This was our first stay at Sleep Inn. It had a clean, youthful vibe. Check in staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was well/designed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but could use a little protein( peanut butter, hard boiled eggs). Still, we got a great price and had a great stay.

The room was very clean & comfortable with soft pillows, bedding and extra washcloths & towels. It could use a few repairs but for the price & close proximity to Carowinds, dining, & the expressway….we highly recommend.

I was disappointed that they advertised breakfast as included with the stay; however, when I went down that morning, they only had yogurt and bread that looked past its expiration date. The least they could have offered was coffee, but they didn’t even have that.

The room was clean, the staff was nice…but the walls were paper thin. People around us were up late talking. I could hear the elevator. I think the breakfast could’ve been better. Add eggs and a protein like sausage. I don’t know how full they were but spread us out at least since the walls are paper thin.

I wish I would of known about the mandatory 100 deposit that's now required it needs to be stated on website not on a piece of paper in the lobby I was told it's a new requirement I would of stayed elsewhere I drove 4 hrs wasn't in my spending budget to dish out a extra 100 dollars it should be included in the Expedia price if a hotel requires a deposit

Was running late for work and breakfast had just finished, was grabbing a coffee on my way out and the lady cleaning up let me grab a couple grab quick snacks for the day before putting them away. And on check out she remember me and missing breakfast again offered a couple coffee cakes. Talk about going above and beyond. What a great staff. Will definitely be back

When I booked this hotel they advertised a pool. They don’t have an operating pool. The room keys barely work. Or I have to keep getting them fixed. The air conditioner is extremely loud. The light keep flickering. The staff is very friendly by thr property is ran down and nothing seems to work quite right. The only ice machine is in the 3rd floor. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I rented two rooms. One for me and one for my sister. Her first room the tv did not work. She told them and they said they would send someone to fix. Never came. She complained 6 hours later at 10pm. They told her they couldn’t fix they would change her room. The 2nd room the air was broke. Third room worked. My room the air was broke. Second room reeked of pot and cigs. Third room was ok. It took 6 rooms for two reservations.

My first stay with a Choice hotel was a treat. We were met quickly with friendly and helpful service. The rooms were ready for us upon our arrival. The hotel was remarkably clean, although we were disappointed that the pool was not in service during the visit.
