The room is spacious and clean, that makes every morning at Taiwan refreshing.
But what really impresses me is the polite and helpful staff.
Though I stay in the hotel during peak seasons, the staff try to fulfil my request as much as possible.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place, right at train station, near MRT, few block from night market. Neighborhood is okay.
Our reservation said “ Enjoy VIP perks at check-in / 1 Free beverage per person for 2 (once per stay)” but the hotel said they don’t offer it.

Always a great stay. This time was the best. We opted for self check in. A manager came over to help my friend check in. The kiosk prints cards and the receipt. VIP for Expedia guests. We got a 2 hour late checkout. This is my 5+ stay. Starbucks coffee shop inside the hotel. Recommended!

The staff was professional and very helpful. As a foreigner visiting the country, I appreciated the employee's effort to support and accommodate. The facilities were clean and orderly. The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again.

This hotel is located in a good area. There are two different subway lines that are very close by. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms looked like the pictures. Breakfast was varied, and the pool was a great way to deal with the heat. There was also a small playroom for younger children. Generally, this is a good place for families to stay.

Property close to rail transport so that good. Claims to be 100% no smoking but room was obviously stinking of cigarette smoke. Daughter in another room noticed it when she came into my room. Pool users have to wear TWD100 caps! What a crock. Is the pool filter that bad? Hotel full of rude pushing and shoving face diaper wearing mainlanders. Staff helpful and friendly. They don’t publicise the 10% discount at the nearby (100m walk) FamilyMart when you show yr room card. Very dark public areas at lifts.

The location is only 3 mins walk from the Ling Shan Temple Station. It’s also next to the Train Station too.
There are one 7-11 and one Family Mart in the right side of the front door,
There are a small foodcourt inside the Lung Shan Temple Market. The handmade dumplings, tradition Taiwan food and vegetarian food, etc….
The staff are very helpful and friendly when we check in at the kiosk. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very thoughtful. They meet our request and sort out our problem promptly.
The room is spacious and clean. There are shower ( not powerful but it’s ok) and bath tub. There are shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner in the bathroom.
The area is very safe and convenience. It’s only one station to Ximenting station.
I am sure I will come back again.

Conveniently located above Wanhua Station. About 7mins walk to Longshan Temple MRT station. Has 7-11 and Family Mart just around the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel can be very busy with many groups so wait time for the elevators can be long. Otherwise, good place to stay if you enjoy a very local area surrounded by a local environment.

The hotel lobby was elegant and welcoming, but once we reached our floor (23rd), the experience changed. The corridor lighting was extremely dim — not only straining on the eyes but also creating an uneasy feeling, especially when walking alone. The stark contrast in ambiance between the lobby and the corridors was quite surprising.

That said, the room itself was pleasant overall, with a fantastic view facing the Yangmingshan direction — definitely a highlight of our stay.

Reasonable for price charged. Rooms are small. Bathroom design is poor with lack of hangers for clothes. Vanity doubles as walkway - not ideal if sharing room with friends. Beware of mosquitos inside the room during warm days - use insect repellent or mosquito patches inside the room. No bottled water provided - BYO bottle and use water dispenser. Lifts are small and can take a while. 3.5 stars is a more appropriate rating for the property.

Good Location and Amenities, but Room Conditions D

Pros:
1.Central location; convenient access to both MRT and Taiwan Railway stations.
2.A decent-sized swimming pool that met my need for exercise during the trip.

Cons:
1.Our room was a bit run-down. Insufficient ventilation in the toilet caused a mouldy smell. When we first arrived, the toilet area even smelled of urine!
2.Debris remained on the floor after cleaning. There were fleas on our bedding one night.
3.It’s a large hotel serving many tour groups. The lobby was always crowded, and the lifts were very busy and slow during peak hours.
4.We visited during the Easter holidays. The hustle clearly made the staff quite tense, and we encountered a few unhappy ones.

완화역과 붙어있어서 이동이 편했습니다. 조식 메뉴는 단촐하지만 며칠 먹어도 지겨울 정도는 아니었습니다. (오믈렛을 제공하면 더 좋을 듯) 호텔 주변에 구글맵 검색해보면 맛있는 식당들도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다.
침대는 편안했으나 베개가 큰 사이즈로 하나 뿐이어서 불편했습니다. 방 냉장고에 물이 따로 주어지지 않고 각 층마다 정수기가 있는데, 얼음이 있는 층에만 종이컵이 있어서 불편했습니다. 환경을 위한 조치니까 기꺼이 따르긴 했습니다.

A nice hotel

This is a user friendly hotel at reasonable price. I mistakenly reserved two rooms and they agreed to cancel one of them for me at no charge. The reception staff were very helpful and patient to help me out in the process.
