Clean and tidy room, the location is great and close to Termini, metro station and an easy walk to many attractions like the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain etc. The air con worked well, the shower pressure wasn’t great but everything else worked well. Basic but nice addition of the breakfast. The building itself is very beautiful and grand and is opposite an equally impressive church. Overall we would stay here again as it is an ideal base to explore this amazing city :)

Property was easy to find, safely located. Room was clean, a good size. Staff friendly and pastries provided for breakfast which was a nice touch.

Only criticism is that our bed was adjacent to next doors bathroom, so every time the toilet flushed, it was really, really loud and woke us up a few times.

Apart from that, a really great value place to stay and would recommend.

+ Easy walk to Termini station. Appreciated free coffee all day and croissants in the morning.

- Elevator was not operational 4x during our 4-night stay. Wifi was intermittent. Difficult to find because the lobby was on the third floor of a multi use building. Poor mattress.

The WiFi never worked during our stay. It is hidden in a business building which made it difficult to find. The walls were paper thin. The shower in the bathroom was extremely small. It barely fit me and I am 5’1. Overall this hotel was terrible. I would never book them again. However, it was close to Roma termini which was convenient for us. The streets next to the hotel was laden with homeless drunk people. Book at your own risk.

The beds were really hard and we had some issues with bed bugs we had been traveling from hotel to hotel so they told us it could be us but they did a great job at getting the place disinfected for us. The wifi was okay lagged a lot.

Overall I like the hotel, and would stay again. Very friendly service! Nice cappuccinos and croissants at breakfast (but no other choices really). We had problems with the elevator on arrival day, but OK after that. They let us check in early because our room has just been cleaned, which is so nice! Air conditioning was there, but could be better, as well as the water pressure in the shower. We had a family room and the mattress was fine on the queen bed, but the two twins had a thin mattress. It was OK for kids, but would have bothered me. The room with the two twins was sort of separate from the main room, but not completely so it wasn’t air-conditioned as much. Bathroom was a really nice size for Europe though! Food options two minutes away, three minutes from a little grocery and 15 minutes from major tourist sites. Given the price I would stay again!

Very good 3 star hotel!

I must say I was surprised to find such a clean, safe and so friendly hotel in Rome. Past experiences were not good and reading the reviews didn't give me enough reassurance but I am glad I chose this hotel. It boasts of an excellent location, the building is very nice.
The hotel itself is a very good 3 stars hotel, had everything we needed and more and everyone at the reception was nice and helpful especially Ivan. Thank you for a very comfortable stay, my daugther (8 years old) and I enjoyed the experience staying there

The hotel was great. I stayed in the economy room and so it was slightly small but just what I needed for a flying visit seeing all the sights. Literally everytime i made it back to the room i crashed out after a shower. 24hr concierge and so when i needed a 3am taxi, they called it in and it arrived within 5minutes.
Although they say there was no Breakfast included the hotel put on a spread of croissants and coffee which was a nice added bonus. The only downside was our noisy neighbour who insisted on talking loudly on the phone until 2am

The location of this hotel is great. Many places to eat, bars, a supermarket and even a laundry across the street.
Ivan and the rest of the staff were super in every way.
Be aware that the elevator; it's a traditional European elevator be patient.

The manager was the best, he gave us the best advise on where to go and pointed it out in the map. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was absolutely amazing, it was the best part of our stay here!!! Not worth it

This was a friends trip. We all booked our rooms (4) back in May. When we arrived, one of our friends did not have a room. The hotel had canceled his room without any warning. Since the Ryder Cup was in town, there wasn’t anywhere for him to stay so he had to hotel hop every night. Our refrigerator went out while we were there and one of our neighbors electricity kept flickering and went out for good when she was using the hairdryer. The walls are paper thin. There was mold in the shower. The hotel offers to arrange a car service to the airport for you, but the car never came, and when I went up and asked the clerk about it, she told me to download an app to call. I felt it should be her obligation since it’s a service they offer. The best thing about this place is location and that it has AC. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

My family loved the property. It is a bit difficult to find but it is a very good hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and also let us hold our luggage there when we returned to Rome even though we were not staying that night before our plane ride home. Location is very central. Never waited more than 3-4 minutes for a taxi after they called them. In fact, taxis mostly beat us to the entrance as we had to wait for elevator. Kids loved the room and central location. A very pleasant stay. Room was spacious for 4 people. Highly recommended.

It was very hot in Rome! BUT this hotel had AC which was a big plus! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though the hotel is on a Main Street, the hotel (and surroundings) was quiet. The staff is very friendly and it is a very safe hotel as a key is needed to get into the building and then the hotel itself as well as the room. The metro station is just a short 3 min walk away and the bus station is about a 1min walk away. Overall I would definitely stay here again. FYI The elevator is very small , two people with a checked bag will fit. They offer stairs as well.

1. Location is perfect. Nice area. For the whole trip (4 days) we did not have to use any public transportation or taxi, we walked everywhere. We only used a train when we went out of city.
2. Staff are the sweetest! Anastasia and Ever are great! They very really caring. They gave us a map and showed best routes to check out attractions. Honestly best administrators ever!
3. We had free 24/7 coffee machine and some croissants for breakfast.
4. I’d recommend this place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced hotel with good location and good service.

Proximity to the main station is about all the hotel can boast off. The family room we were allocated had the worst shower and toilet flush. You would have stand in the corner of the shower stall and get a trickle from the shower head and that was the best case scenario. Why would they have spray jets facing the shower door, and the shower stall is barely 18 inches wide!
The breakfast was very basic, the coffee was good though.
I wouldn’t be returning here.

Room does not look at all like the picture. It’s VERY small, barely any room to walk around the bed and no room for luggage. No comforter, just sheets. There was a blanket in in the closet that was for a twin bed that didn’t quite fit. Bed was not comfy.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a old building, it has a great location within walking distances (15-30 minutes) of many attractions. Good public transport nearby. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are adequate, although consist mostly of processed food.
Note that this hotel is part of a bigger block and with only 1 very small lift to service the entire building. It takes only 4 people or 2 with luggage. Additionally it has a manual door system and if this is not closed correctly, the lift becomes unusable! If you have difficulty climbing up 3 floors, then this hotel is not for you.

Cold Shower, Bad attitude at the breakfast bar. And when I told the receptionist the shower wasn't working he said many people stayed in the room and didn't complain. Nice guy but total blow off. The air conditioner struggled and didn't cool. Room 310.
Try a different hotel till they get straighten out.

What a nice little hotel. Very clean. Wonderful wonderful staff. Excellent continental breakfast in the morning. Air conditioned room. Thank goodness because Rome was cooking this year. The street is filled with restaurants and shops for everything you might need.
The only thing I might say, nothing negative about the hotel itself, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to look elsewhere. It’s on the 3rd story. There is an elevator but half the time it’s stuck on an upper floor because people don’t close the elevator doors properly so I did a lot of walking up those stairs.

First trip in Rome

First time in Rome. Family trip. There are many ‘hotels’ like this in Rome. Everest inn was ok. Location is great and that is important for a trip to Rome. Breakfast is really just instant coffee and breads and bagels, and other instant foods— I think they can do better. Comfortable which is important after a long day on foot in Rome. And very important to remember— there are 2 ‘Everest Inn’ in Rome so make sure you let the taxi driver know the address.

Perfect little hotel for a weekend

Lovely room (spacious by Europe standards), super clean hotel and fantastic staff. We booked on the spur of the moment, and I am so glad we chose this hotel. Our room was cool with air con, and had a good comfy bed, so we were guaranteed a good sleep after travelling. The staff are a credit to the hotel, especially the ladies on the reception /check in desk. Great value especially by Rome prices - and they have an elevator which is almost unheard of in Italy! About 2 minutes walk to the main Roma Termini and all the hop on hop off buses etc. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a two star Hotel, and worth every penny. If I have to find fault, it would be simply the lack of natural light in the room, the size of the room was awesome, high ceilings. Breakfast room bit on small size, there was sufficient food not necessarily space to sit. For a three night stay, its in Rome, how much time do you spend in the room. There was no kettle in the room, but there was a small fridge which we used for our own drinks. No complaints about staff, perfectly polite and considerate.

Hotel was okay. Beds were very uncomfortable and stiff. Room had a good view but pretty noisy. Bathroom shower was a litttle moldy and sink water couldn’t be on long because the sink didn’t drain well.
Breakfast in the morning was very simple - bead, cereal, cheese, salami, coffee, juice. But thankful to have something in the morning.

Loved the breakfast! Meats, croissants, cookies and espresso machine. Staff was friendly! Rooms are small as expected. Comfortable bed, after walking around Rome All day anything will work though. The hotel is very small located on a fairly dated building. The rooms were adequate from a size perspective. Best part of the hotel is its location. Placed centrally, just walking distance from Train station and access to bus right outside. Few mins to all main attractions. My experience was not that great because I was asked to take a two separate rooms to accommodate family of 4, which is unacceptable considering I had small kids. Also WIFI is practically non existent in the room.

The entrance of the hotel was very regular, it was hard to find but once inside everything was perfect. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel and the staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and the room was very spacious. It was all very new and as the hotel was not that big it was as nice stay. The breakfast was not the best but it didn’t matter much. We arrived before check-in and they gladly offered to keep our luggage. They provided a map and basic directions on getting around. Hotel room was clean and comfy. Walls are thin so we could easily hear people in the room next door (granted they were noisy). Rating the room only it was a clean and convenient place to stay. We walked everywhere with our longest walk being to the Vatican (about 45 minutes). Trevi, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and shopping are all close by. We took the train to get to Pompeii so that was also very convenient. They also called a taxi for our return trip to the airport. Would gladly stay again.

The location was perfect,close to many attractions. However the breakfast was very limited and we constantly had to ask for more jogurts, sugar etc. The staff was fairly polite but again nothing exceptional. We've book economy double room which was were small and it was difficult to move around. The cleanliness of the room was ok. Throughout Our 6 night stay room was probably cleaned properly twice. The overall experience was ok but we wouldn't stay there again nor recommend.

We booked a triple room. In Expedia and the hotel web page a triple room has list of characteristics that are not true.
they put as in a double room with a third bed. few space for walk. They blamed Expedia and web page editor for the mistake of measures and pictures. The hotel did not have any predisposition for resolve the misunderstd. We had to after two night of no real answer we had to call expedia. only expedia could make them change our room, for the booked one. (the hotel did not make any refund for the 1st and 2nd night).

Hotel breakfast was decent (pastries/coffee), 24 hour reception was a plus for leaving super early. 15 minute sketchy walk to train station. Best part was the 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain to see it at night! Restaurants nearby weren't the best. Our fridge in the room smelled really bad.

The hotel is small and cosy, being part of a beautiful old building in a great part of the town. On the metro I was robbed of my passport, debit cards and cash. The staff were very helpful in helping me get some money from home. Too marks!

The room was very pretty and the staff was very nice. The bathroom has no vent and smells of sewage if the door is kept closed. The AC is very weak and does a poor job of cooling. Breakfast consisted of a 2 types of pastries and coffee. Room was very quiet. Pleasant stay overall.

This hotel is one step up from a luxurious hostel, but it did the trick. Air conditioning worked, there was a safe to store valuables, and a coffee machine that worked. An easy walking distance to Termini and the no-stop bus to Fuminicino (only 4 euros!).

We were able to walk from the main train station. Being up a few floors made it quieter and more secure. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. We were a family of 6 split into 2 rooms. Although a bit small each room was comfortable. Above all were Carlo and Ivan at the main reception area. We were able to obtain all kinds of transit, dining and tourist advice from our un-official guides. We were there for 3 days in late July 2012. If it was too hot to walk, transit was close by. Otherwise the concierge called reputable taxi companies for us. We would stay here again.

Localização ótima! Cama super gostosa, banheiro limpo e grande. Todos os funcionários super simpáticos e ainda oferecem café e croissant como cortesia todos os dias de manhã! Com certeza ficaria mais vezes!

저는 이 곳에서 단 1박만 하는 작은 손님이었습니다. 하지만 프론트와 객실 청소 직원, 기타 마주치는 모든 직원들은 친화적이었으며 열심히 모든 것을 설명해주려 했습니다. 무척 만족스러웠던 점은 아침에 비공식적인 조식이 제공되었다는 점입니다! 서비스의 일환인 것 같습니다. 이 가격에 이 접근성에 이런 서비스를 기대못했는데, 무척이나 만족했습니다. 프론트의 직원이 특히나 친절하였고, 밝게 인사해주어 즐거운 로마의 첫 인상을 느꼈습니다. 고맙습니다! 객실은 작고 아담하지만 있어야할 것이 모두 있습니다. 냉장고, TV, 작은 어매니티도 모두 갖춰져있고 깔끔합니다. 추천함!

Hyvällä sijainnilla nähtävyyksien ja rautatieaseman lähistöllä. Julkiset lähti aivan hotellin vierestä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, huoneet siistit mutta vanhanaikaiset. Aamulla tarjolla kahvi ja leivos, tästä plussaa! Naapurista/käytävästä/kadulta kuului herkästi äänet mutta tämä ei meitä juurikaan haitannut.

Adorei me hospedar no Everest inn Rome, muito próximo dos principais pontos turísticos.
ônibus passa em frente ao hotel e um a cinco minutos tem a estação do metro que facilmente nos leva até o Vaticano.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal de recepción, siempre muy atentos y amables.
El hotel tiene acceso cortos al transporte y caminando se puede llegar a puntos de interés. La estación de trenes Termini está a 9 minutos caminando.

El trato del personal de la recepción fue muy amable y muy servicial, a cualquier duda siempre tuvimos ayuda y respuesta.
El hotel esta accesible a transporte y a diferentes lugares a pie.
