The hotel is ideally situated to easily access the old town and tourist attractions of Brno.

The rooms are quite small and basic, think Holiday Inn Express or Hampton by Hilton. The bathroom was especially small with no door to the shower so resulted in flooded bathroom floor everytime a shower was had. Room had a mini bar, safe, and climate control. The climate control was useless the minimum temperature setting was 20° way to warm for a comfortable sleep. I turned it off and opened the window to cool the room. Unfortunately being right by the town, church bells chime every 15 mins and theres a lot of noise from people and vehicles. So leaving the window open at night isnt great! The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff very nice and welcoming. I had breakfast included and the breakfast buffet was extremely good, large selection and nicely displayed. Sadly at the hot food counter making poached eggs was not available.

The room was very clean, hotel and breakfast were excellent. The only few things was the shower floor was very slippery which can be a hazard and the TV was block to connect to iPhones only available for Androids, to connect you have to rent a HDMI cable from reception but they only have adapter for C ports not for older iPhone devices which was very disappointing; specially as the hotel is used a lot for business trips.

Overall this is a nice hotel with a good location and good breakfast. There were two things that bugged me a bit, however. There was nowhere close to the bed to plug in a phone or even an outlet to plug in a charger. The closest outlet was across the room near the TV (this was in the premier suite). The other thing was that even though the room has a sofa bed, we had to pay an extra €20 to use it. We already paid for a bigger, more expensive room, so this feels a bit like \"nickel and dining\".

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. My room was spotless, modern, and bigger than expected. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and everything felt well cared for. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Brno.

Included breakfast was extensive which only a 4+ star hotel like International can offer. Location ideal and edge of city center so quiet but very walkable. Rooms were large. We were on the 10th floor in an executive suite. Tons of room. Bed was super comfortable. We had an issue the 1st night with a faulty A/C but moved to the room next store for the rest of our stay.

Breakfast had tons of options and was nice a beautiful restaurant.

There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance and the main train station was a 12 minute walk away.

The only issue is the parking. The hotel has limited spots in its own lot. You have to enter and exit with a ticket. Two of the three times we tried to exit, the ticket validation from the hotel did not work and we had to call the hotel for help. A minor issue but it would seem easy to fix by the hotel.

This was our first trip to Brno so i cannot compare this hotel to others in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a lovely week at this property.

It’s a family friendly environment. The complimentary breakfast offered went beyond my expectations.

700m from the train station, makes it walkable if your have a carry-on or a short Uber ride.

Even during high season, it is a bang for your buck place.

Right from the moment you enter the lobby you can tell it’s a high end hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, lots of plugs and mirrors. We had a bonus bathroom and balcony that we were not expecting. Nice touches on nespresso coffee and large bath sheets. Breakfast was phenomenal with tons of choices and even offered an outside patio. Best of all, right across the street from the castle. Close to all sights in old part of Brno and the train station. Wished we could stay longer!

Hotel location is fantastic with access to the Square and all the local attractions, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

The hotel was very dog friendly and didn't even blink at our Vlcak. Its located across the street from the castle, which made walking the dog a pleasure. Everyone was super friendly. I'd say that the food at the restaurant across from the lobby was not worth the prices they charge though. But, the breakfasts were amazing.

The location of the hotel is very central and easily accessible and well connected.
The rooms were nicely sized, clean and comfy.
The staff was friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.
The breakfast buffet was great, there's an egg station where they prepare your eggs how you want them, and all other options were of a nice variety and good quality.

Very central location, yet quiet. Under the hill of Spilberg castle.
Standard room and lovely surprisingly wide range of choices breakfast including hash browns ❤️ and a freshly cooked omelette. Also the breakfast area is in a large space with floor to ceiling windows, so well lit etc, really liked that part of the hotel. Oh and vegan corner during a breakfast - nice touch, GF would loved that if she was with us. I'd certainly be back, really good value.

Great hotel in Brno

The stay at this hotel was amazing, great location, great room and for us the best part was the staff at breakfast who made our daughter’s first holiday extra special with a special shout out to the breakfast chef who made teddy bears made out of fruit (which was the hi-light for her every day)

Stayed here for 3 nights in January.

The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town; walkable to most of the key sights.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The lobby and bar area in the hotel was great and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Reception staff were also very pleasant apart from one who seemed to work the evening shift - she was unwelcoming and unfriendly.

The airport is about 15-20 minutes away (Brno-Tuřany).

Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel

A beautiful hotel, has had many prominent guests staying there. Very large and in the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with an excellent selection of food

11 nights. Room was good. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Had one dinner meal and food was nice. Breakfast has varied choice. Good service.
The lady doing the fresh eggs/ omelettes gives off the impression she hates people! Doesn’t acknowledge your arrival to order, then just looks up as if to say” what?!”, you order and she thrusts you a table number! I always made a point of my please and thank you very loudly but from her, nothing but dirty looks! This was in no way how the other staff where, they were very polite and professional!
