Fantastic find!

Fabulous little spot for a night stop off on our way to and from Calais. We stayed in the quadruple room as a family of four, it was excellent. The pool was a big hit with the children after a long day of driving! The restaurant in the evening and the self service breakfast catered for all ages and was wonderful. Highly recommend. We will return again.

Very friendly staff, we were later than we thought we would arrive. Plenty of room I’m restaurant great choice, well cooked.
Room very clean 3 beds and option of camp bed too.
Hotel is dog friendly. Great for Calais about an hour away.

Overnight 1 hour from Calais

An overniht stay on our way back to UK via Calais. Lovely little village in a pretty valley. A friendly welcome was given. Check-in was easy. The room was quite spacious, but rather tired and in need of updating. The bed was large and quite good, but it dipped in the middle and we both rolled down the hill. There was a separate toilet, but so small that we had to keep the door open to sit down. The bathroom was quite large with a batt and shower attchment. However, there was nowhere to clip it onto and because the room was in the roof you could not stand at the tap end. The hose did not reach to the orther end of the bath. We did manage, but it was a struggle and the bathroom was soaked. We ate dinner in the hotel which was quite good and reasonably priced. Overall it was a change from the formulaic modern hotels and we might well repeat the stay, but mainly for the village , not the room.

Quiet hotel in rural Picardie

Lovely old auberge in the middle of a peaceful village. Rooms were clean and well equipped -ours overlooked the garden and there were chairs and loungers outside the room for our use. Evening meal was very good -and excellent value for money as was the overall stay. Staff were good and easy to talk to -the auberge is close to the crècy battlefield and they gave us directions to the site.

Auberge in the country

The room was just adequate for use with a wheelchair but for anyone else it would have been very good. Small pool and fitness area and gardens out the back gave alternative areas to chill out. Food was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Clean, basic hotel, pretty gardens

For the price this hotel was very adequate. I stayed two nights with my boyfriend in order to join the rest of the family on their annual holiday in a gite in buire le sec. For this reason we didn't eat or use any of te hotel facilities but the staff were pleasant, the room a bit dingy but clean and with a good shower.

Nice hotel in very pretty village. Not a lot for vegetarians. We had a goats cheese salad with toast - they left the bacon out - starter and a dessert. Quite nice. Friendly staff. A little expensive. Would have loved to have been able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room.

Ne pas s’arrêter au premier contact…

Le premier contact avec les serveuses de l’auberge ne reflétait pas le sens du service client.
Mais le soir, le monsieur qui avait la charge du service dans le restaurant a remonté le niveau. Il a été d’une gentillesse et très à l’écoute. De plus son service a été exceptionnel.

L’auberge est très sympathique.. petite piscine agréable.. chambre très agréable aussi, le cadre est magnifique mais alors….. le sourire de la jeune fille est comme les croissants…. Congelé…
Le petit déjeuner lui est à éviter… pain et croissants congelés…. Café pas terrible et le reste.. enfin… si vous trouvez autre chose… parce que passé 9h15 il n’y a plus rien… dommage…

bonjour les photos sur le site Hotel.com la plus grosse photo est le château, seulement après on vois l'auberge mais soit , on vas dire que j'ai mal regardé. il est noté dans le descriptif chambre insonorisée , c'est faux j'avais des clients dans la chambre située dessus cela devait être des éléphants alors...
le petit déjeuner continental n'est pas à la hauteur du prix, pour exemple dans les B&B il est à avec œufs brouillés bacon etc.
le début du créneau horaire du petit déjeuner est à 8h30 pas vraiment adapté à une activité professionnelle , c'était indiqué sur le site, et ils m'on laissé arriver vers 8h05.
le soir, le restaurant était fermé, personne n'avais prévenu, on est quand même un peu loin de tout, même si l'hôtelier m'a indiqué une adresse de restaurant dans un village voisin on a pas forcément envie de ressortir, prendre la voiture j'avais choisi cet endroit aussi pour ça.
concernant mes photos il manque une petite corbeille de mini petits pain qui est arrivée à la fin de mon petit dej ( pas de soucis j'étais là trop tôt)
par contre chambre très propre.
un cumul de petites choses qui ne me feront pas revenir dommage.
personnel poli et souriant sans plus, le matin de mon départ j'ai croisé 2 personnes plus âgées que ceux de la veille et du matin j'ai eu droit à un aurevoir rapide ils buvaient leur café, serait ce les exploitants? je ne sais pas, attitude pas très commerciale à mon sens. dommage

Une vieille bâtisse dans un petit village

Décoration à l’ancienne dans le hall, le salon et le restaurant. Les chambres sur jardin sont modernes et fonctionnelles. Le jardin est très agréable et il y a aussi une petite piscine dans la cour. Je n’ai pas testé le restaurant. Parkings devant l’établissement ou derrière le jardin. Le prix des chambres est raisonnable aussi.

Le dépaysement.

Franchement j y retournera en 3 jour on a celui ci et apres un autre et on s est dit on refait une nuit au premier hotel car génial. On rentre dans la chambre ca sent bon c est propre tout est bien ranger bouilloir avec 2 tasses et 2 sachets de the ainsi que cafe sucre serviette tres blanche des petit échantillons pour notre hygiène non rien a dire on va meme y retourner moi je le conseille a 100% et un calme de fou

Hotel très agréable mais service/accueil à revoir

Tout est très bien (literie confortable, chambre agréable, piscine, restaurant) mais le service pourrait être amélioré :
- on nous fait « lourdement » remarquer que nous sommes arrivés à 13 h alors que les chambres sont préparées pour des arrivées à 15 h. Tant pis, on ne déjeunera pas ici...
- au restaurant, on prend les commandes des convives qui sont arrivés après nous (4 tables, quand même) avant la nôtre...
- au moment du départ, alors que nous n’avions à payer que le restaurant et la taxe de séjour, on nous avait facturé la chambre, pourtant déjà payée sur Hôtels.com. Alors que nous avions gentiment fait remarquer à l’hôtelllier qu’il y avait « probablement » une erreur, on nous a rétorqué que ce n’était pas possible... avant de reconnaître que l’erreur était bien du côté de l’hôtel... mais sans jamais s’excuser.
Bref le service peut largement être amélioré.
