On our first day, we had a hygiene issue with the room. Upon reporting it to reception, we were offered another room but at an additional cost of 50 Euros. After some negotiation, we got shifted to another room free of cost. This set the tone of our experience…

The breakfast in this hotel is very limited and didn't meet our expectations.
There was no signage on the dishes and options were limited.
Breakfast ends at 10:30AM. Despite arriving at 10AM, the bread had finished and when asked whether it would be refilled they said that's all that's left - small bread bites. The breakfast room was very dull and limited in space.

Overall, the location is great, walking distance to almost all attractions, public transport and supermarket is also nearby. The staff at this hotel was generally friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is indide of a comercial building !But they show a picture of Fontain Treví 👎that is 5 blocks from the hotel !Breakfast is very poor with artificial fruit juices !The shower drain got clogged and there was no one to fix it 👎!I have to open the drain and fix it myself 😤!Stay away

The staff was amazing with letting us check in early and upgrading one of the rooms. The rooms were well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to a Metro and easy to Trevi Fountains, Pantheon and lots of shopping. Very quiet hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nothing as in the pic , just s floor in building .The room so called de lux is unbelievably small with glass door in the bathroom snd fhe door that even woudnt nr open outside .
No provacy .No noise or smell prevention
We get the room infront thr frsk , noise all night long .
The working stuff are polite, no doubt .Beside that , the place is much overpriced.

Stayed in the family suite which is actually two separate hotel rooms in private area. Loved the rooms very spacious the roof garden for breakfast was fantastic what a great space and good food. The location is great walking distance to major sites and great shopping on Via Nazionale. The staff is very friendly and helpful . I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel!!

Nicevhotel wity helpful friendly staff. My only complaints was that there were literally no channels on the TV. I had to use my phone just to catch up on news. As my phone was working overtime to keep up wuth the roaming from the overseas trip, i did not have much bandwidth left over just for a little bedtine entertainment.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and lots of cafes and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop breakfast included in room rate. Only downsides were small room, no view from inner courtyard window. Otherwise, clean, comfortable with all the amenities . Would stay here again.

A useful hotel to know in Rome

This hotel is not too far from the main train station, and the Baths of Diocletian. There's also a metro station (Barbarini) a couple of blocks down a hill. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel decor very bright and colorful. There is a rooftop terrace where breakfast is served and lunch and a bar. Security is good and service was great. The only small problem is that there are not many eating places around in the neighborhood.

This is a 3-Star hotel but should definitely be a 4-star. The decor is modern & stunning, the amenities are great and the location is excellent. A 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and a 20 minute walk to the train station.

Hotel was great, really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were amazing, large in size, modern and very accommodating. Had a family room which included two rooms, basically two connecting rooms, and included two bathrooms (for 2 adults, 2 children). Staff were pleasant and always present and available. Hotel also included a roof top lounge and bar, as well as a small gathering room with a honor bar on the main floor. Location was perfect, 15-20 minute walk from the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the closest subway entrance. Walking distance to many famous landmarks! Would absolutely return and recommend to others!

Wonderful stay. Staff very friendly and very helpful. This is a boutique hotel that is located centrally yet just around corner away-quiet and safe. Breakfast is fantastic w barista to make your espresso, coffee and cappuccinos. Definitely get the breakfast option-so worth it.

Are you serious???? This hotel has glass walls to the bathroom. There is absolutely no privacy at all. No matter who you share with, you can watch all their private activities. Doesn’t show this on line. Give me a break. The breakfast staff were so unfriendly we didn’t want to use it. Stay away…. So many better places

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in a great location. Walking distance from the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. So many bars, cafes, and restaurants near by. The staff was very helpful. This hotel is a location for your first visit to Rome or if you want to do all the tourist things.
The staff are extremely friendly & helpful, even when I dropped my sunglasses down the elevator, everyone was trying to help me retrieve it.

Also, don’t forget to check out the hotels rooftop, the views of the entire city are a great backdrop to aperol spritz in the sun.

The staff at breakfast were not very friendly and the food options were limited. The seating at breakfast was more a lounge bar and not really fit for dining/ breakfast.

Very nice hotel, clean and has many nice room amenities and located close to many restaurants and shops. Just one complaint - we smell cigarettes smoke in our room at 3am when it’s a no-smoking hotel, must be some inconsiderate guests smoking secretly in the their room and the smoke travel to our room via the hotel vent. The receptionist was nice to switch us to another room the next day.

On arrival the hotel did not look anything great from outside. But when we got out of the lift and into the 1st floor reception everything was lovely the staff were very friendly and so helpful. The room was a really good size with a modern well finished shower room every thing was very clean and tidy. Great location too lots of attractions were in walking distance, restaurants bars buses and metro all about 200meters from the hotel. definetly stay here again

Staff were outstanding from the moment we got to the hotel. Very informative and did their best to ensure we're were making the most of our stay - everyone was friendly and welcoming. We were often given tips about the best places to visit which was great considering the amount of options available for pizza, pasta, gelato, coffee - are exhaustive. (Do your research about food places beforehand, so you can at least have a good back up- unsurprisingly not every pasta/pizza place is amazing).

We had the family room which was 2 ensuite doubles which are connect by a small entrance hallway - which itself has it's own lockable front door to the main hallway/breakfast area. It's basically a self contained 2 bed flat. We had both our room doors open all the time so we weren't shut off from our children and it worked brilliantly. Big TVs in each room. High quality furnishings. Ensuite shower rooms were both very nice and everything spotlessly clean and no sign of wear and tear. Breakfast was plentiful but was a bit expensive for us to have each day so we opted to only have it 2 out of 5 days. (15€ per person per day) - it was very good however and lots of choice including cereals, fruit cold meats, pastries and hot food etc.

Location was great - about 15 min walk from the Trevi, Spanish steps and Borghese gardens. Near a few direct bus stops (download Citymapper app to get GPS route planning based on your location- Godsend!) overall amazing stay, wonderful hotel and staff

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the termini station, 10 min walk from trevi and 50 mins from the Vatican. Basically everywhere is very walkable. We spent zero on cabs, which in Rome can get expensive apparently. A full on 4 days with 25k steps a day meant we need a really comfy hotel… trivho delivered perfectly

Highly recommend! Can't say enough about the entire staff. Each was able to communicate in English; so helpful with recommendations for dining, arranging transportation, providing a lovely breakfast, housekeeping. Very modern room with state of art remote features, an actual library in common area, an elevator... should you not adore the marble circular steps! My husband was not keen on the frosted glass instead of a wall separating the bathroom facilities.

The hotel is well positioned, although a bit hard to find as it occupies a single floor within a bigger building.
My main issues were with the room, which is not suitable for a light sleeper like myself. The blackout curtains don't entirely cover the window, which meant there was bright light all across the room from 7am. The aircon cannot be switched off, and there was a constant background noise from it.
I also didn't like the fact that toiletries were in individual disposable containers - I thought the law now required hotels to provide refillable dispensers instead? What this hotel has is not eco conscious at all.
Breakfast was good and varied, but the low tables and chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and I'm sure that would be the case even more with people of reduced mobility.
