Customer service is excellent. Reception was very patient with my poor German language skills and switched over to English to make things easier for me. Provided all the information I needed about the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel is basic but clean and well maintained. I would stay there again and will recommend Travel24 to my friends.

This is a very nice Hotel, in a great location, close to all kind of shops , restaurants and the main train station. It has parking on site which it was super convenient for us.
Beautiful room with high ceilings, comfortable beds , quiet and the best part was the shower in the center of the room, it was a novelty and we loved it.
Another positive was the complementary coffee and croissants for the guest .

There was some issue connecting to the Hotel WiFi in the room. That was sorted by me doing some online googling. The wall between rooms very thin. Can hear what’s going on. The shower in the middle of the room very good. Breakfast also very good for €16. Free coffee and tea throughout the day. Location very good. Close to centre and train station.

Budget hotel with a twist
The room design is artsy but the furnishings are very basic and I missed having any chair, sofa, table or desk. This is a budget hotel with the addition of a bathtub that looks like a shoe and free coffee machine in the lobby. But the price was reasonable, the room was quiet, the wifi was good, and the location is good. Front desk staff are just ok and not looking to go out of their way to be helpful. Most of the non-German TV stations were unavailable, as was one of the two lifts.

Big enough room, but it was missing night tables. Since there was plenty of empty space, it wouldn't be a bad idea to place at least a shelf near the bed. Very close to city center and main train station. Plenty of sockets in the room, conveniently located, some were also USB. Sink is separate from shower and WC. Free coffee, tea and croissants facilities in the lobby. Pretty environmentally friendly. There are no transparent curtains, only thick night curtains, so if you close them during the day you have to turn the light on, and if you leave them open you don't get a lot of privacy on lower floors (our bedroom was on first floor facing the parking lot and everyone parking could see you). It would be nice to add a layer of transparent curtains so you can get some light in during the day. Jazzy atmosphere in the hotel bar, guests are having drinks until late at night.

Very comfortable room and very friendly staff. Excellent location, close to the main station and in the city center. Also within walking distance from the Red Bull Arena for the concert. Very nice touch : complimentary coffee/tea all day and also delicious croissants during breakfast hours. Loved my stay!

Wonderful, wonderful experience! The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodated our late check in. The hotel has free coffee and croissants in the morning which was an excellent touch. It’s very convenient to the train station and was easy to move around the city from there. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hotel, rooms and lobby look new, modern, vert clean, staffed with nice people. If you arrive later in the day, they won’t have parking for you. I ended up having to park on the street (could not get into the zoo garage where they sent me) so I had to wake up and leave much earlier than I had planned - to get my car off the street. Overall, very good value for the price

The location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of Leipzig. Unfortunately, our room was very small and very bland. The room consisted only of a bed and small television, along with the sink that couldn’t fit in the tiny bathroom. I would suggest this hotel for someone who will not be spending much time in the room and is traveling alone.

Definitely a new, minimalist, trendy type of facility. Room was bare bones: small floating shelf style, no chairs of any kind in room, no desk. Recessed bed is a design flaw(want to see the scrape on the top of my head from the exposed wood corner?) Concept I believe hotel was to get their guests to the HUGE common area on ground level. A plus without question was the 24/7 coffee-refreshment machine without charge, unlimited use. This was a huge plus for this hotel, and unique for Germany's 'no free coffee' custom.

This hotel is a real gem. Excellent value for money! The room was very modern with plenty of space and a great en suite bathroom. Service was top class with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great - just a short walk to a lot of attractions and shopping areas. Staying here was a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Excellent hotel in central Leipzig. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms but they are rather quirky - it's the first time I've ever seen the bath next to the bed! Great location only 10 minutes on foot from the train station and 5 minutes from the main square. The free coffee (all day) and croissants (at breakfast) was a nice touch.

Dieses Mal war das Zimmer kleiner als bei den letzen Malen, leider. Aber war ok. Das Personal am Empfang könnte etwas höflicher und \"zuvorkommender\" sein. Wir wollten abends z.B. Getränke an der Bar aber die Verantwortliche war Grad in der Pause. Der Mann am Empfang hat uns komplett ignoriert...nicht schön. Dann ist 12Uhr Checkout, die Zimmerkarten waren aber schon über eine Stunde vorher schon geblockt...auch nicht schön...

Tolle Lage, sehr gut mit Öffis zu erreichen,. Für mich ideal, um die schöne Stadt Leipzig zu erkunden. Großes Zimmer, sehr cool - die Dusche mitten im Zimmer ist etwas ungewöhnlich, als Alleinreisende aber für mich nicht störend. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im großen und ganz eine schöne Unterkunft. Was die Sauberkeit angeht so muss ich bemängeln das im Zimmer bei der Badewanne weiße Flecken waren die nach Zahnpasta ausgesehen haben. Und was ich auch nicht so schön gefunden habe war die Parkmöglichkeiten und der Preis dafür. Zu wenige Parkmöglichkeiten und 16 Euro pro Nacht finde ich einfach unangemessen. Und auch die 16 Euro für das Frühstück finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt da die Auswahl sehr überschaubar war. Da hätte man mehr machen können und meiner Meinung nach müssen.
