Disappointed by the all inclusive eating as you are charged to exchange pool towels, rent tv control and room safe. Not all bars are all inclusive, no tea/coffee or bottle water in room.

4th stay at this hotel, recent renovations have brought the hotel up to standard but let down by the variable quality of food. Breakfast was fine but dinner was hit & miss. Roasts, fish & rabbit ok but chicken rubbery & goat stew tough. Stayed half board so lunch not experienced.

The hotel and its facilities are very good,

I’ll go through things one at a time..

Food: the food on the whole was above average, lots of choice, tasty and well prepared, maybe a little cold at times.

Entertainment: the evening entertainment was very good, as a frequent visitor to the island, there are worse in better hotels.

Pool: The pool and gardens are lovely, it is pot luck getting a sun bed, but there is generally one available, (we did stay high season)

Rooms: we had a very nice room, overlooking the street rather than pool, meaning more sun, so perfect for us.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Marco, Diego, Mena & Roseanna the entertainment were brilliant. Everyday they would make sure everyone was having a good time and getting everyone involved in all activities, they worked so hard and put on great entertainment at night too. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Only thing with the food is sometimes the hot food wasn’t too warm. Although we were all inclusive we ate out a few times just for a change of scenery. Great bars and restaurants around the hotel.

We had a lovely stay

First 'all inclusive' Hotel. Spur of the moment booking.
A cool drink at reception on arrival is a very nice welcome. All the staff throughout are very hard working and always ready with a smile and a buenos dias. Reception is very helpful and got any problems we had resolved very quickly.
We had a pool view with the morning sun on our balcony.
The food choice was very good. Again the staff all very nice and friendly.
Plenty of activities to do daily as well as a gym.
All in all a great stay

Bacon to die for.

Had an extremely pleasant stay, cannot say a bad word about the hotel/staff or location.
Less than 5 minutes from the town centre and all the alternative entertainment.
The hotel pool was a tad on the small side and the sun bed scramble became a bit of a farce (like everywhere else in the world), but all in all a very nice place, slightly more than 3* in my opinion.
The food choice at the evening meal became a bit mundane, and the dinner time “snack” became more relevant as the holiday progressed, however, the breakfast, and BACON in particular was nothing short of spectacular. None of your stringy, fat, streaky stuff...thick, succulent, fried while you wait stuff, very, very tasty ❤️
We were allowed to stay in the hotel for an extra 4 nights due to the adverse weather conditions back in the UK and were made extremely welcome and comfortable mainly due to Alessandra Mele, the hotel receptionist, who did everything possible to make our extended stay more memorable.
I would recommend to anyone...excellent for young and old alike.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Nice clean room. Ours was fairly spacious. Staff are very friendly. Didn’t use all facilites but everyone seemed happy enough. The food was good. Could have been a bit warmer but there’s a microwave if you want it hotter.
I wasn’t too keen on the waterproof covered mattresses.

Have to be really cheap to get us back

No hot water for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. The basic problem with this hotel is that it’s overcrowded. No room at the pool; can’t get a table at dinner, queues for the food. Occasionally waiting too long for the grumpy bar man -all the rest of the staff were nice.Room maid service was very good.

Overall the hotel is very good ...lovely staff good food .... the rooms are a good size and lovely and clean a tip would be to have a room at the front of the hotel as it gets the sun most of the day ... would certainly return.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Food pretty good. The room was dated, two single beds pushed together were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in. The hot water took at least 30 mins to get warm. Everything was pretty good really. But sadly the rooms need a makeover and new beds.

Hotel was amazing. Staff were really friendly. Food was great. Though my mother is a vegetarian there were plenty of vegetarian options there she said she enjoyed the lunches more than the dinners as they had more options for her but overall she enjoyed the food. Location is prefect all in all it was a nice stay

Bad food, ate out despite being AI.
Sunbeds all reserved by 9am but nobody on the beds just towels.
Sunbeds on rooftop frayed and dirty, nearly came through to the ground when sat on them.
Extremely noisy at all times of day, not relaxing at all.
Tiny room with springs broken on mattress. Didn't have one good nights rest and I'm a heavy sleeper usually.
Went to poolside loo one morning, one loo was covered in dried vomit or diarrhoea (didn't get close enough to find out) went back 4 hours later and was still there.
Husband when to the gents another evening and the plastic bag in the waste paper basket was full of urine.
These things are more a reflection on the clientele but surely the hotel should be monitoring the cleanliness of public areas.
Upon check in one of the first things said was \"oh you owe us money\". I had actually paid in full for our holiday before departure but thanks for the nice welcome! €10 deposit for a remote control. €10 deposit plus €10 fee to have an iron in our room. Money also charged for safe. Would have thought these things were included as standard in any decent hotel room but not here.
We ended up checking out 4 days early and moved to another hotel to try to salvage our holiday. Nobody bothered to ask us why we were leaving early but when I requested a refund for the use of the safe which we had paid for in full at check in this was a big problem. Eventually got it back (€10) but took a fight to get it.
Dreadful hotel, please avoid!

Nous avons tout aimé : chambre impeccable, situation géographique parfaite, restaurant varié. Très bon accueil, avec la réception où tout s'est très bien passé, nous avons pu beaucoup échanger et plus particulièrement avec Manu qui fait de son mieux pour vous rendre le séjour agréable.
Pour nous, le seul bémol est le manque d'ambiance musicale qui permettrait à ceux qui le souhaitent de danser en fin de soirée.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Habitaciones adecuadas. Con buenas camas, aunque algo blandas para mi gusto. Buen aire acondicionado. Con vistas y balcón. Comedor amplio con una calidad aceptable de la comida así como su variedad. Piscinas adecuadas para toda la familia. Ubicación ideal. A pocos minutos caminando de la playa. Buena zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Regalo de bienvenida en la habitación que es todo un detalle. Wifi gratis en todo el establecimiento, e incluso en las habitaciones, aunque algo lento de velocidad. Personal de recepción profesional, amable y simpático. Totalmente recomendable para familias con niños.

Apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggio gratuita in tutta l'isola. La struttura dell'albergo è spaziosa e consente di trovare sempre un posto nei servizi comuni. In piscina però a danno dell'igiene non vi è controllo per la doccia prima di entrare in acqua e per l'uso delle cuffie. Le stanze non vengono pulite né il giovedì né la domenica. E negli atri giorni dimenticano sempre di rimettere qualcosa come saponi o asciugamani o tappeto doccia. IL LETTO È TERRIBILE affossato (forse da precedenti ospiti sovrappeso). Non abbiamo dormito per tutto il soggiorno!

Comodo resort a Fuerteventura

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in quest'albergo. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto un addetto alla reception molto gentile e disponibile che, però, non parlava italiano.Ci ha sistemato in una camera al primo piano sopra la sala da pranzo con affaccio sulla piscina interna.
La prima sera abbiamo avuto una piccola disavventura: entrando in camera abbiamo trovato uno scaraffaggio enorme in mezzo alla stanza. Avvisata la reception, ci hanno immediamente inviato un'addetta alle pulizie con insetticida. Purtroppo la signora non è riuscita a trovare l'insetto e pertanto abbiamo richiesto il cambio della camera.
Il cambio ci è stato immediatamente concesso senza alcun problema. Siamo stati sistemati in una stanza al terzo piano con affaccio all'esterno della struttura con vista mare.
Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite, in linea con un tre stelle. Il cambio asciugamani era effettuato tutti i giorni della settimana eccetto il giovedì e la domenica.
I pasti erano serviti a buffet e quotidianamente variavano in base al tema deciso dal cuoco. Le colazioni sono state di tipo continentale e poco variate. I prodotti utilizzati era sicuramente freschi e di buona qualità, tuttavia non molto in linea con i gusti italiani.
L'animazione del hotel durava fino alle ore 23, non disturbando il riposo notturno.

Hotel para extranjeros

Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena. El hotel esta exclusivamente pensado por y para los extranjeros, ya que las cenas tenían un horario de 18.30 a 21.30, cosa que cualquier Español le resulta difícil adaptarse a entrar al Buffet antes de las 21.15 Y aún más estando de vacaciones, ya que en una isla como fuerteventura, donde a la mayoría de lugares hay 1 hora de camino, te hacía acortar toda la tarde para llegar a tiempo a cenar. Evidentemente, acabamos cenando fuera la mayoría de días habiendo pagado el \"All Inclusive\". Un \"todo incluido\" bastante decepcionante, el cual se acababa a las 23h igual que cualquier actividad. En resumen:
Desayunos: típico desayuno inglés igual cada día.
Comida: cada dos días la misma comida.
Cenas: No lo pudimos comprobar por lo ya comentado.
Habitación: Renovada pero incomoda. En 2 habitaciones que estuvimos goteaba el techo por los aires acondicionados.
Animación: Poca variedad.
Personal: Nada que destacar más que un animador muy agradable (Diego).

Hotel nella media per un buon soggiorno

Il complesso si trova a poca distanza dall'aeroporto, al centro dell'isola, il che lo rende strategico per chi ha intenzione di spostarsi in auto o con i mezzi per apprezzare le bellezze uniche di questa terra. Le camere sono pulite, anche se con la grande quantità di gente che frequenta l'hotel sono presenti i classici segni di usura (righe sui muri, porte scheggiate) ma ciò non intacca sull'esperienza del soggiorno. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, la formula all-inclusive comprende anche bevande ed alcolici (anche se i cocktail li fanno con una macchinetta, quindi non sono paragonabili ad un bar/pub).
Complessivamente l'esperienza è stata buona, compresi gli animatori non insistenti.

Personal desagradable, poca comida

El personal del hotel es desagradable. Cuando se acababa la comida no repostaban mas. Nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitacion y habia dos dias por semana que debido a la falta d personal no limpiaban las habitaciones. Las camas son muy incomodas y las instalaciones y las habitaciones son antiguas. La verdad que no recomendaria este hotel, nuestra estancia fue decepcionante.

Schönes, freundliches Hotel zum guten Preis.

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, extrem freundlicher Service im Hotelbereich. Gutes, einfaches Essen mit wenig Variation, für fünf Tage aber wirklich ausreichend. Der Speisesaal leider sehr ungemütlich und laut, z.T. wegen der ruppigen Art des Abdeckens(Geschirr/Besteckklappern)... Wir haben dann immer draußen gegessen. Ansonsten alles gut, das Zimmer schön, sauber und groß genug. Die Lage ist ausreichend, man ist schnell an der Promenade und am schönen Strand. Fluglärm war kein Problem, auch wenn der Flughafen nah ist,... dafür kurze Transferzeit!

Polecam hotel dla osób chcących skorzystać z all inclusive , bardzo dobre położenie względem plaży i lotniska - wszędzie blisko ! Pokoje z widokiem na ocean i ulice ( zewnętrzne ) lepsze niż pokoje z widokiem na wewnętrzne patio i basen , pamiętajcie że pomimo tego iż jest luty to animacje trwają , czyli hałas w ciągu dnia , wifi bezpłatne ale tylko w recepcji

Vacaciones para repetir

Hemos pasado 6 días en este hotel y la verdad que nos a gustado mucho.Tanto la habitación,como el personal y el lugar donde esta situado.Esta en el centro de la isla y muy bien comunicado.Si algo hay que destacar es el personal que trabaja ahí.Siempre con una sonrisa y muy amables.En especial Antonio,el camarero del bar Goa.Tambien Montana el encargado del restaurante.La limpieza en general bien si tengo que poner alguna pega de la habitación son las almohadas..muy blandas para mi gusto.Por poner alguna pega diría que la comida,a mi personalmente no me gustó nada,es todo orientado al extranjero bastante insipido y repetitivo.Los chicos italianos de animación también muy simpáticos y amables.Las piscinas son climatizadas y en la parte de arriba hay un jacuzzi.Si algún día vuelvo a la isla.. volveré a Costa Caleta ya que nos han tratado como en casa.Muchas gracias a todos.Eva y Jesús (los de Zaragoza)

Ma per chi vuole girare l 'isola se trovasse un offerta a mezza pensione e a miglior prezzo ,piu'vicino al mare! Caletta de fuste sarebbe perfetta!
