Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted in a very upsetting way. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, someone from the hotel opened our room door and entered in the morning, waking us up.

When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist said she did not know why this happened, which is extremely concerning. Guest privacy and safety should be a top priority at any hotel.

This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and it significantly affected our stay. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reviews their procedures to ensure it does not happen to other guests.

200 Euros for a run down room isn't acceptable. That said, we were in a rush and only stayed one night anyway so we didn't say anything, as the bed was fine and clean.

Everything you want in a hotel

I enjoyed my stay at Innside Leipzig very much. The location was great, the room was well-designed and comfortable. i found the staff friendly and helpful. They also offer a wonderful breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. Altogether, a very nice experience.

Alles Super!

Mein Eckzimmer im ersten Stock war absolut leise. Ich habe nur minimal etwas von außen gehört und die Zimmernachbarn gar nicht. Auch für die Nacht die Lüftung auf niedrige Temperaturen einzustellen ging, was nicht so oft in anderen Hotels möglich ist. Von daher war ich voll zufrieden.

Pænt opdateret hotel, nydelig værelse. Beliggenheden er god, meget tæt på Thomaskirche og centrum. Morgenmaden er meget dyr, og der et flere billige og gode alternative steder at spise morgenmad tæt på.

Flooding room

The shower would not drain and overflowed into the entire room. We tracked water even to the elevator. This happened both days of our stay. Management was informed. It had to be obvious to housekeeping because we used all the bedding to curtail the flow. Nothing was corrected. We were not offered any compensation.

Comfortable relaxing stay

Comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets. Slept well , quiet room. Mini bar in room was free of charge and restocked daily. Amazing breakfast included in the rate, home made smoothies , cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and cheeses. Cooked breakfast . Large open plan lobby with sofas . We enjoyed sitting here in the afternoon with a drink , just relaxing after a busy day exploring Leipzig town centre which was literally a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an easy enjoyable city break .

Hotel is well situated for access to the centre and to a metro stop for access to airport without changing lines. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, with one minor exception (see what I didn't like). The staff were helpful. It was pretty quiet due to large cancellation due to COVID 19. The only downsides were the hard corridor flooring, which made every passing person and suitcase very noticeable, and the fitness centre, which is small and dingy.

Modern \"design\" hotel in a central location. Water, Coke and juice from the mini bar are free of charge. In case you are bothered by these things, note that the walk in, rainfall shower and the washbasin / sink are on one side of the room but not in a separate bathroom. This is shown on the pictures for the hotel. The toilet is in a separate room.

Only downside I would say is that the hallways use a hard limo floor, easy for the hotel to clean, but this can make it noisy when anyone walks past your room. Location is just great. A walking distance from most touristic sites, all kind of restaurants and verious shops. The staff are efficient and responsive with ever smiling faces. The rooms are clean, and as advertised by the hotel are modern. Though I have some issues with the bathroom and shower facilities in terms of convenience and practicality. The breakfast is super in terms of food variety,freshness and excellent service.

This is an efficient, modern hotel with good quality facilities and most helpful staff. Its location is its strongest point: the whole inner city area is within walkable distance and there is a nearby S-Bahn station in Markt, which runs a fast, cheap service directly to the airport. The main railway station is 15-20 minutes walk away. Rooms are comfortable and well fitted out, though without an easy chair, and there are free soft drinks, but no tea-making facilities. It is well worth booking for the buffet breakfast. I'd have given this 5 stars but for one point. On certain evenings there is loud music from the rooftop bar and this can be heard in some rooms (particularly those facing the inner courtyard) until midnight. The reception staff arranged a change of room for me, which was satisfactory, but if you book make sure you specify that you want a quiet room.

Amazingly comfortable sheets and duvet (I think they are down), beautiful rooftop bar/lounge, quality breakfast (favorites: a variety of fresh bread, salmon, and omelettes cooked-to-order). I like the open concept bathroom but it isn't recommended with a room mate. Tip: although the windows are excellent and sound-proof, get a room on the lower floors if you like to open the windows and avoid the music from terrace (twice a week, finishes before midnight)

Perfect location to explore Leipzig.

Long weekend in Leipzig to visit the city, enjoy the music and look at the history, ancient and modern. Innside is perfectly located for everything, both walking distance and the S Bahn for visits outside.

Quiet Hotel in Excellent Location

My room (facing the courtyard) was very comfortable and quiet. I closed the blinds and slept like I am never able to sleep at home. The hotel itself is in a terrific location, with easy access to all the sites. Yet it is priced affordably. Breakfast was additional, but I think worth it.

This is an amazing Hotel, right in the middle of Leipzig.
Dont be irritated about the location, it is totally quiet inside the room's.
This state of the art window's make it work.

The hotel staff is terrible.

The facility of this hotel is all good. But, the staff is not as good as that. That's why I wouldn't like to recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff didn't handle with my personal information carefully. Although I gave my exact information to the desk, they put into wrong information on their database or the website. They dared to change my name and my sexuality. And, they don't have answered me about my complaint until now. SUCKS!!!!!

Smart and well located

The hotel is new, nice and has very large rooms, minimalistic but tastefully done.
Service is so-so - the lady at the reception was very matter of fact, and we had to drag our own bags to the room (considering I was with aged parents who needed a hand).
The location is fabulous - right across the road from St Thomas Church, a few minutes walk to the main market area and next to the tram station. Yet its a quiet road and you could get a good night's sleep even with the window open.

Great place to stay in Leipzig

Fantastic hotel. Incredibly good service and comfort levels and a really nice atmosphere throughout. Great breakfast, even with a DJ playing chilled out tunes on the saturday morning. Easy to get anywhere in Leipzig from this location and only a 10 minute or so walk to the train station. The staff were really accommodating and kind enough to let us have a later checkout free of charge. Free soft drink minibar in the room was a nice touch too.

Nice hotel in the center of town

Easy to get to the train station, underground stations, and the town center from this hotel. It has an attached restaurant that has a decent selection. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was very clean and quite large.

This is a brand new hotel and the staff is excellent. The hotel has great rooms that are uniquely designed. The free drinks in the room were a treat. Good size and a couple of english channels on the TV. They could have better internet, but overall, you cannot miss with this choice. Excellent central location!

Great location, don't expect to sleep

We arrived mid-afternoon, and were told our room was not ready. We wandered about the city, and returned late afternoon. We were again told the room was not ready, but were given \"another\". The room was very modern, with a baffling lighting system controlled by switches scattered randomly about the room, with little corelation between switch location and the lights thereby controlled. For example, turning off the floor lamp extinguishes all the lights, even the bathroom lights! What made the room truly intolerable was the high-pitched whistling and whining emanating from the walls. Around three a.m. we gave up trying to sleep, checked out, and headed for the train station where we were able to catch some sleep while waiting for our train,
