The hotel was hard to figure out where to park. Once inside best way to describe it wax minimalistic. We were there 3 days and never had roomed cleaned or even offered fresh towels even though it says in expedia daily housekeeping. When we questioned it we were told they stopped offering it in June. No apologies, just a statement. Room had poor lighting and weird nightlights on either side of bed near floor that was supposed to come on when you got out of bed but we soon realized that they went off whenever they felt like it as well as a window that kept opening on its own until we made sure it would not come open again. It was very convenient to train station (had restaurants and stores inside) as well as being close to city center for Christmas Markets and restaurants but would not stay there again.

Very minimum inside hotel room. No drinking water, no teas, no boiling port, only one soap for everything. You have to buy 500 ml water bottle for 3,80 euros. Service staffs are not that kind. But location is good.

Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well which is why we were in Leipzig. Would absolutely stay here again.

I love this hotel. First of all, really clean everywhere. Each staff who I met friendly and helpful. Easy to get from Leipzig Hbf (Central station). Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy for me(I do not like really soft bed mat) .Only negative things for me was No kettle in the room, or I could get hot water from reception. If they have a fridge in my room it would be great. I will stay this hotel again.

Run from this hotel. There are numerous other hotels within walking distance from this one that are MUCH BETTER. This is an overpriced hotel with no amenities. We had a room with two bunk beds, and that’s all this room had! No closet, no table, no chairs, no safe, no kettle for tea or coffee, and they don’t even offer complementary tea or coffee in the lobby. AN OVERPRICED HOTEL. We only stayed two nights, and moved to Best Western which is across the road for 4 nights.

A perfect spot for a city trip to Leipzig
Arriving at the hotel by car needs some attention as the parking house next to the hotel is not that easy to fond based on the traffic signs. The hotel is adjacent to the train station with a supermarket, bakery and DM inside. The perfect place for a city tour, bus or tram trip and even the hop on hop off bus starts very close to the hotel. The rooms are simple, but clean. An extra pillow would be pleasant. Breakfast is good and complete.

It will be great for the hotel to provide basic toiletries i.e. toothpaste & toothbrush in the room. Also to build a glass door to cover the shower so that the whole toilet will not get wet every time after shower because there is no glass door to block out the shower water.

Great location just beside the train station. It’s a newer property so everything is in good condition. The rooms are small but that’s to be expected in Europe. It’s very quiet. Even the A/C is silent. The included breakfast is excellent. We were a bit surprised though that the bathroom amenities did not include facial tissues! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located hotel close to the main train station and city center. Service was good, our room was clean and quiet at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with the great choice of food was included. Ample parking is available in the multi-level parking garage in the same building complex. However, this setup made it inconvenient and confusing to move our luggage on the days of our arrival and departure.

I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Germany, 4 & 5 star and I’ve been disappointed every time, completely overpriced for what they deliver. I chose this 3* H2 hotel because it was more than half the price cheaper of the 4* so I wasn’t expecting much, but to my surprise it was great! Very clean, great breakfast and location is perfect. Staff are very friendly too. The hotel was very busy, which was not a surprise, obviously the word is out about how good it is. I highly recommend it I’m really hoping all their hotels are like this as this will be my go to hotel in future
