It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services

Staff were busy but helpful. Clean hotel but a little dated. We had the buffet 1 night and would not recommend the food. Entertainment the night we went was non existent. Pool area was always busy and a sun trap! We went self catering and were happy with the location (4min drive to Caletta de Fuste).

We booked this as included WiFi. However none of us were able to access away from reception. We didn't go away to sit in reception as we were awaiting important emails.
Only main restaurant open. The coffee shop, cafe and supermarket were closed throughout our stay.

This was the worst experience I have had in an hotel. Our flight was cancelled and we needed to book an hotel near the airport. We used Expedia to book this hotel, we received the confirmation email. On arrival there were already people from the airport that had booked too. Once we got to speak to the receptionist, he said our booking wasn’t showing on their system so we couldn’t book the room. I showed him the email and he still wouldn’t book us a room. He said we could book a room directly with them, but couldn’t guarantee that a second payment wouldn’t be taken. He then suggested we take a seat & wait for 30mins to see if the booking came through. I then contacted Expedia via chat, they confirmed the booking & tried to call the hotel on a number of occasions, but they never picked up. After 30mins plus, I spoke to him again & he said the system was now down & there was nothing he could do, even though he was booking in other guests. We eventually got our room key, but this had taken well over an hour & a half. I have never deal with such a rude person at a hotel. The hotel room itself was old, dated & needed completely gutted & refurbished. There were small bugs crawling over the kitchen worktops, & the place felt dirty. We didn’t sleep well as it was very hot with no a/c. We were very happy to be leaving at 6am, even though our flight was not for another 5hrs. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Expedia were excellent in helping us.

This was a standard hotel for a 3 star. It’s what it says on the tin. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony with private deck chairs for the afternoon sun. Kitchen with utensils and the bathroom was big. The shower was hot and powerful. The pool was cold as is expected for this time of year. Plenty of sun beds and the pool bar was well stocked. We were all inclusive and there was a vast variety of drink’s available. Snacks were exactly that. The breakfast was ample. Cooked, continental and cereals. The dinners were nice. Good variety and a good salad bar too. Lunch in the restaurant was a good mix too.

Overall the hotel was more than adequate for us. 3 Lively bars within a 2 min walk and another about 5 mins away.

Scooters to the town of caleta de fuste along the costal path cost €4 which were good fun.

The bar in the evening was lively. Entertainment was standard but a good atmosphere.

I honestly can’t fault this place for what we paid and needed as a couple of mates getting away to the sun for a catch up. 10mins to the airport and cheap local bus transport.

There was a free shuttle bus to the beach and town that ran 6/7 times a day from the front door.

Nice hotel with some scope for improvements

This hotel has the advantage that it is only a few minutes from the Airport, and the nearby Town. It looks good but there are some areas that need attention including:
- Some of the paint-work which is looking rather worn.
- The poolside tends to get rather busy with limited area to relax
- Internet is not available in all areas of the hotel, although there is a desk in the Reception area for use of computers.
- There is only one lift which means that many parts of the hotel are not step free although I was able to get help from a member of staff with my rather heavy case.
But, the rooms are nice and comfortable with good TV coverage.

The hotel was regularly cleaned and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The pool was too small for the volume of people sitting around the pool. The noise levels at night were often very disturbing with shouting and roaring often heard during the night. The hotel was a long distance from the beach although there was a free bus shuttle from 10.20 am. I would probably choose a different location next time.

My stay was not an ocean view like I had paid for. The floors were dirty. Walking around the room from the shower to the bed back and forth had caused the bottom of my feet to become black. There was no air conditioning in the units and it was hot. The lights kept flickering on and off in the room. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and we couldn’t close it. Somebody randomly came and knocked on our door at 2am which was extremely uncomfortable until I heard them walking away.

Overall a pleasantly stay

Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, but window in bathroom couldn't be opened and fan didn't work.
Restaurant had a good choice of food. We had booked room only ..but probably should have changed to all inclusive as ate there mostly. Public areas - staircases particularly weren't swept or cleaned very often which was a pity. Also place had a tired look...doors and some walls needed paint. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Would like to have stayed longer

We only stayed one night as we wanted an hotel near the airport after a late arrival. The lady on reception greeted me by name-we must have been the only guests not to have checked in-and was extremely friendly. It was a bit of a trek to the room with all our cases but I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It was also incredibly quiet. It was only the next morning that we realised how lovely the view over the pool was and how close we were to the sea. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant very pleasant. We parked on the road just outside the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, and the pool area and the pool itself were absolutely spotless.
We arrived an hour before check in, and were able to go to our rooms straight away one of which had a terrace by the pool.
The reception staff and other staff members we encountered were very friendly.
However the hotel itself was tired and in need of an upgrade, although it was spotlessly clean, it worked fir what we wanted.

Not the best but not the worse

We payed extra for views but once at the hotels they said Views could be anywhere and not meaning sea view which is fun why would anyone pay extra to get inside the hotel view? We had the room 2220 the doors of the bathroom was broken and it didn t close well. They didn't gave use clean towels everyday even after asking and they said they will..

Howewer the room was big and there is all the utilities to cook in the studio, fridge, knives plates etc.

Nice but needs new furniture

Nice hotel, beds were very comfy, shower was lovely and hot. Nice and clean too but I was disappointed that there was no sofa in the apartment for lounging on. We were only there for 5 days but any longer and it would’ve been annoying.

We enjoyed our all inclusive stay....... Staff were excellent. I would say the food was only average..... For first 4 nights the only meat options for dinner was chicken on the bone in one guise or another or pork...... On the last 2 nights there was steak and a lovely goat stew.... Desserts a little bland..... It was obvious that this menu was compiled on a budget but in my opinion if they spent just a little more on ingredients the overall experience would greatly improve.
The pool bar options were very poor.... It seemed the hot dogs and burgers were leftovers in my opinion .... Chips were often reheated..... Entertainment was also poor but the animation team were great, our beds and pillows were so comfortable, overall the hotel is a little tired and a little dirty.... But even for the price it was only an OK experience.

Hotel is a bit tired but you get value for what it costs. The staff were excellent from the minute you check in and always have a smile on their face. They cannot do enough for you. The food is good considering it's all inclusive and you can pretty much eat and drink all day. Only downside is the bar shuts at 11pm. All I all a lovely holiday and i would go back.

Staff fantastic from start to finish. Fatima had a wonderful warm smile and made us aware of everything needed to know. Pleasant surroundings lovely place to relax. I’m sure people will find things to complain about but for us just the perfect place to have a perfect holiday. Nice selection of food throughout day and great to be given free water also. Pool albeit tad cool great setting.
Can’t fault this place excellent value for money.

Does exactly what it says on the tin... cheap and cheerful. Always found something to eat, food was reasonable especially considering the price. Pool area was great. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. My only one comment would be in the room we had there was no air con, I guess it’s the same throughout. That was fine for us in March as we didn’t need it, but height of the summer I would think it could be uncomfortable. For those that moan about this place... use you hands to dig deeper in your pockets and pay more for better instead of using them to moan about a hotel that does exact what it says. Good value for money.

Stayed here for one night and moved hotels room was dirty I had asked prior to arriving to have a republished room which I didn’t her on arrival and was told I would have to pay more waited until next day and was told I’d have to wait until 3pm so I check out and went to a different hote as my room was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there food was not nice on the one evening we were there

Overall Hotel is fine. Food is good, dining area far too small so expect a queue. Facilities lacking for a sports hotel, gym and sauna have to be booked in advance and sauna is accessed via gents toilet! Our stay was half board - fans of all inclusive would probably find it lacking.

Nice hotel along with friendly staff. Food was excellent and different each night and piping hot. good choices to choose from for everyone.
Room was nice bright and airy along with good kitchen facilities.
Towels changed every other day and bed linen once during our week stay..
We had a car which made it so that we could go see the other parts of the islands.
There is plenty of car parking around the hotel without having to pay

You get what you pay for...

Firstly, this trip wasn't that expensive, so I braced myself for the inevitable mediocre experience... it did not disappoint...
The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive... however, they are understaffed and extremely over worked. They try to offer premium service (table orders etc) on skeleton staff and it fails drastically. Queues for the bar are extensive and queues for tables during meal times are worse. They do not allow self service of any drinks, which results in extensive queues.
The food is poor to average at best. The choices are limited (2 meat and 1 vegetarian option with choice of simple carbs or salad and a very poor choice of dessert).
Secondly, the clientele really let the hotel down. It feels like the 'green room' on the \"Jeremy Kyle Show\". On one evening, a larger gentleman began to strip in the bar during the evening entertainment. He continued to accost other guests whilst topless, until he lifted the shirt of a lady to reveal her breasts, and subsequently, her nipple piercing. She was horrified, yet the staff continued to serve him alcohol...
Thirdly, I am almost always disappointed in hotel entertainment... however this place took first place in the disappointment stakes... karaoke via YouTube... bingo with a photocopied bingo card and toothpick as they can't afford pens... and nobody willing to join in their afternoon activities until they offered free alcohol (... in an all inclusive hotel..)
Overall, it was cheap and cheerful...

Good food - lot of fish on dinner and supper. So everyone want to try anything alse than chips and pizza will be pleased. Typical english breakfast. Alcohol and juices from local hipermarket. Hotel is in a quiet area and about 10 minutes from closest big town. Free shuttle bus is a great feature and very helpful. The hotel staff, in particular the bar staff are absolutely fantastic! They work so hard and always have a smile on their face and happy to help. The food wasn't great but a fair amount of options and substantial enough. Would have been great if there was more of a selection of fresh fruit, found that a lot of the apples were bruised and bananas not ripe enough to eat. We were allowed to keep our luggage on hold all day until we were ready to get the airport bus however the luggage room isn't locked which was a concern however that said we didn't have any problems. unfortunately there is no air con in the rooms which was an issue when it came to night time, quite hard to sleep in the heat. Could also hear people moving around in the room above us and a couple snoring in the room next door to us! Apart from a few concerns the hotel is what you expect of a value for money 3 star hotel but with exceptional hotel staff and very good cleaning.
Really easy to use local buses and explore different towns and beaches, we had a fantastic stay.

Great hotel , highly recommend it - we went to different beaches each day - got local buses everywhere - couldn't fault the hotel apart from maybe location for elder people as it was a 40 min walk to the beach or a free hotel bus (every hour) but for me and my girlfriend it didn't matter we just strolled down in the sun or got a bus to the north or south off island - very cheap option - highly recommend the beach at the sand dunes in the north and morri Jabble south - don't go to cost calma wasn't that good - not much going on just hotels

Resturant (el patio) is a must - caste del fuste - great garlic prawns & grilled goat cheese

The food selection is of poor quality unfortunatel

The food selection was of extremely poor quality. Unfortunately we struggled to eat at the restaurant and children especially did not eat there due to the choices.
The room was cold and only option is to hire heaters!!
Best hope is free shuttle to nearby shopping mall and fairly cheap taxi to local town to eat dinner.

Nice hotel, shame about location and Gym

The hotel its self is very nice and clean. I can not fault the staff. They are all very nice and bar / restaurant staff are excellent.
The area the hotel is situated in the middle of wasteland and deserted hotels / apartments.
The nearest beach is around 1.5 miles away.
The kids club a bit disappointing, was only open in the morning and 3 days in the week we were there, due to valentines day.
The evening entertainment was very basic, being a singer or entertainment staff trying to do karaoke.

A very clean hotel with very friendly staff

Excellent holiday, food brilliant as was the service very hard working, reception always helpful, free bus essential, the only let down was that WiFi was too far from hub so not available in our room, also ther was a ring around the bath which was put there by myself on the first day and was still there when we left, plus the area between bath and toilet was never cleaned. Having said that we had an excellent holiday and for the priced we paid we came away very happy

Nice hotel but even though there is a shuttle bus we feel you definitely need to hire a car. We shopped around and got a great deal. The hotel itself was nice we were room only and it lacked some basic necessities i.e. Toaster. We would have had to hire toaster, iron, fan etc so we made do

Room and hotel was wheelchair accessible but no access to swimming pool as no lift or ramp available. No wheelchair accessible public transport and one bus that was wheelchair accessible the driver said it was broken.

Overall everything was OK. The worst thing about this hotel is location( situated far from beach, no promenade, no bars, only one shop etc.) Thank God that every day hotel provides a free bus to shopping centre with walking distance to nice beach, restaurants and promenade). Bus from 9am-8pm every hour. Staff members are very friendly, food was GREAT ,specially buffet dinner, different types of meat every day. Each week something different, really tasty!!!Gym ok, poor condition,but if you want,you can dosmall training session. Swimming pools were nice, however water was really cold, specially after night. No chance for kids play until 13,14, even after few hoursin the sun still cold, should be a heater in my opinion. No air condition was really tough. Another problem is a cleaning ladies trolleys, very noisy from 8am. No chance for long sleep. We have small child so it wasn't huge problem,had to wake up between 8-9 anyway.

Hotel is nice, it is a 3 star hotel.

For a little bit more than 20€ per person with HB is more than excelent. it is a 3 star hotel and everything goes along that. You get a basic hotel, not close to the beach. But if you a traveler and just need to sleep it is ok than. We rented a car so, we only eat and sleep in this hotel. Food is great- tasty.
I will recommend hotel for all who use hotel only for sleep otherwise traveling around and discovering Fuerta.
Those who use hotel for daily leasure and swimming, I recomend somewhere else. Maybe also close to the swiming beach. I rather live north or south where are the most beautiful beaches.

The photographs on Expedia are not representative of the hotel room/condition. The rooms are clean but very basic. the price we paid reflected this however the Expedia site did show the hotel to be heavily discounted from over 2000 to 180 pounds (very late booking), which flavoured are expectation. Did not stay the last night.

Hotel staff are very helpful but save your money the gym is broken you pay to use the sauna or jacuzzi 30 euros considering it's a sports suite we went all inclusive apart from breakfast ate out most of the time meals are awful same rubbish everyday the food isn't covered very unhygienic thought I had booked family room it wasn't it was an apartment with two fold up beds for kids my daughter cried when we got to the hotel we paid over £2000 for 7 nights ! You will prob read several reviews we did but against our better judgement we booked it ! Never again

We only booked our trip two weeks before coming, and considering the price - we were thrilled with the trip. Arrived home yesterday tanned, relaxed and happy. The staff here are amazing, nothing is too much, everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was always something for us at breakfast/dinner to choose from, and always warm and delicious. Room was huge, beds super comfy (room 135) we had our own private terrace which was a perfect little sun trap in the late afternoon. Loved the walk into the next town along the coastal path with the wild chipmunks. Pool was great, never a problem getting a sunbed. Will definitely be going back same time next year. No complaints at all, best £250 each we've ever paid!

Great value stay

Stayed here a few times now - we like this hotel because of it's location at a midway point on the island making it easy to head up to Corralejo and just as easy to head south too.
The redecoration since the last time we stayed is a great improvement and also the standard of the breakfast was much better and very good for the price.

Very good staff helpful and friendly service is fantastic they always speak to you and were fab with the kids ate breakfast was fine plenty to choose from our room was comfy we made a few messes and was given clean sheets for baby cot pool cold but OK plenty of beds was nice weather bit cloudy and windy on some days so didn't do as much sun bathing by pool other than couple times kids pool great kids club great played games for hour colour and chilled with other kids very good had days out which was fab free bus we loved was great times very gud took us to Wat we needed shops beach places to visit and eat

Pleasant stay with good entertainment!!

We traveled in the end of October 2015 on half board basis (me,wife and kids), the hotel was very family friendly, there was lots of activities for adults and specially for kids (kids club), staff always great you with a smile, they were very attentive and always pleasant. The hotel location is very strategic if you want to travel the island (we did rent a car), you never too far from a good beach or shopping area. There was also a free bus to various nice places like the zoo :)
The breakfast was really nice with fruits, yogurt, cereals, coffee, fresh natural juices,bacon,sausage,eggs,toasts,cheese, etc.
The dinner was also good with options for fish,meat or vegetables meals. For desert there was also cakes, jelly, cheese, fruit (one night there was a chocolate fountain too hummmm :).
Rooms were clean and spacious with good cooking facilities, the cleaning of the room was completed almost everyday together with change of towels (we spent loads with the kids having bath everyday).The swimming pool was clean and well looked after!
For a 3 stat hotel you are getting your monies worth.We will come back again.

Overall great but no gym as advertised.

It was very nice mostly, the hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful. However I expected there to be a working gym and the condition of the equipment was unworkable.

Brilliant location to travel around the island.

Hotel offers a great base for people who like to get around the island. Only used the hotel as somewhere to stay but the staff are excellent and make you feel welcome. Will keep returning to this hotel as it offers good value for money. If you want perfection pay 4 times the amount and stay in a 5 star.

Hotel was great, staff was really nice, friendly, our fav person was Yolanda, the most helpful person you could ask for, never moaned about helping us when we needed it. My 8 year old loved and adored her. Elba Hotels need more like Yolanda.We went self catering so only ate breakfast three times at hotel and it was lovely.

Nice clean hotel good value for money.

Hotel is clean and very tidy grounds. Could not fault the staff they could not do enough for you. Only grips are that the wifi was very hot and miss, ok if it's free but we paid £18 euros each for the week. Also they only cleaned the room every other day. As it turned out it was nice and breezy so the room was quite pleasant but had it been hot the lack of air conditioning might be a problem .

Enjoyed our stay at Elba Lucia.
All hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms very spacious & spotless regards cleanliness with a regular change of towels & bedding.
Pool area lovely, no restrictions regards kids having a good time with lilo s etc & plenty of sun beds.
Food very good, you could eat as much as you wanted. Really enjoyed breakfast.
Although we were outside the main resort the hotel provided a free shuttle bus which only took at most 10 minutes to reach.
My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay at Elba Lucia & would go back again.

Not a great hotel in a ghost town

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Food is awful, the hotel is in a complete ghost town. Pool area is nice but pool very cold and not clean, they charge €7 a day for wifi and €2 a day to use the room safe and €10 for iron and ironing board! Only plus was the staff who were very helpful

Lovely relaxing break

I stayed here for four nights from 31 March 15 with my husband on an all inclusive basis. I have nothing but praise for this hotel, especially their wonderful staff!

Location - it is about a 30 minute walk into Caleta de Fuste, but it's a lovely walk along the coast, alternatively it is about a 4 - 5 euro taxi ride in.

Apartments - we stayed in apartment 215, from the balcony we had a great view out over the beautiful pool area. It had a bedroom (with twin beds - which were without doubt the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept in!), a lounge with a kitchen area and breakfast bar and a bathroom. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and cleaned on a daily basis. Towels were changed but as we were only there four nights the sheets etc were not.

Food - there was a wide variety offered at each meal to suit all tastes and we certainly did not go hungry. Service in the restaurant was excellent and food was replenished on a regular basis.

Staff - the staff at this hotel cannot be praised enough in my opinion they work extremely hard and nothing is too much trouble. Five Star service!!!

Areas around the hotel were also spotless and there was discreet evidence of cleaning and general maintenance. The pool area is beautiful - a bit like a Spanish square with a large freeform swimming pool, a smaller children's pool and a snack bar. Sunbeds were plentiful and all in extremely good condition.

We popped into hotels were had also considered within the same price bracket (which were in the heart of Caleta de Fuste) and were very relieved that we picked this one. I feel that you get better quality and value for money by staying just outside the main resort and it tends to be more peaceful.

Hotel Transfers - we took the advice of others and did not book a transfer - taxis are plentiful right outside the arrivals area of the airport and cost 11 euro to the hotel.

Aircraft noise - despite being so close to the airport we did not hear or see aircraft.

All in all, I would definitely return to this lovely hotel in the future.

Perfect for budget type of holiday

Perfect value for money. All basic kitchenware, so you can prepare your own food if needed. Clean and quite hotel, but our rooms were not made up 3 times (out of 7 day stay), so don't throw your towels on the floor - you might be using them next day :) Overall I was enjoying my stay and recommend this hotel.

Reasonable hotel outside the town

Helpful staff, on arrival at 1pm we asked for a room overlooking pool, which they did arrange and we were asked to go to the pool bar for lunch whilst it was made ready. The all inclusive option is very good value for money, but don't expect an exciting spread. The phrase 'does the job' was mentioned and suits very well. Rooms were clean and spacious and decent size balcony, cooking facilities as well. Bathroom refurbishment not a very good standard ( small bath with shower at wrong end). There was no communication between the hotel management and guests,( as in a notice board) so we were never made aware if there was anything special going on in hotel or town. If you walk into town it takes between 30-45 mins there is a shortcut but its over uneven ground. The shuttle bus will take you in but not very frequent returning in the afternoon but taxis are cheap. Just keep in mind this is a three star hotel.

dont mistake it with the castillo elba in de fuste

lucklily the taxi driver knew the difference between the 2 hotels. we arrived just after midday and were allowed to check in immediatly. lovely ground floor room with a terrace and garden facing south west so we had the sun from about 10 am to 6 on the terrace. lovely 3 roomed suite with twin beds they were both nearly double size. excellent free bus into town that is required because there is not a lot else in coste de antigua otherwise apart from a small supermarket.

Good value for money

This is a budget hotel and has everything you'll need for a basic comfortable stay in Fuerteventura. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is good. There is a free bus every hour into town so although it seems isolated at first, there is easy access to shopping and beaches.

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS HOTEL

Kitchen work surfaces running with ants. Their solution was to put a can of insect spray in the room while we were out. No further follow-up. Sheets weren't changed until the 10th day, with just one night remaining. No aircon - if you needed a fan you had to hire one, same for kettle, hairdryer.
The furniture and fittings were in an appalling state of dilapidation. The sofa was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit on it. The one other chair wasn't much better. The stairs and passageways were dark and gloomy, with half the lights not working, to a point some nights where it was dangerous.The whole place needs stripping and renovating, or closing down.
We weren't expecting luxury, but it wasn't even pleasant. In fact, we couldn't wait for our flight home.

Booked hotel for one night before flying home . Only 5 mins from airport and convenient for our needs. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. However hotel was a little run down and not in a recognised resort. Great for a short stay but for longer you may need a bit more comfort.

The swimming pool seems great but too cold to use on my stay. The hotel is all great from outside but it shows many signs of aging from the room. At least the bathroom have been renovated. Very poor 6-7 channels at the small t.v. and even not a remote control available for my \"discounted\" room. It is very spacious with a separated bedroom, a large balcony for least.

To enjoy the area, you have to go 2 miles South were there are a lot more activities for pedestrians.

Nice welcome at the reception desk. I didn't try the evening buffet which was way more expensive than the surrounding \"chinese\" buffets.

Remember to take the exit \"New Horizon\" to get there not the next ones after (from the Airport) otherwise you will be lost. At the next exit there is another hotel with a very similar name.

Suite Hotel Castillo De Elba - Perfect for anyone

This hotel was just perfect! The man at reception was so nice and helpful! Even though people in reviews complain its in the middle of nowhere-it isn't! There is even a free bus going in to the shops and the beach everyday! For those who just like to chill out in front of the pool for the whole holiday this may not be perfect but it still would be okay considering the price!! Breakfast in the hotel wasn't great but it was okay. (There is an extra charge for breakfast). Pool isn't cold at all.
I think this hotel is perfect for anybody!! I would defiantly recommend it.

Booked this hotel in a real hurry after flight was delayed, needed something cheap, cheerful & close to the airport. Price via internet 1/2 hour before checkin, amazing, self catering for 2 people. Hotel not in the best or most convenient location for a beach holiday but only a 5 minute taxi ride costing approx 5 euro into centre. Staff really helpful, room a little tired but spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Hotel bar recently refurbished to a really high standard, again staff excellent. Nice big pool area and overall a very nice hotel, just a little out of the way. Supermarket close by. Massive beach but not nice at all. Still can't beleive the price!!!

Pleasant, inexpensive & convenient for the airport

Have stayed there a couple of times most recently last night!
Low key and very quiet area, close to the airport (walking distance if you like a longish walk) though noise is not really an issue as planes tend to take off to the north.
The rooms are not particularly big or plush but it is good value. Not much going on locally, a few bars and restaurants 5mins away and a supermarket 2 mins away.
Pool area is very nice and all in all it is a relaxing and pleasant place to stay for a day or two. Don't think I'd come here for a fortnight unless I was writing a book!

Close to the airport, some way

Close to the airport, some way from shops and a beach, clean, very good value and very helpful staff. There is a free shuttle bus to the local hypermarket and nearby town via other hotels in the Elba chain.
