Staff was amazing, unfortunately didn’t get to stay for breakfast. Beautiful hotel…rooms are very small, but perfect for just a one night sleep over. Close walking proximity to train Station was a plus and I walked to all my favorite sites in about 3.5 hours round trip!! Trevi, Pantheon, Ruins, Colosseum, just to name a few.

Difficulty in checking both ways. On line system with Wizz air didn’t work. Help from Wizz air and Expedia is mill. Ended paying more for the checking in both directions by the Wizz air desk at the airports. Also charged double for the cabin trolley luggage. Very disappointed!!!!

Good food ,lady in breakfast room was very nice ,made me cappuccino without asking ,every day room service ,in close walking distance to most attractions and near Termini station and bus stops and Metro.
Highly recommended !
Elevator is available for people if you can’t walk to 3 rd floor room
Nothing I could complain about it.

The room \"apartment\" we stayed was clean inside, but 5 large trash bins were placed right outside the apartment so there were mosquitoes flying around them constantly and of course flied into our room as well; we fed the mosquitoes alright. The breakfast was good. The lady who was there the first day was very nice but the 2nd one was not a happy person ...and scolded me for taking more than 2 cups of coffees (in Italian and stormed out of the dining room) because I didn't notice the sign that set the limit. It was quite embarrassing.

We loved the area of the hotel. Our room was nice & big. They have an elevator but you still need to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms. You also need to go down more stairs to have breakfast. The last day we noticed a few small ants by the step to the washroom. Forgot to tell the front desk but I’m sure they would have taken care of it right away. The woman at the front desk was great. She tried so hard to get us a taxi after it rained & they were almost impossible to find. Great location. Loved the huge door.

customer service the lady who is there usually mornings was very nice but at nights was a Indian guy who needs more skills for his position he was very rude I almost switch Hotel because of him…other then that break breakfast was good the lady who served was very attentive the hotel is not luxury but it was quiet and very clean showers are very small needs more space a least to put your soap and shampoo but it was manageable other then that after the first night I had good stay!!!

When I turned on the bathroom sink rusty orange water and debris came out. The water had to run for a few minutes before it was clear. We would not use the shower due to the mold in the grout. Very disappointed.

Liked the location, my wife and I walked from the hotel (a lot of walking), but there was a cafe just a few steps away which was nice for a coffee and rolls in the morning or afternoon. Be forewarned that the management expects you to leave the room key with them whenever you leave the property, which really spooked my wife. We did it and had no problems at all. The rooms are TINY, which is made more challenging by the poor room layout in the particular queen-size room we received. Shower was very tiny.. I think the biggest turn-off was the amount of Scuffs on the paint in our room when we first walked in.. it was dissapointing and made the room seem dirty even though the sheets, floor and bathroom were all clean. I recommend the management repaint the rooms again with a more durable paint since the scuff marks on the wall are pretty rough.

the hotel was very very plan and would never go again. i paid for breakfast and there was cake,, some cereal and slices of meal and some bums that's its very poor,, the shower you could not move in too small and 3 wall sockets but for different plug use,, tv small and the room smelt old and the whole hotel smelt old as well, not happy

I found the location very convenient, easy to walk to many attractions and get into the metro. Nearby street with restaurants, shops and markets. Staff was amazing. Room comfortable but for us was too hot and a/c not cold enough. Nice experience overall.

Location for this hotel was brilliant very central and close to termini station and the hop on hop off bus service. Opera house very close within walking distance. Staff were incredibly helpful. Had junior suite and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this place and great selection pastries for breakfast!

Walked out as soon as I walked in. The room was very small, old with broken tiles. The receptionist was absolutely rude, ignorant and arrogant. Would not even let my dog stay in such a place. The hotel should be ashamed of presenting such disgusting cells tagged rooms to international customers and should be reported to a standards organisation for deceiving people with the fake and misleading pictures they put on their website. Would definitely NOT recommend! Do not use their services.

This place was not as shown. The bathroom was disgusting, and the room was poorly cleaned. The bathroom was far different from the photos posted, covered in mold, featured a broken toilet seat, and the whole floor smelled. When we asked to change rooms the staff was uncooperative. Dont even think about staying here.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was more than an usual Italian breakfast (few sorts of salami, yoghurt, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, a variety of pastry and sweets), but proportionate to a 2-star hotel.
Our room was at the ground floor, facing directly the street, having the Ministry of Defence on the opposite side of the street, which was not too noisy, so it was pretty ok in the morning. But being close to the reception, we could hear noises and loud discussion at very early hours in the morning, so not very comfortable from this point of view. But otherwise, the location was great, 15 mins walking to Piaza Venezia and 2 minutes to Republica metro station.

Ensuite was tiny wet room so once the shower had been used the floor was wet if going back in later to use toilet. Extractor fan not working and black mould between most of the floor and wall tiles.

Here is a hotel relatively close to many of Rome’s

The hotel is in walking distance of the Colesseum, less than ten minutes walking from the main rail station, amidst plenty of eating places and a gelatteria! We had booked an all day tour of the Vatican and had to leave before the breakfast hour. Seilor allowed us to have breakfast early before heading off on our tour. The room was modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Rude staff, disappointing room

The pictures make the rooms look so much bigger and newer than they are. The wifi is terrible and doesn't reach to the bedrooms (I was on floor 4). It also cuts off and on several times throughout the day. 75 percent of the staff were very rude and unhelpful, and the bathroom in my room was in terruble condition! It smelt like wee and was so cramped the whole room got wet after a shower. Will not be returning.

I stayed in a single room which was pretty basic but had everything you need for a short stay. The actual room layout was a little bit strange, and not having anything for my pillows to lean against was a little annoying whilst sleeping. There's no nice way to say it - the bathroom stank. This was a little bit difficult to deal with whilst using the bathroom, but I just made sure the door was always closed otherwise. The breakfast was very basic, but the coffee was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly an older Italian gentleman, and the location was good (once I found the hotel) Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Difficult access to Rooms

Checking area is located in a different building across the building for the hotel rooms and you don't know it until you are checked in. It is difficult to carry your luggage up 15 steps to get to the reception area to check in and desperately found out the hotel rooms are located in another building with another 15 steps before you can reach for the elevator, especially if you have multiple suitcases.
Breakfast starts at 7:30, too late for some early birds who want to start Rome tour early or early flight.
air-conditioning is not producing cold air and unbearable in a hot Rome summer :(

Hotel personnel were extremely rude and they didnt care about it. Specifically a thin guy who had the overnight shift, who was indifferent and not friendly at all. I am really disatisfied about this.

Location is good, close to Termini and city centre. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, but sometimes couldn't provide the info.
The room was just \"ok\", everything old and rather shabby,not designed to be very convenient. The shower very tight, water temperature hard to regulate. Breakfast just \"ok\". Overall not bad at all for the price.

Rats or marten in building / terrible care

Rats or marten in building: The entire night we heard scratching and moving rats or other animal inside the wall by behind our bed and on the closed windows which we were obviously unable to open to not let in the creatures.

Arrogant and vindictive service: We let Julia (mid height light curly haired receptionist) know that the room had animals. She said \"that is impossible because no one said that before and it was probably the aircondition or a pigeon\". She didn't offer to look into the matter. Her attitude was simple: Guest wrong. To make matters worse she made us feel unwelcome and gave us an arrogant air in the following days as though to punish us for the matter. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Breakfast + staff: The breakfast was absolutely basic. Bread with butter but not even a piece of ham or cheese. Fruits consisted of canned pineapple sitting stale and warm in a dirty bowl. Other items were stale sweet breads. The waitress serving coffee and clearing dishes was noticeably depressed and seemed to despise her work and the guests. She replied in grunts and treated all with an air of complete negativity and hate. It was a terrible atmosphere to stumble upon early in the morning.

This is not value for money. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was nice and close to the main trin station and other major attrations. The room was nice and clean but the shower was small and hard to get into. The breakfast was very limited but the staff very always friendly and happy to help, giving advice and tips when required.

I only stayed one night because I was coming from elsewhere and flying out of Rome so I chose the hotel for its location—being a short walk from Stazione Termini. The front desk staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the weak wifi signal. It might be OK for some quick web browsing or communication but don't count on it for any real work.

Os funcionários do hotel foram incríveis, tanto o rapaz que nos recebeu no checkin de noite, quanto a equipe diurna que guardou nossa bagagem para que pudéssemos passear mais um pouco por Roma! Quanto ao quarto, é bem apertado, mas o ar condicionado era excelente. Podiam melhorar o chuveiro, pois é de cortina e não blindex. Café da manhã básico, mas justo pelo valor da tarifa que pagamos. Dá pra ir a pé para estação de trem (10min) e metrô (8min). Restaurantes e mercadinhos perto são um diferencial.
