Great location for train terminal (7mins) and 20-25 minutes to tourist spots.
Room was Deluxe double, very spacious and clean.
Only negative point was our room location on 4th flour was by breakfast area which was loud from 7.30am. Also on the last day the maids left their trolly outside our room and they were very vocal and load. A pleasant stay overall but won't return

I couldn’t say anything about all the nice staffs but needs to improve on cleaning,beds were done ,and we have clean towels everyday ,the only complain is the floor you can see that the dust on the floor ,it wasn’t swept everyday .that’s all ,I hope they will improve it otherwise everything was perfect

Amazing hotel! I highly recommend! Amazing location! It was clean, it was nice, the staff were all so kind, and the hotel was in a quiet area so we were able to get some sleep( no outside street noise) Yes the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people down the hallway but no one was loud during sleeping hours. The a/c worked perfectly! Our room was a couple doors down from the breakfast Lounge it was perfect. The hotel luxury rooms are located in a separate building from the check in front desk/lobby area but it was ok. You just walk next door. And there’s a bell that rings you in and opens the door, there’s an elevator so you don’t have to climb stairs. Bathroom was clean., we got the triple superior room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’ll try to add photos later

It was centrally located and easy to walk to many places, otherwise, the metro was 1 block away, as was the main train station.
The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about getting around Rome and to the Vatican - I wish I could remember his name.

Great location for a stopover, as close to Roma Termini station (about a 5 min walk). Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good breakfast. Air con was average - ok if you were right in front of it but didn’t seem to reach the bed - and as the room was on the main road side it was unsurprisingly noisy with the window open.

Preperty was clean, the lobby staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel was within walkable distance from the Trevi Fountain, and amazing restaurants, gelaterias, and stores. The only issue we had was with the hotel restaurant staff during breakfast. The first day we went they seemed to be bothered by the fact that my wife and I asked for a high chair for our one-year old, we placed the high chair by our table, proceeded to grab breakfast from the buffet and when we got back to the table they had moved the chair. Second day, we went back and as soon as we asked for the chair again, they placed as far away from us as they could, and with a terrible attitude. A guest that was staying at the hotel came in and she tripped on the chair and fell, accidentally hitting our daughter as she fell. This could've been easily prevented had they been more accomodating, and letting us have the chair next to us, not away from us where people were passing by. Restaurant staff, unfortunately, made this the only bad experience on our trip Rome.

All of the Rome sites are within 15-30 minutes walking distance so although nothing is right outside the front door, everything was super accessible. Definitely would stay here again or recommend staying here.

You’ll turn into human popsicles! Rude staff!

A truly dreadful experience. No heating—just the icy embrace of freezing temperatures. We turned into human popsicles overnight. When we dared to raise the issue, the receptionist scoffed, “We have 150 clients, and you’re the only ones complaining!” Arrogant, dismissive, and impossible to fact-check. There’s a reason this so-called “luxury” hotel has budget pricing—it delivers budget misery. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed here with family and found it to be an impressive facility. Only odd thing was that front desk was in a different building and the hotel rooms were in an adjoining building, so is to get to the room from front entrance was to take 2 separate elevators. The staff was pretty helpful and the best thing about our stay was their breakfast, it was delicious. Moreover the location of this hotel is pretty good, quite area and close (5-7 mins drive) to all the spots.

Not 4 star. The Luxury Suites are in a separate bldg, so no access to reception or the bar unless you go out and down the road. Elissa in the breakfast room was great, professional and cordial. However, during our stay the last 2 days our room was cold. We contacted reception & a porter came & reset the aircon. Didn't work. Another call. Nothing. We sent an email that night & the next morning a staff member arrived with a technician who fiddled with the controls. They left & less than a minute later I checked the aircon & it was not working. I went outside & told the female staff who had accompanied the techician it was not working. She basically shrugged her shoulders and we never saw anyone again. We thought this might have only been our room but later that day we met an Indian couple. We asked them if their room was cold and they replied it was. They said they had given up asking the hotel to fix the problem. So not just us. No one should be forced to wear heavy clothes in their room because the hotel cannot ensure the aircon is working and the room is warm.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience!! I arrived several hours before check in due to my flight and had a business meeting to attend to—the staff was so attentive and worked to ensure that I was able to have a room so that I could freshen up and make it to the meeting. The rooms were extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was so pleasant. I would absolutely stay again!

Internet was not working and the receptionist at the counter was very rude. They tried fixing it but could not.
We asked for another room, but they were reluctant. Finally they changed our room to another building. Here also the internet was not working. After waisting almost two hours, they finally gave us a new password.

For middle of August this place wasn't bad and had AC. We picked it due to its convenience to the train station to either take a train or get to airport via train, 10/10 for accessibility to said train station, we found it an easy walk to and from the hotel. We travelled a lot on foot and didn't find the location to be bad, but maybe for some it wouldn't be as close as they'd like. Overall the room was fine, I enjoyed that we got a balcony. Did not get to try breakfast as we had an early flight.

We stayed in a 3-person room that was very well-appointed and spacious, with a separate bedroom. The hotel is one block from the Republic Metro station (the rail line on which you will find the Trevi Fountain, Plaza Espana, Plaza Navona and the Vatican) and one block from Termini rail station which makes the hotel super convenient. No business office or gym, however. And the staff could be a bit more friendly. Good breakfast is included, but otherwise no restaurant - but in Rome there is always a good restaurant close by. Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were welcomed very nicely by Viktoria (spelling?). She was very helpful and offered up some good recommendations to help us out. Anytime we had any questions, we knew we could rely on the staff.
Location turned out to be pretty good. It was about a 7 minute walk from Roma terminal so you can choose to just take the train system to help save some money instead of taking a taxi to/from the airport. The area felt quite safe even walking back to hotel very late in night or early am. Location it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the major tourist attractions so the great thing is that you don’t have to worry about too much congestion and people in the area yet very walkable to where you might want to go.

Our stay was comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful. The 'luxury suite' was very small for the price paid and the TV only had basic channels and not digital TV. The breakfast was crowded and on the first day had run out of most things and no coffee offered. The atmosphere from staff was nonchalant and we felt like we were putting people out asking for basics. Like an iron that could only be used outside the room due to fire risks ?!

Where do i start? We visited this hotel for a trip to watch rugby. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the gent that showed us to our room was also friendly. The building was styled beautifully. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. I think the hotel was better than expected but the warm staff made this visit special. It is perfectly situated for Rome. 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum, 3 minutes to the main train station.

Luciano greeted us at the arrival. He was very friendly checking us into our room. The hotel is located about 15-20 mins walk or a few mins car ride. First three nights we had a deluxe room on the 4th floor which was wonderful. The room was clean, modern with a view of the planetario. The lil balcony was very cute. The bathroom was excellent. We loved that room. Room service was great. Mr. Daniele was wonderful to us making us great drinks with many great info about Rome. We enjoyed the bar as well with that laid back music. We walked to many attractions and restaurants, which was very convenient. Uber around the city was very easy and reasonable. Mini supermarket is next as well. We decided to extended the stay and it was nice of Luciano to accommodate us. The second room was on the old wing. Not as nice as the first room, but a lil more classic style. I would totally book this hotel again in the future for the deluxe room. It was a wonderful stay and was worth the money.

This property was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed and shower were superb. One criticism was the advertised buffet breakfast was organised so that a member of staff served you from the buffet. This caused long lines of people in the morning waiting for food. I appreciate the arrangements were to prevent the spread of covid, however a line of people in a restricted space was not promoting that. Table service would have been a better solution. The food itself was very good and the staff most helpful.

We found a bit awckard the fact that the area we were in is a separate building without any lobby or hotel desk. The hotel area is in the 4th floor. The other floors are offices and and all share the same entrance. After 7 the doors close and the hotel floor feels like a bunker. If you need anything from the hotel they need to come from the other building.
The rooms are modern and very clean and breakfast is ok.
The hotel felt more like an apartment than a hotel. We did not received any advise on tourism activities. For the price you will expect more hotel services.

Kicked us out without compensation

This hotel does not care one bit about its guests. They had some issues with their rooms (which is just fine) and on check-in, pushed us out to another hotel without an afterthought. They just told us there's a taxi waiting, go to another hotel. No compensation, nothing. We spent weeks deciding on a hotel and picked this one for a reason. Especially its exact location. And they refused to offer anything, making it seem like they were doing us a favour by having a taxi ready for us outside.

And then when contacted by Hotels .com support (which is great), they still refused to provide any compensation. Disgusting!

A perfect hotel for a perfect holiday in Rome! The location of the hotel was just right very close to a Metro station, 20 minute walk to the Colosseum to give you a rough idea. Surrounded by cafe's and restaurants, but a very quiet location. The staff were very polite, helpful and extremely professional. The hotel was very clean and they provided an excellent free breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and for sure when we return to Rome (not finished yet) we will most certainly re-book here.

The hotel was modern and nice, it was relatively clean and there was a taxi spot right across the street so it was conveniently centered around everything. The rooms were located in another building but the bellman showed us to our room so we did not have any issues, and the security to enter the building and rooms was great as well. We had a leaky toilet in our room but it was not something of concern. Overall nice place to stay.

INCREDIBLE hotel! The entire facility was very clean, entire staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was incredibly amazing. We stayed in the family suites which was wonderful for separation. We even had an accident in our room and were super understandable and didn’t not make us feel horrible about it. I would recommend to anyone.
We would definitely stay again if we ever come back.
