at Palm Court. The hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette and large balcony. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of croissants , cereal, breads, cheeses, yogurts and fruit. The ladies at breakfast and the front desk were very friendly and hospitable. The beautiful beach is a minute walk and there are several beach bars with scrumptious lunch choices. Hotel provides beach towels and beach chairs at one of the bars. For the evening, the Village has a variety of restaurants with different cuisines. Again, this is a minute walk. We didn’t have a rental car but the hotel does have parking if you do. Front desk got us taxis very quickly and we visited Grand Case , Maho Brach ets. Palm Court Residence Hotel surpassed every expectation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Palm Court was a perfect choice for a couple of days in Orient Beach. The nearby restaurants are some of my favourite in the island and the complimentary beach club access was a welcomed surprise.

The room and staff were very nice. I didn’t like the extra charges for breakfast. Other properties we stayed at in the area didn’t have these extra fees. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I didn’t like the distance to the complementary beach lounge chairs. The beach guy servicing the complementary beach chairs was not friendly or accommodating. It was obvious that he would have preferred a paying customer . He treated us like second class customers.

We lived the area , walked everywhere. So many food options and very short walk to beach, like 3 minutes. Only downside was this listing said breakfast included , it was continental, eggs and bacon were 7 euros extra. We had a cook top so we just bought a couple dozen eggs and cooked our own. The other thing was they listed laundry facilities and there were none, laundry service yes but 7.0” euros per piece meant we did laundry in the sink. The listing needs to be changed to continental breakfast invluded and laundry service available. Other than that it was sufficient. Comfortable bed , balcony with lounger and table with 2 chairs. Only down side was the couch was more of a footing and not comfortable, still a good place given the rest of the pluses,

I think that more visible garbage disposals should be located around the property. Also, at times you see buggs flying in the room and small centipide worms and ants. Pesticides to keep those insects should be used on a monthly basis due to the wadm weather.

Palm Court was a delight. Easy to move around. Everuthing just steps away. Tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable beds. We even had double sinks in the bathroom (which I learned is unique to the first floor) We will stay at Palm Court again

Can't say enough great things about my experience at Palm Court. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and will certainly be back. The hotel is truly quality over quantity. small and simple with everything you could possibly need, done extremely well. Orient Bay Beach is a 2 min walk away and during that short walk, you'll pass 10 great restaurants, a couple bakeries and convenience stores. Easy access to everything and plenty to do but still not overly crowded.

Many places to dine in easy walking distance. Also a small grocery store in walking distance. The beach is just a couple minutes walk from hotel. The staff arranged for my taxi to airport upon my departure. Would love to come back to Palm Court and explore more island options.

We stay at Palm Court every year, sometimes twice a year. Ann, the manager is so kind and accommodating! The hotel has a new French restaurant on site, Ti Palm, that is simply amazing. Breakfast is free as are two chairs and an umbrella at Wai Plage restaurant/bar on Orient Bay which has the best food and drinks! The hotel is clean, quaint, and about 1/4 mile from the beach, across the street from Orient Village and ALL the fantastic restaurants. A small grocery store is steps away. We already have our next reservation booked!

The staff and the property deserve 100 stars!! It was true paradise. The grounds were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site,Ti Palm, that was marvelous! The pool was great and refreshing. The staff were so kind and friendly! The location was a 3 minute walk to one of zee best beaches with so many amazing restaurants. This is the French side of the island yet everyone spoke English. We are so happy we visited the Palm Court to celebrate my partner’s 60th birthday. We will return! Merci to Anne and her wonderful staff!

This is a beautiful & clean property that has just the right amount of amenities & very close to the beach and all local restaurants. Rooms are huge, clean and amazing (just enough supplies for snacks and light cooking). The ONLY thing I would add is some protein @ breakfast buffet (cottage cheese, peanut butter, boiled eggs or almond butter) & maybe a sliced tomato or cucumber for people who cannot eat fruit. Otherwise their breakfast was actually delicious & omelets are available for an extra fee.

We loved our stay here. The property is wonderful. Great large rooms overlooking the pool and hotel restaurant. We wanted a balcony but ended up on the ground floor which was a blessing. It was very private and had direct access to pool and restaurant. The restaurant is highly rated and a nice atmosphere. The location to the beach and restaurants in the village was awesome. We had five wonderful meals. We rented a car but never used it - that’s how much we liked our location, the beach, and the restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice rooms with good bedding. Have a refrigerator, microwave, hob, and basic cooking utensils. Biggest problem was the water was off for part of my stay. This hotel is an easy walk from Orient Beach. It is also within easy walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery. The room was spacious, clean, and close to the pool. The only negative issue we had was the newly opened restaurant at the hotel was in across the pool from our room, and the noise became excessive late in the evening. We were told the restaurant would close by 10 PM. This was not the case. The noise continued until well after the closing time. I will contact them and ask if they have corrected this problem before booking a stay there in the future.

Owner/manager Ann(e) is outstanding. We were actually booked in another Orient Bay accommodation, which turned out to be full of problems. We were able to book alternative accommodation at Ann(e)'s Palm Court Hotel in Orient Bay. The facility is flawlessly run – from the room furnishings, the beds, the cleanliness, the pool, breakfast, and most importantly the owner/manager. We had to leave our prior [bad] accommodation at 11am, and even though normal check-in time at Palm Court is not until 4pm, Ann(e) graciously permitted us to check in at 11am. This allowed us to fully enjoy our transition day, and NOT have to throw away any of our perishable groceries. We go to St. Martin every year, and we will definitely be staying next year with the Palm Court Hotel in Orient Bay.

The property and staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice but the problem was the lack of water throughout the day-there was running water only a few hrs a day-that’s not fair when people go there to relax(especially after going to the beach ). This was our sixth stay in this location at various properties. It’s been 7 years since our last trip but it far exceeded our expectations. The Palm Court has been completely renovated and the rooms and location are perfect. 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to everything else you need. Some of the best food and wine we have ever had. The whole Orient Bay Village is amazing and the perfect beach get away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful beach, great hospitality and amazing food! We will be back for sure!
