I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay.
The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. The hotel had a comfortable atmosphere, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Finding the entrance was awkward initially. There were at least 2 other doors between the street and the Hotel entrance that also had signage reading “Le Yacht”. The units kitchenette was ill equipped, with nothing to actually clean the few dishes that were provided. As well, the lock on the sliding balcony door was broken and did not work.
All that aside, the location was fabulous. There were a number of dining options within an easy walk, and the waterfront walk across the street was amazing.

The location is excellent. The entire building is undergoing construction/reformation. The suite was spacious but needed more cleaning. Kitchen equipment very used and outdated. Not able to use it.
Bathroom decent but needs many upgrades.

The location is very good walking distances from the 2nd biggest mosque in Africa the Hassan the second mosque. If it was not to the multiple inconveniences we faced when we arrived like no wifi working, no A/C functionality no chairs or table in the kitchen We would have given them the 5 star rating . We stayed there for 7 days 4 days in they changed our suit to a better functional one
Nadia
I like the staff very friendly & professional. The price for this property is overpriced & the hotel needs an update. The bathroom is not clean .For the price We paid it’s not worth it.I don’t recommend this property for the price they ask. Breakfast continental was acceptable.

The hotel is in renovation, but do not let the main facade fool you as you may think the hotel is in ruin due to the construction. But once you go inside the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff are amazing and they will give you the best recommendations. I was super happy when the booked a taxi to take me to Medhina Market and told me to be very careful with pickpocketing in the area. Also, how much the taxi should charge and not to let the taxi driver fool me cause I am a tourist. I will definitely will book with them next time.
Mary
There was no ocean view. Concierge said there are no rooms with Ocean View so it must be for apartment dwellers No hot water. We went to plug in water heater and the cord had wires exposed so we did not plug in. Bed was great room was clean and staff was excellent

Excellent in every way
Clean, modern decor, excellent amenities. Helpful with directions, bags, taxis, even a minor plumbing problem which was addressed very quickly. Friendly staff. Safe area. Near the water and cafes.

The property was very clean and well oriented, with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. It had full kitchen and balcony area. The staff was kind, and accommodating. The hotel was in front of the coast and Hassan II Mosque. Beautiful weather as you would feel the breeze from the ocean.

Was a nice stay
Location is good with a nice restaurant at the front which also had great food and was open late. The rooms were clean and airy. Bathrooms immaculately clean.

Shower had very low pressure and didn’t work. Place was very hot. AC took most the time we were there to cool down to something tolerable.

Convinient if you want to be near the corniche and Hassan II Mosque. Within walking distance.
But this hotel is average at best, and I'm being kind there. Especially for what they charge per night. Breakfast was basic. Customer service was good I can't fault that. But I'd only recommend short stays.

We stayed at a spacious and clean 2 bedroom. The people are very nice and helpful, including the front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff. The hotel is in a great area, close to restaurants and beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca!

Very nice specious suit. Walking distance to Hassan 2 Mosque. Perfect for family of four or more. One think I didn’t like about is there was no proper hand soap and bathrooms didn’t seem to clean properly smell little odor otherwise it’s was good place to stay

After seeing a mixed bag of reviews it's clear that some apartments are more run down than others, and we definitely ended up with one of the rundown ones.
The day we arrived, we had to clean the countertops, dishes, cuttlery, coffee table... there were stains on the couch, the countertops tarnished, etc. The bathroom has no shower curtain or even a rod to place it on and the hose to the shower head has a spray leak so you end up having to use your towels to keep the floor dry. The toilet seat was broken as well.
The views shown in room pictures certainly were not visible from our room. They all show these amazing views overlooking the water whereas our view was of an alleyway and rundown buildings.
Went to breakfast on day 1... got there 30 minutes before it ended. There was one hardboiled egg. asked when more would come out and was told \"no more\". Day 2's breakfast was much better and more consistent.
Taxes we paid at the property were a lot more than the Expedia booking and receipt showed they would be.

Great Suite
Great Suite. Panorama view on Casablanca. Nice location in front of the beach and close to the Grand Mosque. Clean with good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
Batol
The hotel is located near the mosque. Beautiful location. The staff in the front and the cafeteria are amazing. The only thing I suggest is to remodel the exterior of the bathtub and put a shower curtain.

Easy stay on the seafront.
Easy stay. Safe parking. Nice aparthotel.
Mark
Location on the ocean was great, near the giant mosque. Family Suite was awesome...big with nice view. Hotel is a little walk from street, and lobby is just functional...not a beautiful building by any stretch of the imagination, but apartments are spacious and nice.
Tarek
The only thing was not nice the city tax was not clear it said in the booking 2.68 au dollar but i paid 14.00 us dollras for the 3 nights i dont know how the calculate this tax i asked for a recipt the lady in the reciption was not experience to give a recipt she took long time to issue the recipt

Not bad not great
Arrived an hour after earthquake, staff were amazing and very nice. But, units, especially the bathroom is outdated. Location was great. Overall, it was okay

Tara
The location was nice, the suite was large and contained two bedrooms with king beds (one had a single bed as well) and a kitchen. However, the tub was dirty, there was no shower curtain or partition to keep the water from getting out of the tub area, the room may sleep 5 people but they only provide 2 towels and no toiletries. Tub is large and would have been great to take a soak but getting in and out is painful due to the height.
As we were on our last night of a 10 day trip to Morocco, we ran out of some toiletries and the little bottles would have come in handy. The room smelt of rotting garbage and the security screen on the patio did not go all the way up, so you have to crouch to get in and out of the balcony area. Spent most of my time outside, due to smell. There is no sound proofing, so you can hear everything going on in and out of the building. Thankfully the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had difficulties figuring out the air conditioning and staff was quick to get it running for us.

The location of the property was good. The room we were given had a broken wardrobe door and had to call reception a few times. Overall good stay.
Monica
Very clean and modern. All the comforts of a Western villa-type hotel room. Would like to see different lighting. It was too bright in the rooms and there were no reading lamps. One bathroom was not stocked with towels, but we didn't ask for them because we were only there one night. Otherwise - an excellent hotel. Breakfast was very good - as well!
AZHER
Overall acceptable as value for money. Not good smell. Water heater available but no cup for tea/coffee. No hangers in washroom. Both soap dispensers are out of order.
Lynn
Wonderful staff and excellent accommodations.
Winston
Solid 3.5
Location was ok. Finding the lobby was a little tricky since it is down a long walkway under the building from the street and then have to make a right to get to the entrance. Our room's shower was annoying since it was in an elevated tub that did not have a shower door or curtain to stop the water from going onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good.
Ammar

Bon choix
Très propre, bien situé, bon petit-déjeuner et très grand.
Jamal
Staff very helpful and friendly, but the entrance of the hotel bit confusing.
Jairo
I stayed here for 3 nights. Although the city itself was not the prettiest in Morocco, the hotel is nice and the area is safe. Nothing and nowhere I went in Morocco felt unsafe. Been to many U.S. cities where I felt more unsafe then in this entire country. The breakfast could have more variety of fruits - that’s the only thing I didn’t like.
Muhammad
Great Experience
The hotel was well equipped with all the basic amenities. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean, tidy and meet our expectations.
Verified traveler
Stayed one night - no hot water, and sink and shower leaked. Floors were soaking wet. We were told that the manager would follow-up with us but we never heard from them again. We reached out to seek a resolution but there was no response - no apology or other offer of assistance.
Dr. Daramola
On first looked at the property appear to be in good shape but there was mold in the half bath ceiling and it was quite a bit of mold. This was very concerning and was not noted until we were checking out for me tonight’s day.
Alpa
Family room with city view
The staff were good. The location was great. Unfortunately, the apartment we stayed in needed some work - the washing machine didn’t work, safe needed work as it wasn’t working, the soap dispenser kept leaking on the bathroom bench & finally I had to put a plate underneath to collect so I wouldn’t have soap all over the countertop. Wi-Fi was intermittent.
Sana
Convenient for people who need a kitchen and a washing machine.
Thom Chalo
Well located with helping staff

I am glad I have found this hotel - we had a suite for 4 people that was very spacious. The location is great we had a lovely stroll on the Cornich along the Atlantic coast.
The only disappointment was that we did not have an ocean view - the balcony was facing the city, I was under the impression that we will get an ocean view...

Friendly staff and the area is very close to the mosque. But the best feature of all are the apartments having spacious bedrooms and living areas to spend time with family. The best place I have booked and came back to again and again!

Suites Hotel is conveniently located on the ocean front and close to the Hussain II Mosque. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent rooms and helpful staff at great price
Wonderful stay here and terrific price through Hotels.com. Large rooms with laundry, too! Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Luke-warm shower but everything else was exceptional and I would definitely stay here again and dine at nearby Pentola Restaurant.

Good vicinty for mosque . Safe parking underground
This was cheap and cheerful. Receptionist very welcoming and spoke good English. Complicated finding their car park so went round the block 3 times. But underground so safe.
Vicinity of hotel perfect. Over the road from seafront. Can see Hamman II mosque opposite. 10 mins walk.
Bed/pillows comfy. Powerful shower. The was a kettle in kitchen. BONUS
However the apartment has damp patches and smells damp and shower paint flaking off ceiling. Would not stop me staying again though.

Nice overall, but needs some work.
Frustrating to communicate with the location in advance. I wanted to comply with their request to inform them of an arrival after 5pm and they neither responded to my email not picked up the phone on the numerous times I called the # listed in the booking.
Bathroom was in need of repairs: door could not be shut completely, let alone locked and fixture in the shower was unattached.

Hotel le Yacht, excellent choice in Casablanca.
We spent 2 days and nights in this hotel. We were very happy with it (the hotel). Everything was 10 out of 10, front desk service, location (very close to Mohammad II Mosque, with a leisurely walk on the ocean boulevard ), size of our room/studio, cleanliness. All high quality. Highly recommended (and affordable). Jan A. Toronto. Canada.
