The staff at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. Sufficient parking. There was no breakfast included or offered in our stay. No housekeeping service came to pick up trash during our stay. The place is very large, and it is run down. Amenities are not clearly marked. There are \"dings\" in the walls along the hallways. Woodwork needs replacing. Our room had goughes in the wall, bureau furniture was scarred, bathroom shower curtain has many pulls in it, and more goughes in the entry and bathroom doors. The inside pool advertised had many issues - no safe ladders for entry or leaving the pool. No handicapped access. The water had a very noticable odor to it. It was not cleaned nor was it scimmed for bugs and/or hair. Mold was very visible on the ceiling and the on tile floor outside of the gym area. The top of the pool base had broken concrete ( jagged!) along with cracks and holes where there may have been a rope to separate the deep end from the shallower end. The outside pool \"hot tub\" was cold, not heated. This hotel has multiple issues and the owner and manager are not maintaining the building. My husband and I will not be returning and cannot in good conscience recommend anyone staying at this Wyndham hotel.

room was dirty and dusty fridge was not working we never received room service had to get toilet paper and towels my self. the pictures on the website look amazing but is nothing but false advertising. staff was notify and no one cared or did anything about it. my children couldn't sleep with stuffy nose from the dust and dirt in the room and carpet. I checked out early due too their health. I still have not received credit for it.

Property seemed deserted after the weekend. House keeping only came 2 times during our 5 night stay with NO notice that they weren’t coming. We had to ask for the second “room refresh”. Nice room just creepy feeling being deserted.

Hotel was clean , staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the pool. The one complaint I do have is that by the pool the towels that are given are very small and cannot cover your entire body. We had to grab multiple just for one person. Other than that the hotel was gorgeous, room was clean and spacious. Definitely would stay here again, not sure why there is so many negative reviews.

place was absolutely disgusting and the uncleanliness was unbelievable. the pool had tons of trash outside near it. there were tools laying around the pool such as a shovel, nails, hammers, etc. (total saftey concern especially with young kids) we even said something about it and the response was they’re remodeling!! not to mention they weren’t blocked off anyone could’ve went up to them and picked them up. the arcade room and kids play room were so hot, when i addressed that the response was there was no ac for them rooms. the arcade room had maybe two games actually plugged in to use. when you walk in and head up elevators it smells strong of mold. we’ve been here two times before like 2 years ago and i just read they went into new ownership and now this hotel is complete crap. DONT BE FULLED BY PICTURES. this place is nasty and NOT SAFE for young children. wish i would’ve got some pictures of the filth but we didn’t even stay a night!

The hotel was large, in a good location - walking distance to the outlets and nearby to all types of restaurants. About 20 minutes away from Spooky Nook, which was the reason for our trip there. The breakfast is not worth it for the extra $15 per day/person. There's a Starbucks on site and a larger one down the road. The laundry service is my only complaint - there's only ONE washing machine and ONE dryer per wing of the hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is a good place to stay.

Upon check in, our room was dirty with bed not made, dirty wash cloth in bathroom, floor dirty etc etc. We checked in at 6pm which is 2 hours after we were supposed to check in. It took multiple calls revisit to the front desk before a manager spoke to me and came up to see the condition of the room. The room was finally cleaned and we checked in around 9pm where it was cleaned.

There was a wedding and a dance party or contest going on in the convention center, so there was 100 kids running around couldn’t really enjoy the pool or the lobby for a quiet time. It was a madhouse. It’s good to bring your kids, but it’s not good to get away and relax.

We were there for a dance competition. Room could’ve been cleaner (there was leftover popcorn on the floor from the person before me and there were some ants crawling around the bathroom and desk area) and the men’s restrooms in the common areas don’t have baby changing tables so that’s annoying. It’s 2026 - dads change diapers too.

The only issue was the breakfast \"buffet\" it cost 3 of us $50.00+ , note 1 adult and 2 children (9&10) thought was crazy high as these 2 girls barely eat a large breakfast. Also the evening for dinner was great for us but the convience store no one was there and we waited 10 minutes until our nice waitress stated she could include our drinks on our dinner meal. I enjoy this hotel as I usually stay there but was disappointed with a few things

No microwaves in room. No early check in with out a fee. Bathrooms were disgusting. The patios around the pool need painted /uodated. The fire pits should be available during fall & spring. The outside pool is green during the off season. The playground outside & inside for the kids was nice. The gym was nice. The indoor pool is nice but not for families. All the kids were segregated on the shallow end & there was no room for any adults to get in & have their own space unless you wanted to swim in the deep end. They asked people to leave their lobby if they came in with outside food yet had no “real” food on the inside. Maybe some hot dogs but nothing I’d eat. It was just rude to ask people to leave when we were all there for a cheer competion and they increased the fee per night to $250 from like $100 so some people spent over $500 to stay there with no microwave in the room & then they wanted like $25 a person for breakfast. You have to be kidding me. There’s a hotel right next door, if you’re going to the park I’d suggest looking into that one. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfy & I think the summer time view of the pool & access to a hot tub & microwave & a good breakfast to start my day would have made my stay alot better for the price increase.

The place is a maze of dark hallways and poor signage. No guidance on parking so we drove around to the side of the building that we thought would be close to the room then it was like you can’t get there from here scenario. Hotel had a smell that was unpleasant and the bathroom had snot wiped on the wall in a couple of places. It felt like it was a place all run by family members who are removed from these issues.

It's okay. The employees at the Starbucks were incredibly nice and the indoor pool was clean.

But it's really expensive and not very well cared for. The front desk is right outside the theatre, which makes it hard to hear anything when checking in if there's an event going on. The rooms are decently clean, but run down with peeling wallpaper, mismatched carpet, and a giant bloodstain on the pull-out couch. The walls are also incredibly thin and we heard every single noise on our floor. They only provide tiny, half-full shampoo and conditioner bottles, so don't forget your own. It was fine, but for the price, we expected more.

Rooms were clean but service was terrible. Specifically Hemal. The “no outside food in public areas” rule when their restaurant was not open is unacceptable! We were told to go to our rooms to eat. The bartender was clearly under the influence and not very responsive, the breakfast buffet was terrible considering they charged $21 per person and it was a continental breakfast at best. Will not return! I will say, the wonderful girl working the Starbucks counter was nice and friendly.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! Not only were there people throwing up in the garbage can in the ice corridor, and rap music playing loudly for all to hear down the hall and all night, but we received NO room service/housekeeping the entire trip!! I had to beg for towels and wash clothes at the front desk after calls ignored. Was handed a big garbage bag to put our 3 days worth of garbage in after complaining on day 3 that we didn’t have housekeeping the whole time and have nowhere else to go with all our garbage. Dessert at their personally owned Starbucks literally made my kids gag after their first bite. Got 2 caramel drizzled chocolate chip brownies for 3 kids, so they all shared the 2. After they spit it out and was running around crying that it tasted like dog food, I tried it, and I too gagged and spit it out. It not only tasted like it had garlic in it, but the texture was so gross. I brought it back down to ask for a refund. The first person tried telling me I couldn’t return it because both were eaten off of. After I started to make a fuss about it the manager came to me and asked again if both were touched. He wanted to put it back out for sale!!! I told him both were eaten from and wouldn’t resell that anyways, and he sucked his teeth and aggressively threw them in the trash. Offered me a $14 Starbucks voucher that I unwilling accepted. Big mistake. Because when I went to redeem that voucher for a coffee the next day, they told me it was closed until AFTER I left!!

The room was spacious, the bathroom a bit smaller. They have a lot of buildings. Was sad we had to stay far from our family because they had double beds and we had single. So different buildings away. Both of our rooms had roaches. We called guest services they offered to come spray or move our room. We didn’t check in until 11pm . And was thinking if both our rooms had bugs then I’m sure the whole hotel has them. Would not stay again due to this.

My husband and kids reported back that they did not have hot water and that they were expected to wait past checkout time for maintenance rather than just provide an alternate room or a priority fix. In the end they were able to get it fixed but not without a higher complaint which is always silly to us in hospitality. They said the hotel had great play spaces for the kids and they had a great time otherwise.

Was charged extra and told I had extra people at Breakfast with me when I was on a solo trip by self to relax after going to a friends wedding. After noticing an extra charge when I got home ( nothing mentioned at checkout) manager accused me of lying and said an employee said I had 2 extra people with me at breakfast. - I was by myself the whole trip. They charged me and said they would do an investigation. Horrible - talked over me rude and condescending.

The property is in great shape. However, my room smell like mildew, and I had to get housekeeping to come spray some deodorizer.. the front desk is horrible. They have these real rules of charging $50 to chicken early but it also check out late.. I understand if you’re checking in at 10 AM or 12. I was charged $50 for 45 minutes early.. I am never staying at a Wyndham again.

We left within 10 minutes of arriving at the property. Dead cockroaches smashed all over the floor near the elevator. No shame about it from any of the staff. Do not book this hotel. Expedia was kind enough to give us a full refund after the property confirmed the roach situation.
