The hotel is located in the small town of Santa Cruz, about 2 minutes from Madeira International Airport and 15 minutes from Funchal. Fully renovated in 2017, this is a typical city hotel, close to all historical, cultural and leasure facilities.
About 50 meters from the historical quarter and Sea promenade. The hotel is located where there was an old sugar cane mill, keeping the original Madeiran Arquitecture.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. The Staff are very friendly and Helpful. The Hotel has more than ample facilities and is just a short walk (3-4 minutes) from the Vibrant Santa Cruz Village centre. Loved our stay and would recommend this Hotel anytime.

Great place, should have stayed longer!
We stayed one night before our very early flight home to Edinburgh. The hotel was great, the staff lovely and very helpful. Santa Cruz is also a nice village and we wished we’d stayed a little longer. We had the afternoon, walked around the village a bit, chilled in the pool. They booked a taxi for us which was on the meter so not over priced and provided a takeaway breakfast.

Great weeks stay. Breakfast was large and lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There was a bus stop one minute away to get to the city or other areas and very efficient and reasonable. They run quite late. there is an express bus to Funchal that misses all the little stops that is worth knowing about as it's only 20 minutes. Pool was clean, although not heated so couldn't utilise it as much as I had hoped to, although I imagine most of the year it's not needed. Great views of the planes too. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice ,location is nice,2 mns walking from the ocean and from some great restaurants and coffees.Very near a highway but room/windows have double glass so its really not noisy , it seems to be new and its confortable and very clean , it has for free, for guests use, parking ,pool and gym... The staff was really very welcoming and helpfull ...Good breakfast with quality ingredients and on the check out day and because i had to leave the hotel at 5am the staff had some food prepared so that i could eat before flying .

Airport close by village it’s self is typical Madeiran plenty of places to eat as well the hotel. Local bus is just over the road as well as the hotel shuttle.all in all excellent hotel. This hotel was an excellent choice for us. It is a short distance from the airport, but not noisy. It is handy for the local village, which has a good choice of bars, restaurants local facilities and promenade.Funchale is easily reached but we can return to a quiet place that soon feels familiar and relaxing.

As our flight from Madeira was cancelled our party of six had to find accommodation quickly. As there were many thousands of stranded passengers we were lucky to find this hotel close to the airport. On arrival the staff couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome. The front desk staff were very efficient and helpful. As we were stuck for several days until we could get a flight they couldn't have been more helpful.

O Hotel está bem localizado numa bonita vila e está bem arranjado, no entanto, há detalhes importantes em falha como p.e. os quartos não terem cofre, mini frigorífico nem máquina de café o que é tipico em hoteis de 4 estrelas. Outro aspeto que considero uma falha também é o serviço e variedade do pequeno almoço. Contudo o staff era simpático e o hotel é moderno.

Just stayed there for one night before taking an early flight. Hotel is really close to the airport. Hotel is recently renovated/built and very clean. Staff was very forthcoming, even arranged a pre-prepared very early breakfast, outside their normal hours, so that I could have it before the flight. That all for a very reasonable price. Would go again every time.
