The only change that would make this place super amazing would’ve been changes in the Furniture to something more modern really needs an updete! The rug was falling apart in places TV is from 1980’s and some of the glue coming undone in the furniture pieces

Unfortunately, most of the time there was no hot water in the shower. At best the shower was warm in the morning but after this, nothing.
The rooms do not irons and boards and also do not have any that can be provided so any clothing needs to be send externally even just to be ironed.
There is a coffee pod machine and on arrival there were some coffee pods. These however were never replenished during our stay.
Bath robes also provided but were taken and never replaced on the second day.
Filtered coffee wasn’t bad and the bar man did a decent Caipirinha on the rooftop bar.
Relative to other hotels in the city this one certainly shouldn’t be first choice. Maybe if they cut the room price by half.
Choose Best Western Premier or even Mercure for a better service.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, the premium rooms have a great view of the ocean, the elevators works well and have plenty of space so you don't have to wait much and the security of the hotel it's pretty good as well, 3 guards on all times.
Now the cons : The breakfast food it's decent but the service always missing cups for coffee or you have to go search your own forks, the coffee not much variety, the \" cappuccino \" or moka that's just a chocolate milk so it's that or black coffee.
For the rooms, the water pressure was great in the shower but for the toilet, it was horrible, nothing more than water will pass through.
I don't know if we were unlucky or it's the floor that we stayed in but the WiFi wasn't working at all we contact the service 4 times and no matter what they did or said it was disconnecting and reconnecting every minute due to lack of signal.
The roof pool looks amazing in the photos, but it's definitely deceiving in reality, the water is gross, if you touch the walls they're going to leave you with traces of green goo and the deepness of that pool it's 1 meter.
Other than that Maceio it's a great place to visit if you're searching a nice quiet clean water beach in Brazil.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful to someone who does not speak much of the native language. My room was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the facility was well taken care of. The location was perfect for ease of access to beach, dining, shopping, connection to tour services. The rooftop pool was a nice size and well laid out to have a little personal space in a very public area.

If you don't speak Portuguese, don't stay here. Nobody speaks English or Spanish and nobody is willing to help you. Hospitality is the last thing you'll find here. One of the days, nobody even came to clean the room. I had to go down every day because my keycard wouldn't work. I had to go down every other day to pick up clean towels. The WiFi only works in the room or lobby, no service at all as soon as you step outside of your room. They charged me a bed charge for having coworkers come over. What's the point of having a suite for 2 people?There are plenty of hotels near by, no need to stay here.

Hotel vende ideia de ser de alto nível e não é. Não há funcionários atenciosos, ninguém o recebe na porta nem sequer explica onde é o estacionamento (mesmo não havendo manobrista), o que deixa os hóspedes perdidos. O quarto não condiz com as imagens de divulgação, não havia sequer o tapete e a luminária lateral da cama no quarto real, apenas na foto. Cama não tem nem cabeceira, toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade bem mediana. Ou seja, é um hotel que poderia ser NO MÁXIMO 3 estrelas e nunca além disso. Única coisa bonita e razoável do hotel é a piscina. De resto, é extremamente over rated.

hotel não corresponde, nem de longe, ao que é propagado na internet. O hotel se diz 5 estrelas, mas não chega nem a 3. O quarto (\"premium\") é ruim, com uma televisão com menos de 10 canais, produtos de banheiro horríveis, cama sem cabeceira e sem abajures. A piscina da cobertura fica tocando PAGODE e FUNK o dia inteiro, na maior altura, criando um ambiente de boteco, completamente inapropriado para famílias e pessoas que querem tranquilidade. O café da manhã é abaixo da crítica, com pouquíssimas opções de pão (pão francês velho) e tapioca ruim. Enfim, não vale a pena se hospedar.

We booked this room for a three day get away recently hoping to get some rest and relaxation in a five star hotel. The location was pretty good. Staff was nice although they offered no upgrades. Paid or not paid.
My issue with this hotel was actually with the sterile looking room accommodations. All white. No decorations at all and they had the feel of a hospital room. Not the kind of space you want to hangout in when in vacation. At all. On American standards the hotel would be like a $39.00 motel. I was going to say super 8 or Ramada but their rooms I think are nicer. I will say that the shower was super good. Hot and strong water pressure.

This hotel has gone downhill compared with four or five years ago. One of the three elevators was not working and the hotel was full, hence a very poor elevator service with many using the service staircase! The hotel now appeals to a different level of client with corridors 'full of screaming' children. Certainly appeals to younger families but as an older couple we were left disappointed. For some reason not apparent to us the restaurant was empty in the evening and given the shortage of good places to eat locally was surprising to us......finally the wi fi was very hit and miss!

An Alice in Wonderland experience!
The hotel was a bit like Alice in Wonderland when she had shrunk as a lot of the furniture and decorations were over large! It was not quite as described in the brochure:
The pool was merely a paddling pool or a water feature. You certainly could not swim in it.
The room was not kept very clean. There was food under the sofa when we arrived and the room was merely given a wipe down each day and the floors were not swept and the floor of the shower was not cleaned.

There were not social areas for people to sit with friends
The restaurant was reminiscent of a school dining hall.

As cortinas do blackout não fecham, embora tenha acionado 2 vezes a manutenção, tentaram, melhorou um pouco, mas ficou com frestas que deixavam o quarto claro de dia e noite. No restaurante no cardápio tem prato que diz filé mignon, mas o que veio foi fraldinha, chamei o cozinheiro e confirmou que não era filé, no fechamento da conta apresentaram valores divergentes, a maior do que solicitado e servido. O estacionamento informava na reserva que tinha, porém foi cobrado 20 reais a diária. Por 2 vê.es. Embora solicitado, o quarto não foi arrumado, tivemos que aguardar quando retornamos do passeio. A cama, quando reservei dizia cama queen, mas tinha 2 camas de solteiro juntos.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, porém com algumas ressalvas; O assento do vaso sanitário não era adequado, causando desconforto; A TV era antiga, com a tela riscada e ficava aparecendo imagens de configurações que tinham que ser deletadas o tempo todo; por ser no 1° andar ficamos ao lado dos condensadores de ar condicionado, o barulho, apesar de não ser tão intenso, incomodava quando o hotel estava em silêncio.

A simpatia dos funcionários é um diferencial neste hotel. As acomodações são amplas, confortáveis e limpas. As toalhas de boa qualidade , assim como os produtos de banho. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, oferecendo mais pratos típicos. A área da piscina se destaca pela beleza. Uma pena que a temperatura não seja mais alta. Fomos em julho, em período com mais chuvas esparsas e vento; teria sido ótimo poder aproveitar daquela vista, no décimo andar, com visão de 360⁰ da cidade, numa piscina aquecida.

O hotel é lindo, o café da manhã muito bom, o atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, todos muitissimos educados. Unica coisa que eu nao gostei foi que nao tem ferro, eu levei muitas roupas sem passar e nao pude usar, um hotel 4 estrelas deveria disponibilizar um ferro nem que seja na recepção para os hospedes. Outra coisa tambem que seria maravilhoso, ja que peguei um tempo de chuva e frio, seria se as piscinas fossem aquecidas, ai seria perfeito

Nossa estadia foi ótima, mas tivemos duas ponderações: esqueceram um dia de realizar a limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas, somente feita após solicitação! E outra ponderação foi, tentamos realizar um late checkout uma vez que nosso voo era um pouco mais tarde, a atendente nos informou que seria cobrado a diária fracionada por horas, quando passamos que seria 3h foi informado o valor de R$300,00, mesmo sendo toda nossa diária contratada anteriormente a R$400,00. O restante foi ótimo! Obrigada.

Hotel bom, mas tive \"falta de sorte\" com a estadia
Na minha estadia tive 4 dissabores os quais irei listá-los:
1-problema de mal-cheiro no banheiro, o qual tentaram resolver duas vezes e, por fim, justificaram que seria da rua (porém fui o unico que reclamou? estranho), nao fui mudado de quarto e o problema persistiu até o final da minha estadia.
2-ar condicionado começou a condensar e vazar no apartamento. felizmente foi resolvido pela equipe de manutenção.
3-no dia do check out, o leitor da porta parou de funcionar e a recepcionista foi bem ironica dizendo que o mais importante eram as pulseiras que deixei no quarto e eu devia utilizá-las ao inves do cartao (???). Ela magnetizou novamente o cartao e eu tive que voltar uma segunda vez na recpção para solicitar que abrissem a porta e, só entao, a recepcionista entendeu que o problema era na porta. A equipe de manutenção resolveu, mas isso já gerou estresse pois no check out fazemos planejamento de horario para nao perder voo.
4-por fim, tivemos problema com falta de vaga no estacionamento do hotel. Somente depois de minha esposa se indispor com o recepcionista é que resolveram o problema. Estresse desnecessario.
