Our stay was satisfactory. Several room problems which were as follows: floor lamp that developed a short and quit working, too little light available (one bulb in floor lamp built to use 3 or 4 bulbs); TV unit faulty with wide white line blocking out part of screen; back falling off wardrobe; one broken leg on one of the single beds but it seemed stable enough and did not cause a comfort problem; slightly inconvenient having main desk for check-in/out a few doors up the street from the actual hotel rooms.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir waren mit Fahrrad angereist und konnten es in einem Raum in der Tiefgarage abstellen und dann mit dem Gepäck mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt auf die Hoteletage fahren. Auch das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend

Die Hotel Buchung hat problemlos geklappt. Das Hotel ist zentral in KA und gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Psrkpläze. Die Ausstatung und möbilierung ist Stielvoll und Modern. Das Frühstück ist sehr übrig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es weiter empfehlen auch wegen dem günstigen Preis.

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht in KA: Die Lage des Hotels erwies sich als optimal für unsere Unternehmungen, weil sowohl Schloss als auch Zoo oder Hauptbahnhof in max. 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind; außerdem ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir erwischten zwei Hitzetage mit einer entsprechend aufgeheizten Nacht dazwischen. Eine Klimaanlage hätte unserem Zimmer daher gut getan... \"Entschädigt\" wurden wir mit einem überaus reichhaltigen und schmackhaften Frühstücksbuffet. Parken in der Tiefgarage war für uns eine optimale Option (kostete 12€ bei 30h Parkdauer). Mit dem Personal haben wir wenige, aber nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht!

Nicht zum empfehlen
Ich bin mit meinen Kindern nachts angekommen für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp um am nächsten Tag weiter nach Frankreich zu fahren. Gebucht hatte ich für 3 Personen ein Familienzimmer. Bekommen habe ich ein Doppelzimmer. Ok gut nachts um 23 Uhr mit zwei fertigen Kindern haben wir zu 3 im Doppelbett geschlafen. Ein drittes Bettzeug wollte man mir dann auch erst nicht geben. Irgendwie hat es dann doch geklappt. Der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer war „runtergekommen“ Der Teppich fleckig genauso wie die Vorhänge. Das Zimmer hat nach abgestandenen Rauch gerochen. Im Bad lagen Haare am Boden. Ich bin echt nicht pingelig aber nochmal nein danke. Vielleicht hätten wir einfach nur Pech mit dem Zimmer.

Ich habe ein Zimmer über Hotels.com bestellt und sofort mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Am nächsten Tage beim Check-Out wurde ich aufgefordert für das Zimmer das Geld zu bezahlen.
In dem Moment habe ich vergessen, dass es bereits bezahlt wurde und habe wieder bar bezahlt.
Normalerweise müsste doch an der Rezeption daran denken, nicht ich. Habe bezahlt und nachdem ich bemerkt habe, doppelt zu bezahlen wollte die Zahlung zurück erstattet haben. Bis heute habe ich das Geld nicht erstattet bekommen.
Am nächsten Tage beim Check-Out wurde ich aufgefordert für das Zimmer das Geld zu bezahlen.
In dem Moment habe ich vergessen, dass es bereits bezahlt wurde und habe wieder bar bezahlt.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen. Das Bild auf der Webseite spiegelt anscheinend nur ein Zimmer dar.
Neben Flecken auf dem alten Teppichboden und unappetitlichen Flecken / Schäden am Bettkasten, war auch das Bettzeug sehr unappetitlich.
In dieser ehemaligen Wohnung wurde nur die Küche entfernt, ohne den Boden umzubauen. Auch der sehr große Fernsehr funktionierte nicht.
Im Bad gab es keine Steckdose, was aber wegen des im Sicherungskasten fehlenden Fehlerstromschalter vermutlich besser so ist.
Wer mit PayPal gezahlt hat, sollte beim Auschecken am besten die Bestätigung zur Hand, da es anscheinend Softwareprobleme gibt.
Die Tür ist nur durch die Türfalle gesichert, somit kann die Tür auch ohne die Passende Karte in Sekunden geöffnet werden. Die Türfalle ist eine Standardausführung.

Erhielten alle 8 Personen ein upgrade ins 3 sterne hotel der selben kette an der gleichen strasse zum preis vom 1 stern hotel da sie gerade eine wasserschaden hatten. Frühstück erhielten wir geschenkt, als entschädigung. Wirklich sehr nettes und hilfbereites personal.

Das Serviceteam war super, sind auf meine Wünsche, eine Badewanne im Bad zu haben, eingegangen und dazu noch das DZ war im Innenhof gelegen und schön groß...nur noch ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig bzw war noch nicht ganz fertig.
War also viel Platz mit Kinderwagen.
Das große Bett war weich und man konnte gut schlafen darauf.
Das Bad war neu renoviert und modernisiert...sah schön aus.

Betten bezogen, Hand & Duschtücher bereitgelegt,ich bin voll zufrieden. Check in sehr unkompliziert, Checkout auch. Zimmer kann ab 14.00 bezogen werden und muss erst um 12.00 Uhr abgegeben werden. Frühstück toll.
Sauberkeit im Bad war bei Ankunft nicht megaaa... aber bei all den Vorzügen und dem Preis bin ich da nicht so streng.

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Das eine Zimmer wurde trotz dass es sich in Renovierung befand vermietet. Keine Badezimmertüre, kein Heizkörper im Bad, Klebeband an den Sockelleisten, lose Kabel!
Eine Tür, welche in einen Abstellkammer führte war unverschlossen vorhanden.
