I didn't try the kitchen and didn't see anybody who did. I came by public transport, don't know anything about parking. There was no breakfast in the hostel, but turning links on the street led to a \"coffee wagon\", open about 8 am, and across the street there was a bakery, open from 6:30. I didn't like that it was impossible to leave the luggage in the hostel after checkout. Being Christmas day, they were closing early. Apart of that, the staff was friendly.

Nice enough hostel in the centre of a quiet city. A little difficult to find and kitchen areas a bit small, but bedrooms are well sized and bunk beds surprisingly comfortable

Had its ups and downs

Check in was no problem. The bed frame of my bottom bunk unfortunately broke on my first night. But housekeeping was able to fix it by the next morning. The bathrooms and showers were shared down the hall, but there wasn’t any stools in the showers to place a bag down on them without more door hooks. My only complaint is that housekeeping brought their little daughter to work with them every day, running down the halls. So if you’re trying to mind your business, brushing your teeth in the communal bathroom, she might just barge in and it would be bothersome. So be warned if you’re a late riser like myself.

Good for 1 night in the city center.
Be prepared to some noise from the street, because windows are open due to warm weather. I suggest to have sleeping mask and earplugs.
Beds and sheets are clean, the comfort is average. Handy locked box under the bed to store the bag etc.
Chairs from the old Tatra T3 tram are nice.
Nice and positive staff.
Bar entrance just next door.

There is no promised free parking

The big problem was the false advertising of free parking included. There's no free parking, and public parking nearby is very expensive (€45/24h).
Shower is badly designed, the corner behind the bath tub has a lot of black mold, and lots of shower water overflow getting the whole bathroom wet.
The bed was awful, the slats of the double bed on the loft are not attached, when they move a bit you fall to the floor with the mattress (happened twice to me, once to my wife). The apartment was pretty dirty.

The mold can be cleaned, the dust vacuumed, the bed fixed. The price is low, do maybe these things can be expected. By the false advertising of free parking is just criminal.

We had this great little apartment in a room with such a high ceiling, there was a loft which made it essentially a duplex apartment. The building has an elevator, and there were no other residences on our floor. The bathroom had a giant bathtub in it. Only downside, the bed was not the most comfortable, but i would definitely stay there again.

Hostel 11l peddling false information

Their Hotels.com web page advised that there was limited parking on site. This was a prime reason I booked there. Yet, when I ask for confirmation that a space had been reserved for me, I was told that there never was any parking. My response email was ignored. On arrival I was told that the Mgr was yet to update the web page ie they are deliberately peddling FALSE information to lure Customers and then ENTRAP them (as there is a no refund policy). This is ILLEGAL, rude, dysfunctional and zero Customer Service. DON NOT STAY HERE. They are THIEVES!

I got a private room with shared bathroom, there is a medium round window from the floor that kinda bothered me..for privacy, but it might bother other for having no way to keep the room dar during day time. The matress is the worst part, very thin, you can feel every bed slat. You will for sure hurt your hips, shoulder or back.
Everything was clean, shower and restroom were fine as well. Big kitchen and WiFi was ok.

It's pretty run-down and shabby. Fine for a place to crash for the night, but don't expect any atmosphere or much comfort. Feels like it could use a major face-lift. Pluses are that it is cheap and in a great location within the city.

A bit dirty place though in the very central area

We booked an apartment for two for one night.

Well. The location and view from the room are great, really. Close to everything, in the very city centre.

But the apartment itself.. Lift did not work, which is ok, this can happen, though the apartment is in 4th floor. It needs refurbishment, definitely. But what was most disgusting, the first \"floor\" of the apartment where beds are located, has not been cleaning for weeks. For sure. Hair, dust, I even had to visit the near Tesco to buy a rag to clean this myself.

Similar with bathroom. Hair everywhere, not one or two but many of them.

Everything would be acceptable but not the dirt, no matter that the place was for a good price (900 CZK for the apartment and one night).

Depends on what you can put up with...

Checkin was easy, privacy curtain is always a plus and there were multiple facilities, BUT the mattress was very old and worn out and every movement was noisy, the pillow very thin, you and you didn’t even get a hand towel. By day 3 of my nearly weeklong stay, two of the four toilets had run out of paper and were not replaced before i left-even after telling someone about it (my english is no good, sorry)...how does one properly clean a bathroom and not notice the lack of TP? Also, while there were a few options for pots, there was only one small pan that was nonstick, but no utensils so everyone was scraping their food out with a fork, and the scrubby in the kitchen was practically falling apart when i arrived and was never changed...as well as the kitchen towel which was simply draped over the microwave each morning to dry but not actually changed out and it was used to wipe up the counter from spills constantly. And yes, the noise from outside (people hang out in front of the door to the club and bar on the ground level) will keep you up, especially on the weekend. But it’s cheap and right in the center, so choose your battles.

good if you need a cheap place to stay

it was okay for a cheap place to stay, but it was quite loud. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, as well as hearing the drunk people outside as if they were just outside the window. Very little there to dampen the sound, and it wasn't even a weekend.

The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Since it was my first time in Europe, my travel and transportation planning didn’t go well. I got off the bus very late, and it was cold.

☆格安料金で、ペントハウスの素敵なお部屋に宿泊！

①ブルノには、ウイーンからフリックスバスで到着しました。バスセンターは駅の近く、グランドホテル前にあり、ちょっとした待合室や飲み物・パンなどの自販機もあり、便利でした。②宿は、駅から歩いて７，８分なのですが、道が入り組んで少し分かりずらかったです。私達は、旧市役所横のi（案内所）で道を聞き「ここから２分」と言われましたが、その２分がよく分からず難儀しました。（結局たまたま居合わせた親切な日本人の方達に連れて行って貰いましたが、分かってみれば簡単でした）→駅から真っ直ぐのトラムの通る道を４，５分歩きます。そうすると、右手にザリガニの飾りのある薬局、左手（中２階）にスーパーのある交差点に来ます。そこを左折。正面にはショッピングビルがありますので（ここの1階にもスーパー有り）、そのビルの正面右手に沿って、少し坂を登った左側にあります。（丁度、隣のお店がリフォーム中で足場を組んでいた為、宿の入口が見えにくくなっていた事に、後で気が付きました）③私達はバス・トイレ付のツインのお部屋を予約していましたが、それは想像していた以上でした。広く、キレイで、素敵なペントハウス（４階）で、広いリビング、キッチン、バスルームの他に、ロフトにベットルームもあり、とても快適な宿泊が出来ました。ホステルでしたので、そんなに期待していませんでしたが、格安料金でこんな素敵なお部屋に泊まれて、良い思い出が出来ました。⑤フロントの若い女性も、とても親切でした。（４年程前にチェコに来た時の、残りのお金を持参していたのですが、「それは今は使えない」との話を丁寧に説明してくれ、更にそれを新しい紙幣と交換出来る銀行まで紹介して頂き、本当に助かりました。有難う、ございました。）

Opholdet var godt, bortset fra toiletdøre serbiske kunne låses. Sengene var desuden meget hårde, og tremmerne skiltes fra hinanden, så man faldt igennem sengen. Desuden valgte nogle unge at holde fest på 1 af værelserne, hvilket var til gene.

Na přespání stačí

Recepce příjemná, avšak vzhled pokojů a vybavení spíše podprůměrné. Čistota byla i ve společných prostorech (koupelna, wc). Spousta věcí je však takových ošuntělých, odřených, starších... Výhodou je určitě umístění v centru (nevýhodou pak hluk z okolí). Nefunguje výtah, v pokoji 24 byla špatná klika, stěží jsem se zamkla. Hodnocení nad 7 mi v tomto případě přijde příliš, proto dávám nižší.

Kupte si nějaký čistič na matrace, prosím

Hostel jsem si zvolila na jednodenní přespání s kamarádkou. Recepční byla na nás po příchodu trochu nepříjemná, ale brala jsem, že každý občas nemusí mít pozitivní náladu. Pokoj na první pohled vypadal docela čistě, až na skvrnky na stěnách, ale když jsem odhrnula peřinu, kamarádka si všimla, že přes tenké prostěradlo něco prosvítá. Po sundání prostěradla jsme zůstaly otřeseny. Nepočítám s tím, že úroveň za tuto cenu bude perfektní (odpustila bych, že postel neměla připevněné rošty, nábytek nic moc), ale vždy doufám alespoň v čistotu. Mám vícero zkušeností s levným ubytováním, ale matraci v takovém stavu jsem nikde ještě neviděla. K mému překvapení ani z druhé strany čistá nebyla. Každopádně umístění v rámci města dobré. Společné prostory čisté byly.

Levné ubytování v centru Brna

Ubytování v samém centru Brna za rozumnou cenu. Na přespání na jednu noc plně postačující, na dlouhodobější pobyt bych asi volil něco více komfortnějšího. Postel tvrdší a taktéž by nebyl od věci nějaký malý odkládací stolek či polička u postele, kde by si host přes noc odložil a nabil mobil. Jinak čistota OK, personál na recepci velmi přátelský, Wi-Fi po celou dobu stabilní a funkční. Jak jsem již uvedl, na přespání 1-2 noci určitě dobrá volba.
