Stayed at Elba Sara for 5 nights, from the arrival the staff were excellent. The hotel was lovely, room large, clean, and we had the treat of a sea view. We ate in the restaurant every day, and there was so much choice of food.

Last year we stayed nearer the harbour, but loved our stay here. Thankyou

Reasonable stay, convenient but lacking service

Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead.

WE FOUND THE STAFF WHERE VERY FREINDLY AND VERY HELPFULCHECKING IN TO ALL THE BAR STAFF AND OF COURSE THE RESTURANT.THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN .I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THEOUTSTANDINGENTERTAINMENT IN THE LOBBY BAR .THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADVISE IS FOR THE TELEVISION WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE SINGING BE TURNED OFF .WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR ALTOGETHER WE SPENT 21 DAYS OF ENJOYMENT.

I recently stayed at the hotel and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room itself was in a terrible state, with peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bedding was stained and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and offered no support. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, with hair and grime in the shower and dirty towels.

To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I brought the issues with the room to their attention, they were dismissive and unresponsive. They were not willing to help or make any effort to improve my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was rundown and uninviting, and it was clear that they did not value their guests' comfort and satisfaction.
The hotel was also far from any tourist attractions or restaurants, making it difficult to enjoy my time in the city.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not be returning. I have stayed in many hotels before and this was by far the worst experience. I would advise anyone looking for a place to stay to avoid this hotel and look for a better alternative.

Be ready to pay extra for everything

It's a pretty nice hotel with very good management. A bit outdated but well maintained. Isabel at the reception was so nice and helpful, she is amazing and Hermano (I believe) is just a star. Amazing example when people do their job with all the heart.
The only and biggest issue I had was the lack of water everywhere! I was not allowed to have even glass of water during dinner, that's ridiculous! I paid £180 per night with half board food and when I came to have dinner I was told that I am not even allowed to have a glass of water, I need to pay for any drink I want to have. At least they did not say anything when I gave water to my baby form her bottle, I was really angry and ready to argue about that too. That's a shame, I won't be back here because of so awful company policy. They really could do with free water at the reception and restaurant areas as other hotels do.

Overall ok. But maintenance in generel is not ok. Loose tiles - missing and broken tiles at the pool. Typical charter hotel with pool workout etc. Some like it - I dont. And if you dont speak spanish…. Waiters only speak spanish. Hotel is near the airport - so a lot if noice in the daytime. Between 8am -8 pm

I booked Elba Sara hotel for our first time in Fuerteventura celebrating my 29th birthday. We had a lovely stay! The hotel is very close to the airport. Room was spacious with pool/ sea view. Not the most modern room but it was ok. Aircon didn’t really work, same with the fridge but it didn’t bother us. Food was very good, every day different dishes, and even when there was not too many options the ones available were delicious. Good selection of drinks available also. One main restaurant for all meals. The only thing missing was some background music. Any type of music would do. Unfortunately all you could hear was the plates and people chatting which gave the atmosphere of a canteen and that was a shame as the restaurant was very nicely designed.
Staff were very friendly and always trying their best. Nice atmosphere around the pool and good entertainment throughout the day and also in the evening, they have an outdoor bar and another 2 inside the hotel with nice shows every evening.
The hotel is close to the golf course, shopping centre, beach, beach restaurant if you fancy going out but it has so much to offer that you may not feel the need.
I was very surprised to find a bottle of champagne in the room on my birthday, very nice touch, thank you very much to the management!
It’s a perfect place and can’t wait to go back!

We loved everything about our holiday! The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was amazing, they did different food themes every night e.g Italian, Mexican, British etc.
The whole hotel was clear and the view from our room was beautiful. I really loved having the choice of either sitting by the pool or sitting on my own balcony. There is lots of things to do there and was very nice exploring outside of the hotel as well

Had a lovely room, best part of hotel.
The rest could do with updating, its a bit tired and lacks any atmosphere. The staff they have are good and work hard, were profesional and courteous.
They just need more of them.
Food temperature in buffet needs resolving, lots of barely lukewarm foods. Good location, lack of evening entertainment generally.

Could be very good if a few things were looked at and a bit of money spent modernising.

Stinking rotten fish smell in part of the hotel makes you urge
NO BEACH, the gate is locked by a padlock and it is full of big rocks, bushes and weeds. There is a derelict fortification on the beach in front of the hotel and it is full of beer cans, rubbish and is used as toilet because it stinks and adult business after dark. The beach at a neighbour is approx 500 yards away that they tell you to use and there is no beach bar or WC, so you have to walk a 1km round trip to go back to your hotel to get a drink. It is a public beach so you can't leave your belongings alone and most of the guests had to lay on their beach towel on the sand because of lack of beds and parasols. There are naked people (OAPs and children) on the beach.

No service in the restaurant, serve your own drinks from press button nescafe machine
No change of food options = boring, unappetising for 3 hrs not touched and dried out (people were sick)

Hotel was very clean throughout and staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was large and well furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also large and the shower was powerful. I thought that the €4 charge per day for safe was a little cheeky considering this is a 4 star hotel.

Decor throughout the hotel, including the rooms, was tired and needs refurbishment. The bar in particular needs attention, the furniture was well past it’s sell by date. The drinks were however, of very good quality with premium brands available. The bar staff were very hard working and cheerful

The food was variable, some days it was good and other days not so good. Breakfast was okay with a good selection of food but dinner was a mixed affair, sometimes good, sometimes the meat was very tough as though it had been kept warm for some time.

The pool area was lovely and there were always plenty of sun beds and shades. The gardens were exceptionally well kept and the water feature and fish were well looked after as were the cats in the cat cafe. The cats don’t bother you by the way if you are not a fan!

Nice hotel in quiet location however not too far from main town. Staff very friendly and courtesy. Rooms with exceptional views of the Ocean. Plenty of free and safe car parking places which is important for us. We were in Caleta de Fuste in March and there was no problem in getting a sun lounger. Good choice of food for Breakfast and Dinner.

A very clean and well maintained hotel with great service located 15 minutes away from the airport. Comfortable room with basic toiletries. Swimming pools were freezing cold so bear this in mind if visiting during the cooler months. Good breakfast however dinner was less appetising. Food was also cold on many occasions. Beach and supermarket 5 minutes walk.

We had to book our trip last minute, and found a good deal with this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff were amazing (especially Steven at the front desk and Judith in the Albatros restaurant), but really everyone was smiling and helpful and so willing to do whatever they could to make our stay nice. We had a Junior Suite with a view of the ocean, and the bed was AMAZING, so comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We could open the large balcony doors and look at the ocean from our bed! The hotel itself had a few small things that were just tired, but didn't impact our overall stay. The \"heated\" pool wasn't really heated, but we were there in January, so maybe that's why. It was nice to take a quick dip in though after lounging in the sun reading. There were lots of sun loungers, and the beach was just 2 minute walk from the hotel. Supermarket just 3 minutes walk with a few shops. Not really much local culture, but a nice resort to stay at. We did half board and the breakfast buffet was always amazing. They also did a great job changing up the dinners. Personally I wouldn't do all inclusive because there are other restaurants to eat at, and eating buffet gets boring, even with the fantastic job they did. Half board was enough for us. There was a car rental kiosk in the lobby, which was FANTASTIC! You could rent for a day, or whatever, they bring the car to you and you leave it at the hotel! Great! Overall very nice stay! Great staff, comfortable beds, beach.

Made a reservation in this hotel with our 9 mo old daughter.

Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that our full board reservation did not include beverages for lunch and dinner (we are used to all inclusive stays in the carribean). I (now) understand that full board is not the same as all inclusive, but i would've liked It to be specified on the reservation page or in the reservation details (expedia???).
Also, i payed for a room with a queen bed and a sea view, but we ended up being given a room with 2 single beds, garden view and no wifi connexion.
We raised this issue with the front desk clerk and he fixed it for us the next day: we had a sea view room with a king bed and excellent wifi (as this room was closer to the lobby).

Breakfast buffet was the best one of the 3 according to me.
As we do not eat meat, we ended up eating a lot of fries, pizza and 1-2 vege options.
We also noticed that the food had a tendancy to be \"recycled\"... A cake that was served in last night's dinner would reappear in today's lunch...

The clientele is mainly composed of senior couples and families with babies/toddlers (which is nice when you travel with a baby).

The location is perfect as it is at a walking distance to the beach and a small mall (with a grocery store, which comes in handy to buy big bottles of waters to keep in your room since 200ml water bottles sell at 2€ during lunch and dinner).

Nice experience overall, but will probably rent a studio/appartment next time.

Very helpful staff!

I stayed in Elba Sara in October 2016 with my 6 year old son.

The hotel is based right by the sandy beach. There were a lot of kids entertainment, food was good with lots of fresh fruit and veg.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Relaxing break

Check in was quick and reception were welcoming with a drink on arrival. We only stayed on a B&B basis, but the breakfasts were good with plenty of choice.
Our room was on the second floor and we had a good size room and balcony. The bathroom was a bit tired and some of the tiles around the bath were cracked. The floor was very dirty throughout our week stay.
The entertainment was really good - it wasn't in your face and you could choose to join in if you wanted but could also be in your room and not hear any noise from the music etc.
The location of the hotel is next to a small shopping mall. Although the sea is just in front of the hotel, the beach is not great here but if you walk a bit further down to the Elba Carlotta, it is much better with loungers and umbrellas available.
Although there are two pools in the hotel, the water was too cold to swim in the pools, even the heated one.
Overall, we would stay here again if we came to Caleta for a relaxing break.

Great outdoor pool area & location to beach

On arrival hotel has wow factor, our room was basic with a sea view but when it came to bed time the noise from the plant room sounded like a lighthouse foghorn and it was reported but no one got back to us. Food was disappointing as it was just the same thing every night with a slight ingredient variation so buy our 5th/6th night we were not eating. Staff favoured guests that were not wearing the All Inclusive wristband which was annoying as we had paid more for our holiday but this was purely tip oriented.

Great hotel!

The hotel was great! The location worked well for me and my friend as it was right by the beach yet not to far from the town and there was a shopping centre next door with restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were kept clean, the one downside was you had to pay for the safe in the room. We only had breakfast at the hotel but the selection provided was amazing and we definitely enjoyed it! There was also plenty of activities to do in the hotel such as mini golf, archery and the shooting range, so you won't easily get bored.

Have recommended to my parents they go here in the summer!

Having stayed in Elba Sara previously the experience was as expected, with attentive staff, excellent location with a free shuttle bus travelling between other hotels in Caletta, taxi costs from hotel to town centre was only a few Euros, however it was a pleasant walk along the beach with ample cafe stops on the way. The food was excellent with much choice. My one issue was that the allocated room (249) whilst clean and well maintained did sit in the shade all day, so no relaxing/sun bathing on the balcony - despite this, we enjoyed the holiday and would book again but would question the room location!

Great holiday, lovely hotel.

Just returned from a week at the Hotel Elba Sara with my 16 year old daughter, very happy with the hotel, very clean and food was great, wide variety.
One little thing we were disappointed with, was our flight was an evening departure and while we understood that the hotel was busy and late check out was but possible but no courtesy room was available even for an hour to shower etc, we ended up showering in the gym and trying to pack out last bits into the suitcase on the foyer floor, not ideal, give the calibre of the hotel this just let it down
Hotel is located a bit outside the resort, nothing much in the vicinity, shops bars etc about 15 mins walk or 3,50euro in a taxi.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel and found it to be all that we expected and a little more! After a disastrous previous stay a few months earlier, in apartments which were less than satisfactory nor were they comfortable, the Elba Sara restored my love of Fuerteventura. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome - the food was excellent and the choice amazing. The gardens and waterways within the hotel were very picturesque. Throughout our stay, the reception staff were always ready to order taxi's for us to chat and to recommend places to visit! A Great holiday location, to which we will return. We have friends who live at the golf course not far from the hotel and having been able to have a look around, have already booked their extended family into the Elba Sara for visits in early 2015.

Very poor effort ! Horrid food & staff

One member of the reception staff was very rude & most unhelpful when asked for some help ! Have to go back several times to sort out any problems to be met by a glare & a frosty hostile receptionist . Also walking off as you ask for advice . I would like to say that maybe it was a language barrier but the person in question was In fact English . I addressed this mater with the hotel manager but I would be highly surprised if the mater was ever rectified . The food is tasteless ,cold slop couldn't possibly eat it . Eat out every night . The thought of that mass produced slop makes my mouth water !

Disappointing and overpriced

A short 2 nights stay for us a married couple that live on Fuerteventura. The bathroom was not very clean, when you take a bath and can see UNDERNEATH the hand rails on the side of the bath you can tell. There was sand on the floor even though we never went to the beach. The bed was very hard for my comfort but I know some people prefer a hard bed. Breakfast was buffet style and not very appetising. There is a commercial centre next door and there was a very nice English restaurant that we would highly recommend. ' The Sea View' . This part of Fuerteventura is much more expensive than Corralejo. The hotel is about a 20 mins walk from the town but right opposite McDonalds, don't bother the meat is different here. The hotel is right on the flight path but the double glazing is good so did not bother us. The airport closes about 11.30 but the last flights arrive and depart much sooner. I think the airport opens about 7 or 8 am. Overall it was overpriced, not good value for money. Most guests were all inclusive, were not offered this option or would we have taken it anyway. The beer, wine and spirits are very poor quality. OK for young families I suppose.

Well I booked this hotel after reading the reviews on here & Trip Advisor. Was of the understanding the food was good on a all inclusive basis but it was pretty boring to be fair. Always the same but with a slight alteration in the meat content. Oh and there was no mention on how loud the air traffic was. It is loud but then it is only a 17Euro cab journey from the airport so is expected. Clean & tidy though! Not much choice in entertainment, unless you have kids.

Great holiday at a nice hotel

The hotel is really good. Specially the location.. close to shopping center and also bus stop, which is quite useful (5 min. walk away). For me, it's the best view I ever had from a standard hotel room. The view from the balcony is fantastic. You overlook the pool and the ocean beyond and very quiet. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony at night and hear only the sound of the sea.

The size of the room was generous with all the standard facilities you need. And also nice and bright.

The did not appear to be any problem with bringing your own food and drinks into the room from outside. The hotel stuff is very friendly, helpful, professional and multilingual. And as far as I could see I would say it is a family friendly hotel. The staff like children, talk and care for them. And there have been also on few evenings entertainment programms for children.

The food was always good cooked and very tasty. There was also special children buffet with things which the kids like. What ever I tried I really enjoyed it. There was always two different typ of fish fillet in offer, which were fresh and got BBQ fresh in front of you. But I have to say.. vegetarian won't have it easy. Most dishes are with meat, and mainly with pork. So I was a little bit disappointed when I found pork in the paella, and in all the nuddle salads they offered. It's shame when they look all so nice and you fancy to have some but you can't. But otherwise can't complain. There was always something nice to choose

Just perfect!

Enjoyed a fabulous week here with daughter (18) and son (1). Couldn't fault the hotel, the staff or the weather. Lots going on entertainment wise, plenty of sun loungers and food was plentiful. Applied beforehand for Elba fidelity card so that had some additional benefits. Shame the hotel was do busy on our last day that we couldn't keep the room on but hey ho! Safe daily rate 4€ a bit steep as they are free in Egypt 5* hotels. Also beach towels could only be changed after 3 days.

hotel location about 2 km walk to nearest golf course(shuttle bus hourly) and about 25 minute stroll to restaurants/bars in town.( 5 euros in taxi).local beaches not very good.need to head to jandia for great beaches(50 minutes drive away)

The hotel is very nice been 4 times but cant go back unless they get new beds.Our matress was torn ,the springs were digging in our backs and it was so hard .Infact i slept on the sofa for 2 nights and we have both come home with worst backs than we went with. I found a blanket in the cupboard so we put that on the bed .It was a shame because it spoilt our holiday and it cost us over 1000 this time.We have been to caleta 7 times now but this time we both had no sleep and had to keep getting up .There is tea and coffee in room but didnt get sugar at all not 1 day .overall the staff are very good just needs a lot of up dating ,the same tables and chairs cushions for 4 years the cushions are very few .the menu is very limited if your not all in

Good hotel and good value.

Very pleased with the hotel. Good room and spacious balcony. Lovely grounds and good facilities. Staff generally friendly, although reception could have been a little more forthcoming on a couple of occasions. Buffet food OK but nothing spectacular. For the money - really good value.

The hotel is on the flight path, but it was not a nuisance.

Very enjoyable stay

Spent a week at the hote in February. We enjoyed our stay immensely.Weather was reasonable, a little windy one day but also very sunny between occasional clouds. We were in a bedroom on the ground floor looking out on the lovely gardens with flowers and shrubs in-bloom. We thought the facilities were excellent. Large pool areas with plenty of loungers. We played mini-golf and tennis. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, particularly the smoothies and pancakes but felt that there should have been more fresh fruit and not tinned peaches etc. For those on Full board, the food probably got a little boring but having access to sandwiches, coffee, pastries and drinks throughout the day was a plus. We visited the nice beach beside the hotel and walked into Caletta and ate in the numerous restaurants. The Ocean Bar in the shopping centre beside the hotel is recommended where you can also see the Premier football. The only negative - we found the golf course expensive for what it was. A short course with very few features and not very well kept. We also found the food in the clubhouse expensive and poor. The clubhouse itself however is very nice.

Very happy :)

Most suitable for familes. Excellent all inclusive package. Nice food and huge variety to choose from. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful especially on reception. Very happy with my stay overall and i would definitley consider returning with family. Perhaps not a great girly destination due to lack of bars in local area.

Have stayed in this hotel several times and it is ideal for couple who wants to have a relaxing holiday. Entertainment is not very good. There are many good restaurants near-by if you decide not to go full board. I have certainly enjoyed the week when the weather was perfect.

Outstanding 4* hotel

Outstanding service, cleanliness, excellent food and great environment for couples, singles and families alike. All inclusive is highly recommended. Not to be judged by 5*+ standards but very very hard to beat for a 4* hotel. Only downside is tired gym and charging for iron/ironing board and safes in room, which I would expect as standard in even a 4* hotel. Nevertheless a friendly, fun and thoroughly relaxing resort. A+++

Location: nice setting on beach and near Hypermarket with one good Bar/Restaurant on beach, but 25 mins walk to most Restaurants and town; also on flight path to nearby airport.
Meal plan: mainly caters for Fully-inclusive guests. Bar staff did not handle drinks charged to room very well and some wanted to serve fully-inclusive guests first because it was easier for them. Breakfasts were good and Egg-Chefs deserve a special mention.
Accommodation: Room and balcony view good; pools good; pool area too small for hotel when fully booked.
Staff: Bar staff either good or V bad; Reception staff helpful; cleaners good. Management responded to criticism, Daytime Activities staff freindly and enthusiastic

There is no doubt that the hotel

There is no doubt that the hotel is lovely and in a great location, however our visit and our holiday was spoiled by a very rude male member of staff on our arrival at the check in desk. When we arrived he could not find our booking and was very unhelpful and downright rude. One hour later when he eventually tracked down the said booking, he started quibbling about the price. His name was William. He made no apology whatsoever even after he was in the wrong. I also witnessed him being quite gruff with other guests.I will not be going to Elba Sara Hotel again.

Brilliant Service!!!

Stayed at the Hotel for a week in April. Room was nice and clean. The sea view was just amazing. Breakfast really nice. Supermarket just 2 min walk away. Hotel was very helpful when we were stuck for a couple of days due to the volcanic ash. Came back to the hotel when our flight got canceled and got the same room. Had to book for an additional 4 days for the next flight. We managed to get a earlier flight just after to days extra and the hotel refund the other 2 days. Also hotel did not charge us for any phone calls. When we told them at the check out there should be a bill for the phone they told us that they will not charge due to the unexpected circumstances.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a brilliant time.

Second visit didn't disappoint

We returned to the Elba Sara Hotel after we enjoyed a great holiday there last year. It's very family friendly and the pool areas are excellent for children. The hotel generally is very nice and the staff are excellent - very helpful and pleasant. The manager is often out and about and happy to help with anything you wish to discuss. Our big disappointment this year was the entertainment. Overall, it was not a very good standard and took place in a bar which badly needs decorating. Food was good and plentiful. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends for a relaxing holiday.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Suite hatte einen mega Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Die Terrasse war so groß wie unser Zimmer.
Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Jeden Abend gab es etwas anderes. Fisch und Fleisch wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Der Parkplatz war zudem kostenfrei und groß genug.

Personal es un 10. Amabilidad extrema de todos ellos que te hacen sentir realmente cómodo.
Habitación perfecta, con colchón muy cómodo y ducha muy agradable.
Vistas desde la habitación tal y como indican sus fotografías de habitación con vistas al mar.
Puntos para mejorar: la calidad de la comida es bastante regulera, muy cuestionable que esté a la altura de un 4* y del precio que se paga por noche.
El todo incluido no lo recomiendo, el hotel si, pero la baja calidad de la comida hace que cojas de mucho y no te guste casi nada, es la calidad que no es buena.
Por la tarde, en el bar de recepción no puede haber todos los días bollería y sándwiches de jamón y queso. Algo salado como frutos secos, aceitunas, algo de fruta fresca…
Volvería al hotel pero solo escogería desayuno y habitación.

A Lively Stay – But Not for Everyone

If you’re looking for a calm and quiet family holiday, far from the typical all-inclusive crowds, and prefer places with a bit more peace and order — this might not be the best fit for you.

The hotel has definitely seen better days and could use some freshening up. That said, the staff are doing their absolute best — they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and really go out of their way to assist.

However, it’s important to set the right expectations: this doesn’t quite live up to a four-star standard. There’s a lot of noise throughout the day (and night), and it can be difficult to unwind if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing.

Also, towel changes aren’t done daily, so don’t expect hotel-level routines when it comes to housekeeping.

All in all, if you’re okay with a bit of wear and tear, lots of activity, and truly lovely staff — it could still be a decent stay. But if you value peace, quiet, and a more polished experience, you may want to consider other options.

Das Hotel hat einen schönen und gepflegten Garten. Keinen Strand. Das Essen insgesamt ist reichhaltig, aber leider immer KALT. Das Special Dinner ist sehr schlecht organisiert. Wir wurden als Letzte hineingelassen und somit war das 1. Gang Buffet bereits leer und zum Hauptgericht gab es keine Beilagen mehr. Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption brachte - ausser dem Versprechen, man melde sich bei uns - rein gar nichts. Das Zimmer wurde nur einmal gereinigt (am zweitletzten Tag), ansonsten nur die Badetücher und einmal die Bettwäsche ersetzt. Alles in allem verspricht das Hotel auf dem Prospekt mehr, als es hält.

Die Poolanlage war sehr schön. Auch das Animationsteam hat seine Aufgabe gut gemacht. Es gab jeden Tag ein gutes Programm.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer allerdings lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir kamen in ein Zimmer mit dreckigem Boden, Handtüchern und Bett. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde nur das Bett neu bezogen.

L'emplacement est très approprié pour les golfeurs avec 2 parcours tout proches; la proximité de la mer est également un grand plaisir
Le restaurant est un peu impersonnel, sans beaucoup de charme..
Le fait qu'il n'y est pas de sortie directe sur la plage toute proche est dommage...
Les repas sont variés et de qualité correcte; mais il est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir de vrai café ( avec une machine à café en grain par exemple); ce n'est que du café soluble....

Großes Hotel in Strandnähe

In den ersten Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele unterschiedliche Nationalitäten dort, das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht. Dann waren 98% der Gäste Briten und es wurde eng und laut in allen Bereichen. Die Poolliegen wurden ab 7 Uhr mit Handtüchern reserviert, wer viel später kam, hatte das Nachsehen ins besondere bei Schattenplätzen. Es gab definitiv zu wenige Sonnenschirme und vor der teilweise sehr lauten Musik am Pool konnte man auch leider nicht fliehen. Die Buffets waren reichhaltig, aber leider sehr auf die britischen Gäste abgestimmt. Uns fehlte die Vielfalt an spanischen Speisen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wer Ruhe sucht wird ab Mai in diesem Hotel nicht so rundum glücklich.
