Lovely clifftop hotel with the most stunning views of Scarborough's North Bay. Room was very clean upon check-in, only flaw was no housekeeping but they would come clean your room and replenish anything if you request for it. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely stay there again and ensure I book an oceanfront room.

The receptionist who booked me in I felt like she couldn't be bothered, she gave me a form and asked me to put a context address on it and put my signature in a couple of places, while I was doing Thet she was stood tapping her nails on the reception counter and sighing, I found it uncomfortable, other staff thet I met seemed friendly and polite.

You can reserve a parking place at the hotel at an extra cost but you pay for parking everywhere so we were pleased with this. Would definitely stay here again.

While I do like dogs but but wasn’t aware it was a dog friendly hotel and dogs stayed in the hotel rooms they seemed to more dogs than people but to honest they wasn’t any problems with any of them and I am aware owners like there animals to sleep on the bed with them I felt a little uncomfortable nowing one had slept in my bed or have I got it wrong that they didn’t sleep in the room

I expected a small room but a lot of furniture, fan, extra pillow etc made the space even smaller. Bathroom very clean with everything but small - I have bruised elbows. A daft thing like the bathroom shelf too low to the skin preventing me to wash my face properly (the fitter didn't think it through). I'm not picky, but it's these little things that are a nuisance. Having said this stuff, the hotel was quiet, staff were always helpful and cheerful. It's well within walking distance if all of Scarborough.

The property is within walking distance of the beach, and the hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable, as it’s two singles pushed together with a double mattress on top, and you can feel the wood where the beds meet, the pillows aren’t brilliant either but other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

We were given a room with a sea view that was actually on the ground floor with two doors facing right in the middle of the car park where people were sitting drinking. No complementary toiletries which was an issue as we didn’t bring shampoo or shower gel as every hotel we’ve been to supplies small amounts of essential toiletries. Only 2 coffees, 2 teas and 4 tiny milkd for the entire 24 hours stay. Bed very hard with one pillow each. Stains in toilet when we arrived. Scarborough was beautiful but we wouldn’t choose the same hotel if we came again
