Ok but not a HI expected standars

Ok hotel but not one I'd go back to. The parking even though advertised as free, in fact it is €9 per overnight stay.
Additionally, no restaurant for dinner service was available and we walked into the town centre 15mins to get to nearest place. We use HI multiple times for our stay and this did not meet the usual standards. The rooms are very small for the price one pays.

Hotel looks brand new and everything was wonderful.

Zimmerwechsel nach einer Nacht, da Heizung/Lüftung im bereitgestellten Zimmer nicht funktionierte (Lüftungsproblem wäre im Vorfeld erkennbar/behebbar gewesen). Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur teilweise (u.a. Abfallbehälter nicht geleert); Reinigungsspuren im Bad auf Glas/Spiegel/Türe deutlich erkennbar. Barbetrieb sehr verbesserungswürdig, da Getränke laut Karte u.a. nicht verfügbar waren oder ohne Rücksprache etwas anderes als bestellt eingeschenkt wurde (Wein) oder ein von der Getränkekarte abweichender Preis berechnet wurde.
Im Zimmerpreis enthaltenes Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Personal freundlich. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße am Hotel (jedoch keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeug in der näheren Umgebung)

Prima hotel, netjes en schoon. Het was wel erg warm in de kamer. Het was iets verder van het centrum maar als je de moeite neemt kun je met een half uurtje van het centrum genieten inclusief het kasteel en de vele winkels en straatmuzikanten. Op de terugweg bij een lekker italiaans restaurant gegeten.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage – ideal für Veranstaltungen. Wir waren für ein Konzert hier und die Nähe zum Messegelände sowie die gute öffentliche Anbindung waren perfekt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber und zweckmäßig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, die Gebühr ist fair. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstück – reichhaltig und fein.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Abendkarte im Restaurant könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Businesshotel mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Da wir mit Auto und Fahrrädern hier waren, war die Lage des Hotels optimal: kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, 2.5 km bis zur Innenstadt.
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Was fehlt ist ein Schrank mit Ablageflächen. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir würden wiederkommen

B&B instead of a Hotel.

Hotel is just fine, rooms are really good, bed is great. Shower could be better, not enough pressure on the water. Rooms were clean. The rest is really disappointing as there is no atmosphere at all, the bar is done by the receptionist and really empty. I wasn't even allowed to have a glass of wine at 20.45 as the bar was closed. Haven't seen that ever, and I travel quite a lot. So it should be a B&B instead of a hotel. Paid a regular Hotel rate, got a B&B service.

Très correct pour le prix, propre et récent.
Un peu éloigné de tout et il faut marcher 6 ou 7 mn pour rejoindre la première ligne de tram. Pas de tapis de sol pour la douche ils étaient en rupture mais ils nous ont donné un linge supplémentaire qui a fait affaire. Une fois la banquette dépliée pour le troisième lit on ne bouge plus dans la chambre. Lit d'appoint toutefois confortable. Petit déjeuner diversifié et qualitatif.

An sich ein schönes Hotel in einer guten Lage aber eine Mitarbeiterin beim Empfang hat leider alles kaputt gemacht. Sowas habe ich bei keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Die Frau Dar.... braucht dringend eine Schulung. Sie schmeißte mir die Zimmerkarte auf den Tisch und sagte Zimmer 4.. , das wars. Ich glaube die Zimmerkarte sollte man dem Gast in die Hand geben und eventuell den Stock erwähnen. Kein Auskunft über das Frühstück. Entweder ein schlechten Tag oder keine Lust auf den Job. Ich muss aber erwähnen das der Manger am nächsten Tag sehr zuvorkommend und nett war. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
