The price is too high. It is difficult to find and access. The breakfast buffet is correct but there was no seat available to sit.
The carpet was very dirty. The bed was Ok. At the bar, it was difficult to get service. We felt like we were disturbing the two young ladies.

Finding the entrance to the property was a challenge. Only one small elevator would hold maybe 4 -5 people with luggage and was also used by housekeeping staff with carts. This made waiting even longer especially at check in/out.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage
Sehr netter Empfang im Hotel mit einem Glas Sekt. Sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bad war großzügig und sehr schön. Frühstück war wirklich gut in schönen Räumen in der fünften Etage. Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Einkaufsstraße.

Good place to stay in downtown Leipzig
Good place to stay in central Leipzig, close to the main train station and located inside the pedestrian-only shopping zone. A famous Leipzig evangelical church (Nikolaikirche) is right next door. The buffet-style breakfasts were very good with ample choices of hot and cold items available.
The room and bathroom were fine with a modern interior and functional fixtures.
The internet was a great problem. One just could not connect from the first floor, where our room was. Likewise, the TV had no workable connection. No program ever loaded. Well, but therefore the Leipzig Opera House and a concert hall are within walking distance.
Reception and breakfast room personnel were exceptional.
The room and bathroom were fine with a modern interior and functional fixtures.

The location couldn’t be better—situated right on the pedestrian area, it’s surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants and is just a short stroll to the city center.
The hotel’s beautiful design was a delight, with every detail thoughtfully considered and in pristine condition. It’s clear that great care has been taken to maintain a high standard of quality throughout.
What truly stood out, though, was the kind and helpful staff. They ensure my stay was perfect, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a smile.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a gem that made my trip unforgettable!

Wonderful newly renovated Best western with excellent service. My arrival was early and the receptionist held my bag and to my surprise when I checked in an hour later my back was waiting for me in my room. It was not the service I normally am accustomed to when staying at a best western. In addition, I received a juice and glass of sparkling wine when the room was ready. For the price, comfort and location it was a delight to overnight there.

This hotel is in a superb location! The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast is excellent with a big variety and offers more than just an average one.
If we have one complaint is that it took ages for our room to be made up during our four day stay. Two days the service staff pitched up later than 16h00 and did not clean or replace the glasses.

OK, but service to attend to problems was lacking
The hotel is well-situated for first-time visitors. However, we had so much trouble with the Internet and access to television. We were informed that the hotel was aware of the problem, but they did not take any construction action to have it repaired. No compensation was offered; very disappointing. The outage occurred during the Olympics in Paris which we were unable to view from our room. In addition the heating and air-conditioning controls are not easy to accessand operate.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück perfekt. Aber, wohnt man im ersten Stock, hat man permanente Bassrhythmen, die die ganze Nacht andauern und laute Gespräche auf der Straße auszuhalten! Trotz geräuschgedämpfter Fenster!
Also leider zwei Nächte schlecht geschlafen und damit ist eine erneute Buchung dieses Hotels für die Zukunft gestrichen. Wie es Stockwerke höher aussieht kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Bell'hotel nel centro di Lipsia, attenzione al servizio non il massimo e struttura che meriterebbe una maggiore manutenzione. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza occupata (ho aperto la porta e ho trovato letteralmente gente dentro che dormiva), sono stato spostato in un'altra dove non funzionava il condizionatore poi finalmente sono stato correttamente sistemato, lo staff mi ha offerto un drink di benvenuto per scusarsi. La posizione è centralissima quindi molto comoda, colazione nella media, l'ascensore singolo risulta un po scomodo nelle ore di punta che costringe a fastidiose attese, nel complesso un soggiorno nella media.
