For the amount I paid, it felt like a motel. When I asked for hot water, I was told I had to pay for that or even regular water. They wanted to make a buck any way they could.

Swimming pool is excellent. Rooms clean and spacious. One thing what’s missing in this hotel is a common seating area where you can seat with kids downstairs around all beautiful isles maybe small arcade there where one parent can sit with kids and the other play at casino.

Excellent staff and property, but one major hygiene concern
We recently stayed at the property and found it to be very nice. The entire staff was incredibly professional and very attentive to our room needs—the service was truly excellent.
However, I do have one complaint regarding an incident in the casino. We witnessed a guest at one of the card tables letting his dog drink water directly out of a hotel glass. This was highly unpleasant and unhygienic, considering those glasses are meant for human guests. I hope management addresses this with their floor staff to ensure health and safety standards are strictly maintained.

This was another great trip to Paris! My wife was very happy with the room and the cleanliness. And she is very particular about cleanliness. Over this was a great stay. As always things get a bit pricey in Vegas especially the food but all in all everything was much appreciated! We will be back!

I feel like the site showed a lot more amenities and things on property that was not there. We still had a great time the room was clean and when we did run into a problem they came to resolve it quickly. The spa lack spa amenities it only had a hot sauna, steam room, and a jacuzzi. So after your treatments were done you didn’t have many options.

We had a hair dryer that didn’t work. We texted the help desk and they sent someone immediately with a brand new one. We were having difficulty with how to get the shower to work properly and once again someone came right up! We played in the casino and the dealers were extremely kind as well as pit bosses. The pool was well maintained and service was good. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants found the prices more reasonable at the mall located beside and across the street. Loved the lavender smell as soon as walk inside. Not a smoky smell at all. Nice that we could leave our luggage w bell hop since we arrived before check in and our luggage was delivered to our room. Very impressed all around! We will for sure stay again at this hotel.

Nice property, good location to the strip and to the wsop, my reason for visiting. The pool is nice, though the music is playing too loudly. During my stay, the hotel seemed to be unprepared and understaffed for the influx of guests during the wsop. Restaurants, shops, cafe's, front desk, etc. All shops in the hotel were OUT of bottled orange juice for 3 of my four days. What? How does that happen? The cafe belle was horribly understaffed every day. The lines were long, doesn't the hotel F&B dept confer with the wsop to insure they are staffed properly for the expected crowds? Further...everything, and I mean everything, is way way way overpriced. From the sundry shop ($8 juice??) to the cafe, to the restaurants. Everything. A muffin, a turnover, and a juice (too go) was $27. Ummm...no thanks.

Our encounters with most of the staff from front desk, bar and casual dining were rude. Prices were exorbitant at the general eateries and I don’t know how families can afford. Casino music was too loud compared to other casinos.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. My room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with a mini fridge for drinks and food, which I really appreciated. The hot water was reliable, and everything was in good working order.

The hotel itself is also very well kept. While I don’t gamble, the casino area looked great, and the interior design does a nice job of giving you a taste of Paris.

I only had one meal during my stay, breakfast at Café Americano. It was very good—perhaps a little pricey, but in line with the pricing at the surrounding hotels.

I also like this side of the Strip because of the monorail. I was in town for a convention, and the monorail was invaluable. It made getting around quick and easy without having to rely on taxis or rideshares.

Another advantage of this location is its proximity to the Miracle Mile Shops. There are plenty of affordable dining options, along with some good shopping, which can be a nice break from typical Strip pricing. Cabo Wabo is also a gem and definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a good meal and a fun atmosphere.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

We reserved three rooms, and the check-in time was 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived, only one of the three rooms was ready. The other two rooms were not available.

It was not until around 9:00 PM that the second room became available, and the third room was still not ready at that time. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our travel plans.

We are very disappointed with the lack of preparation and communication regarding our reservation. Since we booked three rooms in advance, we expected all of them to be ready at the guaranteed check-in time.

Waiting four hours past the scheduled check-in time for reserved rooms is unacceptable and does not meet the level of service we expected from your hotel.

We chose Paris in large part for the pool, to hang out during the day-it was closed all weekend due to \"an accident\" and it had to be drained. It seems for such an amenity, that has an extra resort fee, the pool should be able to drained and refilled in a timely manner to reopen, or credit guests for the loss and inconvenience of finding somewhere else to go and paying to get there. It was probably just a Baby Ruth, lol

THE HOTEL WAS FABULOUS, HOWEVER, I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN MY ROOM. IT WAS OUR 41 WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND I HAD ORDERED A KING BED AND WE GOT TWO QUEENS. THIS WAS NOT THE BEST SINCE WE WERE CELEBRATING 41 YEARS OF MARRIAGE.

ALSO, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO PAY A RESORT FEE WHEN THE POOL WAS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 6PM. I WANTED TO USE THE POOL ALL DAY, THAT IS WHAT THE FEE SHOULD BE. I ONLY USED THE POOL ONCE AND HAD TO PAY A FEE FOR THREE DAYS. NOT FAIR!!!

Room with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, and being on the 18th floor, we were able to see the Bellagio fountain show. The noise from outside was surprisingly loud, but it is a happening city. Bed was ok, but the pillows were too bulky for side sleeping. No coffee in room, but we ordered 2 cups and tipped ($35 in total) and the coffee was horrible and burnt tasting. Room has a nice sized safe in it and a small fridge- but no microwave. Plenty of space in our corner room, wish they would have had a coffee table set up instead of an empty hall to the door. We did not partake in the snack/bev cart in the room. Plenty of closet spaces and seating while dressing. Do the mobile check in- MUCH faster than standing in that long line. Self parking is about 1 mile away and walking through the shops area was horrible with the smell of smoke. No carts to use for luggage either. Bring your own cart on wheels.

We stayed there for four days and the elevators to our tower were not in service due to construction so we had to walk to the next hotel, the horseshoe and use their elevators for that tower. We should’ve just reserved at the horseshoe because in order to make it back to the Paris to gamble, We had to walk quite a bit. Being that not everybody from the family gambles, we wanted to stay close to the rooms and we couldn’t do that at the Paris, so we had to gamble at the horseshoe. Was very unsatisfied with this experience.

We travelled in June and the weather was hot! We were looking forward to utilizing the pool to cool off, no such luck! The pool hours were only until 5 pm! Horrible. There was no shade, unless you reserved a cabana, more $$! You could not bring in outside food or beverages. The walk from our room, in the Versailles tower, was not something one would want to do in your swimsuit. You had to take the elevator to the sky bridge, walk through the sky bridge, down an escalator to the casino floor, cross the entire casino floor to get to another part of the hotel to access the pool. Too long of a trek. They offered us the pool at the Horseshoe as it was supposed to be closer. You also had to take the elevator to the casino floor, walk halfway across it to yet another flight of stairs and walk through the lower level to access the pool.

Not the place to stay if you want to relax by the pool to get away from the heat.

Staff are mostly friendly except the first person we met in the resort, the receptionist her name is Fa! It must be a long and non rest day for her when she help us to check in.

It was our first time to Vegas with great expectations, we arrived from Toronto after a three hours flight delay and a five hours flight, my daughter, my wife and me were sooo exhausted. Despite of excitement first entered to the resort by its stunning construction design, we were all having a hard time from Miss Fa who was famous for her attitude and behavior from the other visitors reviews. We should avoid from her !!!

Upon initially checking in I usually forward my passport to the staff for document verification because I am the only person to register for rooms. Instead of checking my passport she put my passport underneath her elbow and TORN two pieces of papers to me and commanded me to write my wife's name, my friend's name, my daughter's name, their dob and my Canada address on it, I felt so upset and confusion-First, why she didn't check my passport by using my name to bring up all my reservation details of two room and all party names? Secondly, why she ordered me to black and white my address to her? It is nothing even concerning about checking in !!!

Please note I am not the first person to complain about this person.

Moreover, I was asking for the resort fee issue for everyday

Great hotel & comfortable beds. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer.
The pool closes too early in my opinion. It’s only open 9-6. With it being so hot it should be open until at least 8pm.
The other thing is the small cafe with beverages, donuts was extremely expensive. A Caesar wrap in a Tortilla & Hawaiian rolls with turkey & cheese & 2 waters was $58. That ridiculous

It’s a nice hotel, we had a couple of the non-renovated rooms. Still in decent shape with some areas showing its age. The common areas and restaurants were great. Other areas to note - the ride share pick up area was quite a walk from the main lobby and not ideal for the elderly or those with mobility issues. The mobile app would’ve been great as it allowed you to skip the line & go through the checkout process ahead of time while indicating your actual time to leave the room. In my case, I completed all the steps around 8 am with a checkout time of 11. As soon as the app closed, it shut everything down in the room - TV and WiFi. Staff couldn’t resolve it over the phone and I had to go down to the front desk after all. Defeats the purpose of the pre-checkout.

I visited the Paris Las Vegas hotel on a Monday through Thursday in June 2026. My stay was positive with the two exceptions noted below. The queen beds were very comfortable, the furniture and small refrigerator well maintained, and the air conditioning cooled quickly. There was a safe in the clothing closet that I did not use. The bathroom was immaculate. I walked the hallways and the casino floor in the morning (getting my step count in before busy days). While walking I had the opportunity to speak to numerous hotel staff. They were all helpful, courteous and professional. The casino had all the areas you might be expecting, including well-known name restaurants; Martha Stewart, Gordon Ramsey and Bobby Flay's fast food type burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes. Other comments... there were long lines during check in/out, indicating there were not enough staff on hand to adequately cover customers. I found this to be true numerous times when walking past the check in area. At Cafe Belle I purchased a large coffee for $10.99. The bottom quarter of the cup was full of coffee grounds, very disappointing for a first morning's cup of joe, especially at the high price tag. Even so, I do recommend the Paris Las Vegas hotel. While the hotel rates were fair and affordable, all of the food including water was expensive so be prepared to pay top dollar if you are hungry.

The carpet of the room , the elevators , the hallways, the windows of the rooms are very dirty I paid more for an upgrade for the Tower Eiffel view and I didn't enjoy, because I couldn't see it clearly because the dirty windows. Also I was expecting spend time in the pool and I couldn't the pool was closed. So I feel very disappointed and regret to stay at Paris Hotel. I took the rates through Expedia but I end up paying double from the original price.

The Paris Hotel is great! The only complaint I have is that if you're a family with teenage kids, there is no area to sit down with them later in the evening where the adults can have a drink and the \"kids\" can have a soda. A lot of the restaurants will be closed and everywhere else are bar areas for only people 21 years and older. It was suggested to buy beverages at a kiosk and find an open seat in the fast-food area- not really fun if you're with friends and their teenage kids and want to end your day with a chat and a last drink.

It is a very nice property. The pancakes and bacon at cafe Americano are very good and the raisin rolls at the little bakery by the registration desk is too. They are at a good location for walking. I hate the ride share and third party food delivery area is so far away from the rooms and not all restaurants in the hotel have room service. I also wish they had more entertainment. I would most definitely stay at the hotel again the spa was great, the rooms nice, clean and quiet, the pool was nice.

We booked a room in the Versailles tower not aware/knowing that it is as far away from the Paris amenities as you can get. They should just tell you you are staying at the Horseshoe, b/c basically that’s what it is- renovated rooms above the horseshoe casino. I tried to switch our room to be in the main tower, but was told that d/t the WSOP, no rooms were available. Lesson learned- if you don’t want to be far from the Paris restaurants and amenities, be sure to book in the main tower. We will probably book a different for our next visit.
