We were there for a tournament, and I will assume the property charges premium on those days. We paid a 3 star hotel price and received road side motel accommodations. Room was dark with windows facing inside of warehouse, (remember to ask in advance for parking lot facing windows if ever booking this place). The room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals, bed sheets are old and unclean. Beds and pillows feels like they are way way past their retirement age. Aside from the convenience of it being inside the sports complex there is nothing about this place that would make anyone want to stay there.

The best thing about it is that it is located inside the facility where we went to compete in volleyball. It allows you to rest in the room between matches, which makes everything very convenient. The breakfast is good and costs about $15, and the restaurant also offers healthy options for meals.

The staff was wonderful and the check-in and check-out was quick and painless. Unbeknownst to us, there was an event that involved a DJ/karaoke right outside of our window and it was LOUD until 10pm...which is reasonable, but still a bit late for my child who had to be up and ready to go super early. Parking is ALWAYS a mess! The room was clean and orderly, however had soap for the sink was not there and we had to utilize body wash from the shower supplies for both a shower and washing hands...minor issue, but if you want to compare to the big dog hotels, it's in the details like that. Suggestion......a simple sound machine for rooms on the inside. The parking lot side is probably a lot quieter. If you have an event or tournament at Spooky Nook, the convenience is spot on and the restaurant is great!

We were there for a tournament on site. Hotel was clean, plenty of towels in the room, nice breakfast buffet (and not that expensive). When we checked in the person at the front desk had stepped away for a minute and someone came by to let us know he would be right back. We did not try the dinner, but I hear it is good.

Signs of wear and tear, fridge didn’t get very cold and the knob to adjust it was missing; would have liked a microwave in the room as the one in the common area was not in full working order. The beds were like laying on bricks and I woke up with migraines each morning. Thankfully I brought my own pillow because the ones provided were lumpy and flat. For the price, I expected better. During tournaments, you’re paying for the convenience. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean so that was a plus.

This was a large room in tired condition. The shower was great. There was a restaurant but it was closed when we got there. This hotel is not close to restaurants or shopping areas. You must drive through a maze to get into the hotel parking lot. This hotel primarily serves the indoor sports center in the building with it.

We stayed here twice in one week. We stayed during the week for a day before we transitioned to an Air bnb. Very quiet. We came back for the weekend for a tournament at the Spooky Nook. It’s so convenient and with all the people I was impressed the noise level was minimal. Restaurant was convenient for both dinner and breakfast but a bit spendy for a fancy continental breakfast. They do have complementary coffee. The wall paper is peeling off walls but I imagine it’s due to humidity because the building is in pretty good shape. I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to battle the parking issue for the tournament. The price of the rooms were reasonable.

Can’t beat the convenience when you’re staying for a sporting event weekend. Rooms are humid if you don’t turn on the air. Noisy bc you’re right above the corridor where many teams meet and talk. Hotel does not offer late checkout and have zero interest in accommodating your needs.

I would not stay at this property. I paid for my hotel on Expedia and the hotel charged me too. When I checked in the clerk tried to charge me then and I told him no I already paid on Expedia. I find out days later I was charged and I did not authorize that charge on my card. They don't like to answer the phone either. I have called multiple times and it is hard to get a live person on the phone. I told them about that charge and I was never sent a receipt for the reimbursement or my money. The parking lot was pitch black too. The refrigerators don't work and I was given a pair of needle nose pliers to fix the frig. I had random hairs on my sheets. Rude staff and the managers are lazy and don't take accountability. I will not dispute this with my bank I will go to the courthouse.

Everything was great! We loved the feeling and decor. Our only recommendations would be to add a pool, a sitting area outside to enjoy and a little more in the breakfast area. We will book only here when we are in the area.

Being connected to the sports complex is amazing. They had a large group of contractors staying when we were there, and the contractors were using the hotel as a hub, so they were walking around all night. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but hard to sleep. Putting us on the higher floor would have helped, but I suspect the team was overwhelmed by the arrivals.
