This is a lovely, very central and traditional hotel. My room was nice and cosy, providing me with a powerful A/C unit to keep cool in the heat and a great point from which to start my daily travels within Rome. The hotel breakfast was absolutely a bonus — you must try the pistachio croissant! I had to take two each morning as they were stunning. The hotel staff (including the lady at breakfast) were all so polite and friendly.

To see Rome, you should plan on walking a lot. This hotel is located a convenient walk to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Trevi Fountain is an equal distance as well. Vatican City is about 35 minutes walk.

Lovely hotel in a great location for sightseeing. We were greeted on arrival and provided with local information including some restaurant recommendations which were useful. Our family room was very large, well equipped and cleaned daily. There was some city noise in the evenings but it didn’t affect our sleep and earplugs were provided. Breakfast was good with delicious fresh croissants. Would stay here again.

The website for this place is a little misleading. It's actually a bunch of accommodations/hotel companies all in one building so finding ours was a touch tricky. There is an elevator in the building but you still have to navigate a long stone path and then a flight of stairs to get to the elevator so it's not good for the disabled. But the front desk staff were VERY helpful and aided in getting our bags up and down. The room wasn't large and we were supposed to have two beds and just got one large one but we managed. We appreciated the cleanliness, the amenities, and the staff. Also fair value for the money and it's within walking distance of several things including Termini station and Mercato Centrale. But if you have heavy luggage you will still want a taxi from the train to the hotel due to the streets.

Very recommendable hotel in greater Termini area
A very recommendable hotel in the greater vicinity of Roma Termini station near the Piazza della Repubblica (Metro A line). The hotel is on the first floor of an old palazzo that was restored in the 1930's, the hotel though is modern. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful, and efficient when I had some problems with the keys and the safe in the room. The room was spacious, as Roman hotels go, with a nice bathroom and a street noise blocking window. There was a small fridge in the room and an electric kettle to make coffee or tea. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of items for an Italian or continental breakfast. I enjoyed my one-night stay very much.

What a great little jem. The owner is just the nicest! We wanted to explore some of the local areas and she provided some wonderful suggestions. The hotel was walkable for us from the train station and has a metro stop just a few blocks away. They serve hot homemade croissants in the morning which are amazing! We booked this hotel about 10 hrs before we needed it. We just needed it to stay out of the heat for portions of the day because our train arrived really early and our vrbo wasn’t ready until after 3pm. The front desk lady was one of the nicest people we met in Italy. She arranged for us to get in early and wanted to help all she could for us. It was clean and the ac was great.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. It’s a smaller hotel with limited rooms but it’s great for travelers needing more authentic experience than Holiday Inn type experience. It’s located in safe area with good options for food and bars. It’s conveniently located close from metro station. Room was clean and big for needs. If you are debating on booking this hotel, don't! Take it from a very picky person we loved everything here! This was our last stop in Italy and our favorite hotel. We had the Quadruple room that was actually larger than anticipated. The room was nice and comfortable. It had a sitting room with a table and chairs besides the two separate bedrooms. The only problem is you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. The room is not on a busy street so it is quiet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner that works very well. The breakfast is the typical Italian breakfast with ham, cheese, croissants, coffee, etc. The bathroom is large but it could use a new showerhead. It needs to be noted that the entrance to the hotel is just inside the ZTL zone so you cannot drive up to it to unload luggage with your own car.
