One night before flight!
Rather a different concept of a hotel to what we were used to. The Reception was like going to Mackey D’s drive through! Not too much info given. You drive the car into the garage, then go up steps to the room, with a bedroom/table & chairs & mini bar/fridge for eating & bathroom. Meals & drinks are ordered via telephone.
The strangest thing is that a buzzer goes off when the drinks or food arrives. The 1st time it happened, we opened our door expecting a person to be outside, or a at least a tray to be left outside!? Nothing, so we were confused. Rang reception to be told that the drinks or food arrives via the cupboard above the fridge!? 😂
Breakfast & dinner were good value & price and tasty. The room was good quality, with mirrors everywhere! Good bathroom and shower.
Ideal for a one night stay close to Madrid airport, but don’t expect to see a member of staff. It felt a bit like being in solitary confinement or isolation!! The room was nice & the hotel functional, but it is on a trading estate, with nowhere really to walk to or see around it.

Just needed a hotel closer to the airport than the one we had originally booked. However, when we got there, Zouk was a GREAT surprise! My "pareja" and I had a great time there!

Overall I had no major issues. Check in/out is a bit odd as there is no lobby just a small booth style building in the driveway. Room service was very fast and food was excellent.

If I were still Single, I would have liked the ability to have a quick rendezous (with whomever) in a Nice Place. No More Sleazy Motels. My wife and I really liked the food except that the Beef is Very Different from American Beef... Less Grounded and Way More Fatty.
What I did NOT like was that the Sound System is WAY Past due for an Upgrade. CD's or the Radio... That's It.
No Bluetooth and No Streaming. Just Too OLD!
That actually was a Big Bummer... Having to listen to my Phone Speaker while making Passionate Love to my Wife. Oh Well. The Mirrors were kind weird also.

I loved that I could play music as loud as I wanted all night. I was having problems due to work stress and stayed here by accident. I travelled alone and did not use this for a lover, haha. I had a ball dancing, and singing by myself. I don't sleep much so it's nice to be able to jam to music all night. Perfect for lovers if you travel with one, very sensual lighting. Ordering in was amazing. Great food, you do not have to leave the room, so perfect for those wanting to connect with a partner.

If you want a private stay with no worries about intrusion, then this is the place. It definitely is an "Adults Only" hotel. Everything (food, purchased items, etc.) is delivered discretely through a two-way cabinet. It is located in a non-commercial area of Alcala De Henares, Madrid and their is only one gas station/mini market within walking distance. Drive or taxi to anywhere else.

This is really for couples as it has an “adult” theme. However, very quiet,clean, jacuzzi bath, Quite strange having room service delivery only, but this is delivered through a private hatch. Food good, drinks available and priced fairly. Not your usual Hotel!

Habitación limpia, insonorizada, cama cómoda. Entras directamente al parking que sube a tu habitación y el desayuno te lo sirven en la habitación a través de un armario. A hotel with many faces
You should know that this is a hotel where you can rent a room for a couple of hours..... So, the focus is on another type of clientel. You arrive and while in the car you checkin and thereafter drive to your room and park in a garage under your room. The room was built to satify those who come there for another purpose than sleeoing and going to the airport. Lots of mirrors (do I need to say that there was one in the ceiling above the bed?). The toilet is in a glass box with no roof, so not private. We had also a jacuzzi in the room, which was nice. Breakfast was sent directly to your room when you made a call in the morning - one toast each, tea/coffee, juice.
On the plus side: Bed was good (of course), the place was extreamly silent (for obvious reasons), secure parking, fresh and tidy room, but you feel a bit enclosed, since you have nowhere to go outside and the view was another building. 15-30 min drive to airport depending on traffic

El desayuno estuvo rico y bien presentado.
Las personas de la recepción fueron amables.

Una de las veces pedí para el desayuno una tostada con tomate ,y me trajeron tostada con mermelada ,quizás me entendió mal ,no pasa nada es un error sin importancia ninguna ,pero cuando llame para comunicarlo ,si contestación fue que si no la pido de tomate se pone con mermelada en un tono muy altivo y soberbio ,le respondo que quizás no me había entendido cuando la pedí de tomate, pues en vez de pedir disculpas por el error su respuesta fue que me habían traído lo que yo había pedido que ahora me llevaban la de tomate con un tono rozando lo agresivo y me colgó el teléfono dejándome con la palabra en la boca ,ya que quería pedir algo mas.
El día anterior también sufrí su mal humor y poca profesionalidad de cara al cliente por el jabón de la ducha.
Por lo demás toda la estancia espectacular...

Nuestra sorpresa nada más llegar a la habitación e instalarnos fue encontrarnos una "bolsa de polvos blancos" tirada en el suelo de la habitación.
Se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción y su respuesta fue recogerla y decirnos que no había nada más que explicar.

De kamer was relatief groot, eigen af te sluiten garage onder de kamer, personeel was niet onvriendelijk maar….er was geen zwembad spabad of sauna beschikbaar tenzij wij kamer met zwembad voor enige honderden euro’s extra zouden boeken. Dat gold dus ook de bijbehorende en beloofde ligstoelen, badslippers, badjassen. Eten en drinken kon je telefonisch bestellen en dat werd je dan door luikje (als in gevangenisfilms) aangereikt. Me hubiera encantado saber que tipo de habitacion/suite habia reservado, iba un poco a la suerte y pensé que para lo pagado, la habitacion habria sido un poco más grande. En mi estancia incluía cena, espectacular, unos platazos, buenísimos y también incluía desayuno (sólo el continental), pedimos tostadas con los colacacos y era tan solo un pan de molde (muy bueno), pero nos quedamos con hambre, comparandolo con la cena.

Nada más entrar a la habitación olía a tabaco horrores, y nosotros que no lo somos nos dio mucho asco, el sistema de sonido lo vimos obsoleto, sin bluetooth y la tele más de lo mismo, las almohadas ya que cada persona tiene su gusto pondría dos de más en el armario, en mi caso dormir mal porque era muy plana, la habitación contigua estuvo con la música altísima, de insonorización cero, la cena, estuvo regular, el desayuno si nos gustó, punto a favor me pareció la nevera, nos faltaron unos altavoces en el baño y privacidad no tiene ninguna, tanto a la entrada como a la salida ves a todos los de recepción, en otros hoteles de este tipo las entradas se hacen mediante un "cajero" una máquina que te escanea el DNI confirmas tu reserva sin personas de por medio, de los hoteles que conozco de este tipo es el más antiguo y obsoleto en cuanto a forma de hacer las cosas y tecnología.
