Although the rooms are a little tired, do not let that put you off. All the staff are top class and the food is excellent as is the pool and bar area.
We had a really lovely holiday, thank you x

Plenty options to choose from for breakfast. Room cleaned very well. Most staff friendly and polite. Pool side got very busy very quickly, therefore didnt get chance to sit there.

No working telephone, no bath plug, had to plug the bath with a clothe, 20 plus y/o TV, Wi-Fi only works at reception (could not work online). Generic same food daily, not even Christmas Day deserved a change. Staff were friendly, not good enough for a hotel at over £100 per day. For an extra £200 in total you can at get a hotel with working Wi-Fi.

Aparthotel with great choices at breakfast

This aparthotel is pleasing on the eye overall with two small pools.
The basic apartment we stayed in did show some wear & tear.
Apart from the loud music every night, the hotel made up for it at breakfast with a buffet breakfast with a great selection to suit every pallet from hot & cold to fruit, yoghurt & much more. The dining area was large, so everyone was able to have their own table.

Not bad for price paid

Second time here after staying in 2017. Surprised to see exact same decor and furnishings meaning nothing has been updated in that time. However, clean enough with pleasant staff and decent enough choice of food. Downside was roadworks happening directly outside the hotel which affected water pressure. No fail of hotel though.

We had was room 201! Dont stay in this room, there is a very loud unit that is on constantly outside the room all day and night, there was also a rat/mouse scratching all night under the bath trying to get out and there is also no air con and you need air con in fuerteventura as its always hot! We stayed up all night and left the next morning and got a refund, the staff on reception were helpful as much as they could be. I cant say much about the food or amenities as we only stayed for less than 12 hours, we had to book in to another hotel.

Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good. Walking distance to the ocean. Walking distance to the bus stop. The rooms were a bit disappointing. They need to be updated and refurbished as the smell was awful. Bathroom smelling dump. Bedroom smelling mould. Blankets smelling awful but my wife asked for replacement and got a better one.

All-inclusive hotel/resort but had to pay for standard/basic TV channels (very odd). Not that TV is a requirement on holiday but it good to have the option. Also WIFI only worked in reception, my room was less than 20 feet away from reception. Seemed like 10/15yrs ago.

hotel is well situated, within easy walking distance of the centre. hotel was clean and staff very friendly, aiding a relaxing holiday. food was good and dining room was always being cleaned by the staff, ready for the next people. room was a good size. pool was clean and tidy and you didn't have to fight for a lounger!! definitely stay again!

Pleasant stay - would stay again

Quiet small hotel. Apartment was bigger than I expected. Food was very good by all inclusive buffet standards, although choice was limited (to be expected for a hotel of this size). Area does not have much high rise so got sun in outside patio area until 6pm (in February).

The location, like the staff are excellent. A decent but cold outdoor pool with plenty sun-loungers next to a friendly relaxed poolside bar. We booked in as an all inclusive package and it was fantastic value for money. Only a 5 minute stroll away from the centre of the resort. Food was acceptable, nothing gastronomic but most things were very edible and ample in the buffet restaurant. The many good points about the Tahona are sadly let down by one definite negative .... the condition of the bathroom in our apartment. Let's say that it was long overdue a complete renovation...about 30 years overdue. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay, made all the better by all the staff who are a credit to the hotel, especially Freddy who greets all guests with a broad smile and a cheery \"Okay boss\". Without a doubt this could be an even better hotel if the obvious renovations were addressed now.

I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.

Can't wait to go back ...

Having booked a short 3 night break to escape the miserable weather in the UK, we plumped for Caleta de Fuste which we visited a year and a half ago. We wanted to keep costs down and decided to take a punt of the Tahona Garden having read some of the reviews and seen the incredible value price! We were not disappointed!!!!
Arrival was pleasant and swift and we were directed to our apartment (116).
Yes, the apartments are dated, but they are clean and very spacious. The bed was two singles pushed together but this is standard practice in most hotels. There were plenty of towels and a cot and bedding were provided for our little one.
We stayed on an All Inclusive basis and the value for money was EXCEPTIONAL. The food was lovely and always tasty and hot (those who say it is cold/tepid clearly dine later in the service than us!) the wine was very drinkable (Ive had MUCH worse at far more expensive hotels) and the fact that a menu clearly stated what drinks were covered on the AI package was very helpful. I was particularly excited to see Cava on the list and endeavoured to drink my body weight in it over the course of the stay!
The staff in this hotel are an utter credit to the management. They are so helpful, friendly, polite and work oh so hard!
There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere in this hotel which is fabulous for families and 'older' couples. I will definitely be heading back there!

Nice little hotel close to shops and beach

This budget hotel is lovely clean comfortable beds and large rooms friendly helpful staff
Small bar by pool with local produced drinks and coffee open 10 till 11 pm with basic entertainment ie bingo karaoke or a quiz
This hotel does still need some upgrading but what has been done is very clean and bright
Downside for me was that there were no air conditioning or fans in the dining room this made it very uncomfortable to eat you really felt at night like you needed to shower again
Food was ok limited choice I found the middle hot selection was only slightly warm as it seemed overhead hot lamp was not working and there was no children’s choices except chips

good hotel.good location and relatively cheap

very nice hotel only 2 mins from seafront and 10 mins to main sandy beach. food was very good with enough choice for all types. good pool and bar area. rooms very large but as no air con could get hot at night, can hire fan at extra cost. all staff very friendly and I feel this hotel is excellent value for money. plenty of bars etc in close area

very small hotel, which we liked very much. all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. our bathroom could have been better as the shower wasn't very good and my husband had to mend the toilet 3 times. but overall we had a very relaxing and happy time

Basic apartments that could do with updating. Food acceptable with plenty of variety. Good facilities, nice pools, good pool bar, nightly entertainment. Close to all amenities like bars, restaurants, beach. A very enjoyable Christmas holiday with lovely weather.

Cheap and cheerful great value good location hote

hotel cost us just over £150 for 2 people all inclusive for 5 nights, 10 minute dtive ftom airport with taxi costs €12. Good selection of fresh food not gourmet but fresh and and plentiful, foid hall buffet service, coffee and hot drinks only available at breakfast. Some issue with flies too.
Good selection on all inclusive drinks except outside foodhall, everuthing including coffee is served in paper or pkastic cups :(
inside bar closed the whole stay, pool very cold gets a bit dirty by end of day, pool bed reservation with towels a big issue despute notices!
Rooms are not cleaned daily and beds were only made once in stay. Good size room good facilities too.
Overall not bad for a quick stay In the sun

Slechte kamers die dringend gerenoveerd moeten worden, barsten in de muur, kierende, rottende deuren, geen afzuiging op badkamer, felle ledverlichting; looppaden en tuinen idem; overal ongezellig fel wit led verlichting; personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ontbijt en buffetten zeer uitgebreid en smaakvol; animatie was prima.

Værelser beskidte, havde lejet 2 værelser med 5 senge, der var kun 4 senge og en bænk og havde også lejet et 3 mands værelse, der var kun 2 senge og en bænk.
alle værelser ved meget beskidte, svømmepol beskidt og servicen på resturangen var ikke ordentligt rent, fra alle at leje værelser på dette hotel

Très bon hôtel familial

Le tahona garden est un hôtel club à l ambiance familiale. Le personnel y est particulièrement compétent et sympathique. Tout est très propre. L hôtel est idéalement placé au centre de l île et à proximité immédiate de l aéroport. Seul bémol, la vétusté des chambres mais très spacieuses.
