Amazing experience as always. Clean and beautiful room. The shower head was not great. But this comment is hopefully to make a positive change with that. It barely got water on you. This is certainly not a complaint, just a suggestion for an upgrade. We go here every year. Always kind to us and the breakfast is pretty good. Love the coffee available.

This hotel is in the middle of some major renovations but it is all for the best and it is not disruptive. The furniture, rugs, drapes, everything is new and has been refurnished. The staff was superb! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, polite and accommodating. The breakfast area was spotless and stocked so well. Again, the gentleman tasking the breakfast area was so courteous and kind especially when we were trying to leave early due to a major snow storm coming into the northeast. Well done to all! You all deserve a raise!

When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in, and he had no problem checking me in early as my room was ready. It was quiet through out the night. We had one hiccup with our shower not working properly, however, they were so nice about the situation and resolved it almost immediately. I appreciate and thank them for that.

We’ve stayed here in the past, but after many years it seems this hotel has gone down hill. I couldn’t shake the ick. The floor of the room was so dirty that it turned out feet/socks black. The room was dark and dingy, and the bathroom was just barely clean enough to use. The outdoor pool was gross - full of algae and mysterious floating hairballs. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I will not return.
