The breakfast did not match the pics online. Only waffles, juice, coffee and a few sad apples. No bagels, bread, cereal, or yogurt. Saw customers coming in and leaving without breakfast. Disappointing

Although the listing stated that pets were allowed, when you check in they have a huge sign saying that they no longer allow pets, this should be updated, especially after pre-booking there and the after 12 hours of driving getting turned away. All of the ice makers are not functional and the grounds were unclean with drug baggies all over the ground. Would not recommend.

I strongly recommend paying the additional bucks for a cleaner and safer hotel. My experience here was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong cigarette odor, and the sheets were covered with cigarette burns. I also noticed roaches coming from underneath the bed and near the mirrors, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
The atmosphere around the property also felt unsafe. There appeared to be individuals conducting suspicious activity in the parking lot late at night, which made the stay uncomfortable.
When I asked the front desk for an iron, the staff seemed confused by the request and were unable to assist. I ended up going to Walmart to purchase one myself. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the hotel did not require a deposit.
Although complimentary breakfast was offered, I chose not to try it given the condition of the room. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

The entire place was in disrepair, peeling paint, pictures on various walls askew. In my room, there were things which had been removed from the walls. And bugs! I killed three and saw a fourth which escaped, hopefully not into my bag. Spent the night in fear that they were bedbugs but was too tired to change motels at that point. No coffee in the room but thankfully there was breakfast in the lobby with one of those wonderful waffle makers. No lids for the coffee cups but otherwise breakfast was fine. I will never stay here again.

I have to change my room three times. The first one the door did not work. The second one they were roaches in and hoes in the bed. The third one was OK, but not on the floor that I need. I need a first floor they put me on second the pillows are not pillows. The sheets stepped inside of a pillowcase. Shower rod is hanging door. Looks like it’s been kicked in multiple times. I would not advise this hotel to anyone.

There was a ironing board, with NO iron, no phone to contact office, there were live roaches in drawer and shower. The ceiling was opened and falling opened in room. Was too exhausted from working to change to a better place that night, but checked out soon as eyes opened next morning. And the outside noise is just the area itself. Horrible.

We got to the hotel and checked in. When we got to our rooms we could instantly feel the dirt in the floors. They were sticky and didn’t smell very good. The paint on the ceiling was falling off. Every piece of bedding had stains on them. The towels had stains on them. The air conditioning unit barely worked. The only reason we stayed is because there was really no other option. The staff kept trying to barge in after only doing one little tap on the door. I would at least like to be refunded half of my money, due to the fact it wasn’t worth almost 400 dollars. There is no washing machines or dryers at the facility so I’m confused on how they wash the bedding.

Please understand when I tell you, spend the extra $25-$30 and get a better place. This place is absolutely disgusting. My toilet would not flush, I ordered a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room, it looked like drug deals were happening across the parking lot from my car, my lampshade did not even have shades, and I had to clean my own bathroom upon arrival. I notified staff and they told me that it was already taken care of. Do not stay here!

Room was clean but smoke detector was missing from the wall, hair dryer didnt work, safety lock was missing from the door, and I've never seen such an old microwave. We didn't use it, so I can't say if it worked or not. Breakfast was sparce... just bread, waffles, 2 cereal choices, butter, 2 juices, & coffee. The check out worker just looked at me when i handed him the key. Won't stay here again.

Issues with water upon check in, finally was able to get a shower 3 hrs after check in. Phone did not work, could not get TV to come on, toilet paper dispenser was not attached in wall you had to hold the dispenser to pull off the toilet paper, had a tub but could not do a bath b/c the stopper was taken apart and laying on the side of the tub, and they advertise pet friendly but do not allow pets. And lastly there were roaches. This is absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Will never stay there again.

At first glance the room looked clean, but the bathroom smelled like urine and had bugs. The floor was sticky around the sink. I had clean both. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very thin. The heat/air unit was loud and it was difficult to keep an even temperature. For the quick passing thru the area at the last minute it served its purpose but would not stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast was coffee (no tea or hot chocolate), juice, white or wheat bread, corn flakes and a waffle maker. The rooms had old furniture, but the beds and linens were OK, and the rooms were fairly quiet, and the hot water was plentiful and very hot!

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay and they would not give me a refund even though I purchased the booking protection. I also contacted hotels.com and after spending over an hour on the phone with them I got an email days later saying they cannot issue the refund.

If possible I would ask for my money back, every other place was booked up so me and kids had to stay, Greeted by roaches, beds covered with loud plastic, that was very noisy when you move, very dirty old pillows, refrigerator worked but was dirty and made a loud continuous noise all night, blow dryer taped with duct tape so you can’t use, SCOTCH TAPE COVERING AN OUTLET, very hazardous, air conditioner wouldn’t stay on, nasty stuff on side of dresser and roaches and eggs inside dresser, the commode top was way to big so very easy to fall off, and had the toilet paper sitting on it because there was no holder, check out was 11am, but an employee came beating on the door at 10am, to tell us time to check out or stay another night, the lobby was locked when we arrived, so we had to stand in line outside in the dark to check in, not even a thank you or how was your stay when we checked out, I guess they expected my answer, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and if you have children with you definitely don’t stay here

That property should be removed from the site. They had burn holes in the bed sheets, roaches crawling everywhere even in the bed and microwave. The area is unsafe I didn’t even stay in the room I just took it as a loss because I couldn’t get my money back. The people were hanging outside smoking weed. The minute my boyfriend and I took 3 steps into the room we had killed 3/3 roaches while we saw and continue to see more scattering. Not only did I take pictures of the insects I also went to lobby where the attendant said hold on a minute and he never responded back till following afternoon to give me a useless roach deterrent. The sheets were soiled and stained and a washcloth was so dingy that I was scared to use it.
