This is a great hotel at a great price. I was nervious about some reviews saying its in an industrial area and far from everything, it is true if you don't have a car, but renting a car might be a great option as there are lovely towns near (10-20 minutes away) that you can enjoy lunch or dinner like Alcala de Henares, home of \"Don Quijote de la Mancha\" or Segovia (1:30 hrs away), Avila (home of Teresita de Jesus de Avila)... and many more. I will definitely comeback here.

My very significant problem was that the hotel was (and is still listed as such on their signage) as Hotel Advant Airport and the prior listings on hotels.com indicated shuttle service service. Imagine my surprise when the hotel staff told me there was no shuttle service and that a name change was coming to remove the airport from their name. Very misleading on the part of the hotel and hotels.com

If you include the cost of the cab ride and the cost of the hotel you might as well stay at a more luxurious hotel near the airport that has a free shuttle and you can also sleep in later. You are also a long way from the city. If you have a car and are not going to the airport it's a very nice hotel. Going to the airport stay someplace else

The hotel is a great option for business stay or if you’re going to catch a flight next day. It is clean (for me, that is the most important ) great location bc it’s easy to find. People at front desk are very kind and helpful. I know that they have some amenities like pool but I didn’t use it. Parking is not expensive, 6€ per day/night. Overall I had a great stay.

I chose and stayed at this hotel because I was only returning to Madrid to fly out in the morning. This hotel is not in Madrid proper and there isn't much around this hotel. It is a great airport hotel. I actually liked the restaurant/bar they have. The service, food, and prices were all good. The free airport shuttle is the best amenity this hotel has. I forgot to book my airport transfer in advance, but luckily the woman at reception was able to fit me into an early shuttle the next morning. The room itself was ok.

I booked this property because we were flying into Madrid on a Monday night and flying out on Tuesday morning and it was advertised as a hotel near the airport and had a 24 hour airport shuttle. When we called from the airport for the shuttle we were on hold for almost 15 minutes then they said the shuttle would not be there for at least two hours. We decided to take a taxi which cost us 32E as the hotel was about 25 minutes away. The staff was not very welcoming.The restaurant was very noisy and the food was poor. It was also the most expensive room on the trip and the least appealing of any of the other four places we stayed in Spain and Portugal. Stay at the Hilton or Marriott if you need a place near the airport their shuttle is regularly available and it is closer.

We stayed here in an emergency when our city centre hotel failed to give us our preferred booking and we were pleasantly surprised. My son is a wheelchair user and we had not booked an accessible room in advance. We were allocated a ground floor room with good bathroom facilities with walk (!) in shower. The hotel is a good way from the airport but this was no problem in a taxi. There is a shuttle bus from the airport that goes from the airport bus stops - you probably need to give reception a ring to make sure it is running. Madrid taxi drivers have not always heard of it - tell them it is in Torrejon. Room service is good as is the hotel food. The only point I would make is that we did not need the chair in the room - it got in the way. We bring our own!

The hotel was very nice, clean, and looked upscale, and the staff extremely helpful! The room was spacious, even with 4 single beds. We asked for a very early taxi for the airport and the concierge followed through on having someone there for the time we needed. The only downside was that the airport shuttle hours didn’t work for us and so we needed to use a taxi, and because the hotel isn’t located as close to the airport as it seemed, the cost for the taxi came to $48 round trip which significantly increased the amount we spent to stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if the shuttle hours work for you!

We chose this hotel as it provides free shuttle service from the airport. I didn't realize it is located in an industrial location right next to an Amazon fulfillment center. There is no place to walk around or eat, you must eat at the hotel. Also, you must make reservations for the shuttle service. Upon arriving I wanted to drop of my rental car and get a shuttle service back to the hotel. Since I didn't have a reservation I was told I need to wait 4 hours until 12:30 am. Frustrating. Room was clean and functional. Shuttle service takes 15 minutes with reservations.
