We had a little mishap with our room at the beginning but was corrected. The infrastructure in the hotel is good, but it's right beside a construction site, so lot's of noise since early in the morning. Our room was across the linen closet, the cleaning ladies were so loud early in the morning as well, so no good sleep at all. The pool needs a good clean, specially where the sunloungers are. Congratulations to the chef, food is amazing at breakfast and dinner buffets. Overall it's a nice hotel. Needs to learn more about what Expedia is, their VIP perks and levels. No one at the reception knew nor heard about Expedia.

The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance.

Terrific Beach Vacation Spot for Families

Facilities and service were excellent. The food was varied and plentiful and some of it (baking, desserts) were truly outstanding. The live music and extensive children’s activities were very impressive. The children seemed to be having even more fun than the adults!

There's no water for guests to drink at this resort, and no enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Dinner was cold every night. At check-in the receptionist was a little impolite.

The ocean in front of the hotel was as beautiful as any Caribbean sea. After seeing Praia Antunes in front of the hotel, I understood why they call Maragogi the Caribbean of Brazil. Our specially ordered dinner on the sand was so romantic and memorable. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was better than most good restaurants. Agnaldo, the waiter who served us, was so nice that he even organized special music for us and made us feel like VIPs. I am so grateful.
We had a sea view room, but it was a bit far from the ocean, so I wouldn't choose that room if I came back here. Special thanks also to Tamires at Reception. She was so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.

Excelente la experiencia de estar 5 días en este hotel. Todo fue un 10 absoluto. La calidad de la gente que atiende la comida que era muy buena, los responsables de la comida atentos a ayudar a mi esposa que no puede comer con gluten. La playa increíble! Hay bicicletas de agua de cortesía que son geniales.... Ya queremos volver

I like a lot the staff. It is breakfast and dinner inclusive. Breakfast was excellent and different selection s. Dinner every time was a different cuisine like Portuguese, Brazilian and Arabic. Breakfast was better than dinner. Also the bathroom didn’t have handles bar on the bathroom for handingcap. But I had a great experience.

Se pudesse daria 6 estrelas! O Hotel é maravilhoso, ficamos no quarto com piscina privativa e uma vista incrivel. a Praia é uma das mais lindas e o Hotel é pé na áreia. A comida é muito boa com muitas opções. Fizemos os passeios com a lancha saindo da frente do hotel para o caminho de moiseis e as piscinas naturais. Eu pretendo voltar e indico bastante o hotel!

Um agradecimento especial ao Júlio, da recepção, que nos atendeu de maneira impecável e sempre com um sorriso. A Daiane, nossa camareira, foi super prestativa e fez questão de nos deixar confortáveis durante toda a nossa estadia.

Além disso, o atendimento na praia foi excepcional, especialmente pelo Renato, que sempre se mostrou solícito e atencioso. Os monitores da piscina, Edi, Sol e Nescau, também foram incríveis, trazendo alegria e entretenimento aos nossos dias.

A preocupação da equipe em nos bem atender foi percepcionada em cada detalhe, e isso fez toda a diferença. O serviço no restaurante foi de primeira, com comidas deliciosas que sempre superaram nossas expectativas. A limpeza dos quartos e a manutenção do hotel foram impecáveis, o que nos fez sentir verdadeiramente em casa.

Checkin bom. Sugiro avisar aos parceiros que vista piscina pode ser térreo e não andar acima do térreo. Nas fotos disponíveis o cliente é induzido a acreditar que vista piscina vc terá uma \"vista\". No entanto nos colocaram no térreo. Não tínhamos mobilidade reduzida e nem criança menor de 13 anos. Pedimos para mudar ainda no checkin e não o fizeram. Logo depois chegaram pessoas em quádruplo e foram acomodadas em andar acima do térreo. Assim, quem paga pela \"vista\", é enganado pq nem a piscina vimos direito pq tinha parque aquático infantil e mesas na nossa frente (quarto perto da recepção).

No mais a limpeza muito boa, assim como tamanho do quarto, ar condicionado. O café da manhã e jantar bem variados.

Funcionários muito educados e disponíveis. Ester camareira uma graça de pessoa. Adriana na chapa do café da manhã, fazia exatamente como pedido o omelete tapioca crepioca etc. O mar a frente do hotel é um espetáculo a parte: azul caribenho, sem pedras e mesmo na maré cheia era o banho sem ondas derrubando.

Recreação agradável. Mas não participei bem, pelo que não posso avaliar.

Música ao vivo todas as noites. A exceção dos trio raiz sanfona/triângulo e zabumba, os demais pareciam não ter preparado um repertório.

Certamente voltaria, mas exigiria garantia de ocupar quarto adequado ao pago.

O atendimento foi perfeito desde o momento da reserva. Entrei em contato com a equipe dizendo que iríamos com um bebê pequeno (1 ano) e eles selecionaram um quarto especial para nós, com uma linda vista e berço confortável. A equipe sempre muito simpática e solícita nos fez nos sentir em casa. A estrutura nova, muito boa e limpa. Café da manhã e jantar inclusos muito saborosos e diversificados. Ainda disponibilizam para as crianças o “almoço do chefinho”, um almoço simples e gostoso para o bebê, incluído na reserva. Tinha ainda frutas e leite durante todo o dia (para o bebê), o que facilitou muito nossa vida e nos fez poder descansar sem preocupações. Foi muito bom sentir nosso bebê incluído em tudo. Gostamos muito. Nota 1000.

No geral é bom, restaurante variado, camas confortáveis, oferta de toalhas generosa.

Porém a limpeza da piscina deixou a desejar, queríamos um resort com estrutura para descansar do mar, mas não tivemos coragem de entrar na água. Tem uns cantos que acumulam gordura, protetor, é feio. Considerando ter pouca piscina, faltou atenção nesse quesito.

O checkin atrasou quase 1 hora, não liberavam nosso quarto, mas tivemos que sair no horário, sem oferta de compensação.

Funcionários na maioria simpáticos.

Show pras crianças a noite ótimo, foi do Mágico de Oz.

As fotos enganam, parece ser muito maior do que realmente é. O som do show para adultos quase compete com o infantil, devido aos espaço não tão grande. A hidro é feita no mar pois a piscina não comporta a quantia das pessoas.

Pelo valor, esperava mais da estrutura.

Esse hotel superou todas as nossas expectativas, atendimento excelente todos muito simpaticos e solicitos, na chegada recepção com ar condicionado delicioso e seviram um suco de goiaba maravilhoso; quarto grande e confortável limpeza otima, comida muito gostosa o café da manhã sensacional até Nutella a vontade. E água de cocô. Recreação adulto e infantil a praia então nem da pra dizer outra coisa que não seja perfeita, co. Caiaque e pedalinho para os hospedes usarem já incluso na diária. Fomos em casal e amamos com certeza voltaremos, muito bom ir com família também. Preparados para crianças com copa, sala de jogos, games. Te. Academia e spa para os adultoss se divertirem

O hotel é muito bom. É a terceira vez que nele nos hospedamos. As anteriores foram melhores. O cardápio para o almoço é pequeno, assim como os petiscos e bebidas. Os preços estão muito elevados. Quarto espaçoso, amenites de banho todos muito bons e com reposição diária. Toalhas de banho e piscina de ótima qualidade. Ambientes extremamente limpos.
O café e o jantar inclusos foi um show a parte. Trabalho impecável da equipe, tudo fresquinho e de muito bom gosto. Sucos e chás a vontade. Ahhh .... e as carnes... nem nos melhores al inclusive que fui tinha tanta variedade e qualidade.
A praia de Antunes e a vista do quarto nos deixaram com aquela sensação de paz e gostinho de quero mais😍
Única reclamação é sobre as cervejas que infelizmente não foi do nosso gosto, mas entendo que a maioria das pessoas apreciam.

O hotel nos supreendeu positivamnete. Apartamentos novos e amplos, qualidade do enxoval excelente- varios travesseiros, cobertas, toalhas grandes e macias, amenites de excelente qualidade. Varias toalhas sao deixadas no quarto todos os dias. Estrutura das piscinas excelente, e estrutura de praia fantastica, assim como o acesso a praia que é muito bom. Funcionários extremamente educados, prestativos e cordiais. Fomos abordados varias vezes pra saber se precisavamos algo etc. Academia atende bem o objetivo. Equipe de recreação animada, com varias atividades para os adultos que valem (drinks hehehe).musica ao vivo todos os dias. Quadra de volei e beach tenis disponíveis independente da mare pois ficam na estrutura interna do hotel. O hotel oferece almoco cortesia para criancas ate 4 anos, o que é uma tranquilidade para os pais. Voltaremos com certeza. Teriamos duas sugestões: respeitar os horarios previstos das atividades recreativas planejadas, dispor guardanapos no buffet, pois vatias vezes faltaram nas mesas e demorava a reposição. E um comentario para os viajantes é que os precos de consumo do hotel sao algumas vezes caros, mas em frente no acesso a praia o pessoal vende bebida, cocô etc. Vimos alguns comentários sobre os apartamentoa virados para obra, maa destaco que nao atrapalhou em nada pois a portas da sacada vedam bem e nao escutamos barulho. Além disso estava bem descrito no anuncio as características do local do ap. Tem stand up, caiaque e Aquabique disponíveis

Ótimo hotel, mas com alguns pequenos detalhes

O hotel tem uma ótima infraestrutura. O atendimento é cordial, o quarto é adequado. Alguns pontos que impactaram a experiência foi o uso do restaurante no café da manhã e jantar, pois achei o espaço pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, e o loal ficava frequentemente sujo, necessitando de limpeza das mesas a praticamente cada troca de pessoas. Também a variedade não foi muito grande, mas os pratos foram saborosos. A praia também precisava de mais mesas e guarda-sóis, pois duas vezes ficamos sem opção para uso.

Hotel muito bom. Atendimento rápido na recepção e nas áreas comuns. Área de lazer bem satisfatória tanto pra adultos e crianças. Infelizmente durante nossa estadia houve muita chuva, por isso não conseguimos usufruir de todas as opções de lazer.
As refeições (cafe da manha e jantar) muito boas. Comida bem feita, bastante variedades e saborosa.
O quarto excelente. A cama Queen com roupas de cama muito confortável. Ficamos em um com vista pra piscina. Banheiro com bom tamanho e bem equipado. Ducha perfeita e com agua quente bem rápida.

Excelente hotel, quarto confortável, ótimo atendimento, muito bem localizado com uma bela infraestrutura e um ótimo restaurante! Três pequenos pontos como sugestão que poderiam melhorar a experiência: 1) tomadas ao lado da mesa de trabalho com iluminação, 2) Iluminação de leitura ao lado ou atrás das camas e, 3) travesseiros mais mais macios e menos cheios/altos (pelo menos ter esta alternativa).
