Everything about the property was excellent. Buuuuttttt be prepared based on your room location and venue taking place. You may be subject to weddings and galas where the music or event makes noise levels very loud in your room.

Called front desk several times and no answer. HVAC was pretty bad. Called about this and we tried to tweak it so it was more comfortable but we gave up. Room seemed older and not very clean when we first arrived. Will probably stay at a newer hotel next time.

We stayed one night after visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre. Having stayed at Eden years ago, I expected to have a nice stay and they didn't disappoint. The property is very nice property, the rooms were clean, and my mother enjoyed her evening meal at the Bistro.

This was a great hotel to stay at with a family that has small children. The restaurants are right on the premises and the food was delicious.
There are tons of amenities. We traveled with my 20 month old grandbaby and she had a great time. The indoor pool was really great in the outdoor playground had a lot of different choices. We would definitely go back in the warmer weather when the outdoor water area was open.

The resort has a nice indoor pool and outdoor pool area though we didn't get to enjoy them. While I think the resort is family friendly with multi-room suites, the suite was smaller than I expected. The property needs updating in general, but be aware that these rooms are not well soundproofed and you can hear people in the hallway loudly. you could hear others talking in the room when you are walking the hallway or from your room which was a surprise for us.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, nice staff, but if you plan to get rest ask for a room not facing the Courtyard. We were there for our daughter’s State meet for gymnastics, so we had to get up early. Unfortunately, there was a wedding in the courtyard. The wedding was over by 10:00 p.m. but the staff continued moving tables and chairs until after 11:00. Lots of noise! The same thing happened the next day after a banquet they were holding. So, beautiful hotel but we’re tired. I texted the number we were given to text, but no response. For how expensive the hotel was, I thought we would get better rest.

We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a large pool—though the water could be a little warmer. Outside the hotel, there’s an area for kids and adults that’s very relaxing and beautiful.
The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious.
Delicious breakfast with plenty of options; the food at the Bistro was delicious.
We’ll definitely be back.

I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty embarrassing). I thought there would be a gift shop or something but nothing. It's not a resort by definition, it's a nice hotel with a pool. Lots of conferences and events for professionals. I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation.

Nice local getaway for my family and I. Pool side 1st floor entrance was amazing. Kids had a good time for an affordable rate. Breakfast was amazing as well. Planning to book the next stay with my wife and I in the suite.

We really liked this resort. The facilities are great for families. Our only issues were that the. Breakfast spot doesn’t open til 7:00 and the surfaces in our room like sinks and floors seemed like they were just not scrub clean. I could visibly see the soap scum caked in the sink basins. Others than that the place was pretty good.

Check in was an hour late. We were allowed to check out an hour late but I wasn't really planning on staying there all morning.

The indoor pool is nice but way too small for the amount of people that stay there.

There was a double charge on my bank account for my stay that took days to resolve.

The TV wasn't working right. Once that was fixed the GoogleCast wouldn't work. The wifi kept connecting & disconnecting.

Decor throughout the whole hotel is mute and bland.

2 room suite is perfect for families. 3 beds for our family of 5 was great. Don’t often see that arrangement and loved it. Plenty of space.
Indoor pool was good and gym was clean. Spent sometime in the sauna and that was appreciated too. Would stay here again.

The Eden is a marvelous hotel to stay in during your visit to Lancaster. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is very hospitable and speak to you kindly when you pass them in the hallways. The pools, outside area, exercise room and restaurants are impeccable. We stay here with our kids and grandkids at least once a year.

I had a great stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and I really appreciated the layout, the double sink being separate from the shower made getting ready much easier. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

The parking lot was great, the neighborhood itself was excellent, safe, pleasant, and perfect for walking around.

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back.

The pool is beautiful, clean and stocked with towels. The gym has a sauna that we enjoyed, and again, the area was very clean.
The beds were great! Lots of soft pillows. The rooms are spacious and include a small fridge, microwave, and closet with iron and hangers.
The shower had great water pressure and temperature.
The front desk was efficient and kind.
We enjoyed some small appetizers from Bistro 2two2 and it was delicious and the food was competitively priced, not cheap, but not overpriced.
The locally sourced coffee that they serve was also a bonus

This was a poor selection. The point of the stay was to enjoy the pool and the water was murky and brown looking. As if the filter needs changing. Smh. The room smelled musty when entered , I had to run the ac all night in order to help with the moldy smell. Then to top it off you pay top dollar for the stay and the breakfast isn’t even complimentary . Will not be returning or recommending . Sorry

Unsure if this is for the future occupants.
1.I didn't understand that the view was an inside garden, it was beautiful, but no garden view and sunlight
2. I have enjoyed my stay and even attempted to stay extra 3 days with ,at least similiar rate, even if meant downsizing. Rooms were clearly available, there should have been some reasonable price to stay longer. Monies were spent elsewhere as a result. I also would have agreed to a later recheck in time, if needed.

Seeking a coupon/discount , if issued , to return later this year.

Clean room. The space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids and overlooked the event area. Quiet hours started at 10, which was nice. The AC was a little loud, but not a big issue. My kids loved the pool, and the staff were very friendly. Great location. Parking can be a little difficult when there’s an event going on. Check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very large resort. Room was decent size but bathroom was on smaller side for 4 star hotel. Lady at front desk said shed show us our room and proceeded by making a pen mark on map. Last 4 star walked us to the room. We had to ask best place to park for our room, wasnt told to us. Drove around the building to see construction on half the parking lot. When we left during the day couldnt find parking spot near our entrance. Wasnt a bad place but for the four star rating and price, there wasnt much help to us at all. Think staff could have more interaction with guests making them feel like they were at abgreat resort

I expected more from this property. It was just okay all around. The in room amenities were okay, but a little cheap with the coffee, which we had to ask for each day, and 1 tiny lotion for five of us. We kept having to ask. Housekeeping was so so as well. Did not actually change the pillowcases/sheets or sweep/vacuum, dust. The best part was the indoor pool.

We stayed in the room overlooking the courtyard, the woman that checked us in had a great disposition and was very friendly but what cemented my loyalty to this particular hotel was they didn't charge me in early check-in fee that went a long way in regards to my loyalty to certain hotels. I travel quite a lot to Lancaster this will be my forever home July retire from my job! To all the staff thank you for making me feel at home we'll see you soon.

The room was fantastic, clean, and the beds were comfortable! We had a great time, and our daughter had a blast. We felt comfortable and safe allowing our daughter to hang out in the dining room (where the waterfall was) and talk with her friends. We even loved the small store in the hotel, and the bar was great with great service and food! We would definitely stay here again!

Some of the stuff in the hostess chicken in the restaurant were rude and one of the waiters seemed OK and then was not paying attention to our table even after we erased our hands many times to get the check so he turned out to be rude as well and suggested that the pizza was a good option to go with and it was absolutely horrible tasting!! We usually love staying here, but this time was not so good. There were also people in the pool area that were completely rowdy and out of control and staff did nothing about it.! Things could’ve definitely been a lot better on a few other ends! Hopefully next time will be better!!!

The room was great, check in easy, Pool overcrowded...
But the noise and staff absolute lack of concern took a 4.5 star review to a ZERO star. The room above us was hosting an amuetur WWE match... The children were constantly going off the high rope... As a parent I am understanding but 10PM should start calming things down to be respectful. At 10:45 we recorded the ceiling shaking and called the front desk. They said they would take care of it... but instead it just grew louder... I think the adults joined in... It continued until 1 AM... We had to leave by 6:00 so waking up at 5:30 after that night was challenging. In over 100 plus hotel stays, this was the loudest and the only time no concessions were offered or a room change... simply I hope your day goes better than your night....

My problem wasn’t with the hotel but with Expedia. My wife broke her ankle just before we left for the hotel. Per the cancellation policy I could only get a full cancellation two days before check-in. After that I would be charged for one night. When I went online to cancel ( just before 1 pm) I was not given the option to cancel because it was checking time at the hotel - check-in time was not until 4 pm. I should only be charged for one night but Very difficult to get actual help from Expedia. The online help just links me to the cancellation policy and no further. HELP!!!!

The resort itself was beautiful. As a family of 5 we really enjoyed them suite, we comfortably fit and did not feel crowded at all. The pool area is beautiful, though a bit chilly. Our only complaint is the food. The bistro unfortunately overcooked our burger and chicken, and messed up our pizza order (0 for 3). The morning breakfast buffet had lots of options, but the egg options were all overcooked and inedible. Our kids would to only eating cereal- and for $10+ per kid that's frustrating. The A La Carte breakfast would hopefully be a better option.

I stayed in the villas and it was nice. My only complaint is that they allow animals and my room was covered in pet hair and dander. My son has allergies and it made him miserable. Staff should really do a better job of cleaning the carpets! Carpets were saturated with pet hair! Clothes and socks were covered in it.

Beautiful property, pool & spa were fun. Would have loved more holiday decorations around though.
