How to spend hundreds of dollars and get nothing
Had planned to arrive within their weekday opening hours but were unable to do it due to unforeseen transportation delays toward Leipzig and we did not have the ability to contact them. . We arrived at 8:30 pm and after multiple attempts to get into the building, we finally went to a hotel nearby to spend the night. When we asked the front desk clerk if they knew anything about that place and explained our situation, they advised us that this situation happens on a regular basis.
The next day, in the early afternoon, we went to the location to check-in for our already paid 2nd night and were told that we no longer had a reservation because we had been “no-shows” the night before and that the room we had rented was already rented to someone else. When we argued that it was already paid for, we were told that it did not matter as we were “no-shows”. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was nobody to talk to and that they had just applied their rules and referred us to the Hotels.com website to see them. (When you read the information on the email received from Hotels.com, it states that “We will not be able to refund any payment for no-shows or early check-out”. However, there is nothing that states that they can cancel your fully paid reservation.We e-mailed the head office to voice our discontent about what happened they replied to call hotels.com to be told about what happens when one does not arrive on the 1st day. Did not expect this in Germany!!!

Die Wohnung war schön. Allerdings waren die Matratzen vollkommen durchgelegen. Auch war es durch die Straßenbahn, die vor dem Haus fuhr sehr laut.

Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Gratis Fahrradverleih ist super. Ort der Aufbewahrung derselben ist etwas schwierig zu erreichen mit den recht schweren Bikes.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da und für das war es für uns Perfekt als Familie mit Kleinkind. Längere Aufenthalte könnten wir uns vorstellen, aber dafür hätten wir ein 2. Regal für unser Zeug gebraucht. Aufzug war groß genug für 2 Personen und Kinderwagen. Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber und groß Es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu duschen and auf die Toilette zu gehen. 😁

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und war vor allem sehr sauber. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und es fehlt einem an nichts. Ich habe mich wirklich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Man ist zu Fuß super schnell am Bahnhof und auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist top. Die Innenstadt von Leipzig ist ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check In verlief, gerade in diesen Zeiten, absolut unproblematisch und kontaktlos per Code. Meine Fragen wurden schnell und super nett beantwortet. Insgesamt könnte das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis kaum besser sein. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen kurz Trip nach Leipzig. Der Bahnhof und ein relativ günstiges Parkhaus befinden sich in direkter Umgebung und sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber.

einzigartig waren 14 (!) steckdosen im zimmer, dafür kein lichtschalter in bettnähe (d.h. bett im dunkeln suchen), keine leselampe, nur ungemütlich blendendes deckenlicht; die minimalausstattung beinhaltet nicht einmal ein zahnputzglas; ebenfalls nicht vorhanden: ein kleiderschrank oder gar ablagefächer für pullover, wäsche etc., immerhin 4 wandhaken und 4 kleiderbügel; die rezeption ist samstags erst ab 12uhr besetzt, sonntags gar nicht, keine \"notfall\"telefonnummer; normalerweise bezahle ich eine rechnung am ende des aufenthalts oder zumindest erst nachdem ich gelegenheit hatte, das zimmer wenigstens zu sehen, hier war das die erste forderung mit dem hinweis, daß kreditkartenzahlung extra kostet (3% des übernachtungspreises).

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und dafür eine Top Lage. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber und trotz mehrer Zimmer, war es nie besetzt, wenn wir es nutzen wollten. Die Fenster und Türen sind etwas hellhörig, mich persönlich hat es allerdings nicht gestört. Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

У меня был номер №109. Довольно просторный, стильно оформленный с балконом и окнами во двор, так что было достаточно тихо.
Хорошая удобная кровать.
Общий санузел на 3 номера имеет хорошую сантехнику, включает ванну, душевую кабину . Фен в номере. За два дня проживания соседей не появилось, так что общая ванна была только в моем распоряжении. Не знаю, как это бывает в высокий сезон. Особенность- ресепшн не круглосуточная, но если внимательно следовать по инструкциям -проблем не будет.
Мне понравилось пребывание в отеле, и если будет возможность- остановлюсь еще раз.

Das Apartment lag in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof - großer Pluspunkt für Städtetrips! Es gab eine eingerichtete kleine Küche, ein bequemes Bett und Sitzgelegenheiten zwischen Schlaf- und Küchenbereich. Aber es war uns zu spartanisch eingerichtet (zu wenige Handtücher, Seifenspender funktionierte nicht). Die Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hatten starke Gebrauchsspuren vom Vorgänger. Sehr schade empfanden wir, dass die Komfortbadewanne nicht im eigenem Badezimmer war sondern im Gemeinschaftsbad. Wir hatten extra umgebucht, um die Badewanne im Zimmer zu haben. Schade! Eine nachträgliche Reinigungsgebühr hat mich gewundert, sollte in der Beschreibung drin stehen. Gut fanden wir, dass für 10 Euro mehr je 3 Stunden vorher der Check-In und 3 Stunden später der Check-out stattfinden kann. Es ist für die höheren Etagen ein schneller Aufzug zur Verfügung. Im Sommer kann eine kleiner Terasse mit Sitzmöbeln zusätzlich genutzt werden (Zugang im eigenen Badezimmer). Das Housekeeping ist sehr nett! Check-In/Out lief trotz Feiertage einwandfrei und unkompliziert.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie in dem Apartment. Schlecht zu finden keine Beschilderung.Kein Service. Zimmer schmutzig. Teppich große Flecken, Bettrand staubig. Kein Schrank zu wenig Handtücher. Zweites Bett zu klein für zwei Personen. Dusche läuft nicht ab. Lärm zu hoch. Service war keiner vorhanden. Würde es nicht weiter empfehlen vor allem nicht für Familien.
