It's in an expensive area, so overpriced for the level of quality offered. I have seen much better Baymont's. Entire building needs a paint job, and it is easy to hear people in hallway and nearby rooms. Otherwise, room itself was reasonably acceptable for a no-frills stay, if they wouldn't gouge on the price.

Walls are so thin arguing everywhere 😭 the manager in the morning arguing with a customer that he doesn't stay there he did and showed her that he staying in a room she kept screaming it was horrible! No apology either, the rooms are dirty and the TV was complicated 2 remotes, all just not worth the money staying there

The room was smelly and dirty. Upon further inspection we found chips on the walls in the bathroom smelled like urine..
The entire hotel just felt musty. The lady at the front desk was super nice and understanding when we addressed our concerns. We stayed in the room for about 15 minutes and checked out.

You get what you pay for

Stayed here a total of a month. At first staff was great, after the 3rd week they were rude. They have free breakfast but told us we were limited on what we could have. If we didn’t go down and tell them we wanted our room clean they didn’t do regardless of the sign not being on the door. Overall poor cleanliness. It’s not that I wouldn’t suggest this place I just would be ware you get what you pay for. This is run by stingy people who want to do the bare minimum and will cut corners.

Management was rude, unfriendly and uncaring. Floors were sticky, TV remote was even sticky. The shower was broken. He did not respect my ADA rights to have a service dog in the breakfast room. I have reported this to the ADA. This practice makes you liable for citations.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the bad reviews before my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There were some cosmetic minor things in the room like chipped paint on the window sill; upper right side of the mirror was clearly damaged but not fixed; like I said, minor things the hotel will eant to mend. The person that checked me in seemed like she had other things to do and had a slight attitude. My reservation was missing and she just suggest I call Expedia. I asked if they had a room open and they did, thankfully. When she first looked up my name, i spelled it for her and her reaction was, \"well I'll be able to get that if you would give me your ID.\" I apologized then she said I was fine but I didn't feel welcomed by her at all. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and the staff member thay checked me out was very kind.

The pictures of the hotel online, did not do this “hotel” justice. I was disappointed in the cleanliness and the bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the second floor and a bad odor existed from check in to check out. I was looking for another hotel after the first, but unfortunately, the cleaner, more modern hotels were understandably booked. I do not recommend this “hotel” to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. For over, no elevator, that was an issue because we had someone with a wheelchair and there weren’t any rooms on the 1st floor. Secondly, there was a heavily stained and dirty chair in the room and the room had such a bad odor, the front desk person came to spray air freshener for us. The carpet in the hallways were dirty, I couldn’t stay the entire weekend. I checked out next morning.

Cons - hallways / stairwells are filthy, we had a punch hole in our bathroom door, we could not get cold water for the shower, walls are super thin, tons of noise from the highway for street-facing rooms.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The whole place smelled and the room was terribly dirty. The floor was sticky and there was a greasy slick spot that we slipped on. We couldnt stay there and found another place. This place also refused to refund us due to their 24hr cancellation policy. We were only there for 5 minutes. A hotel should refund if there are unsanitary and unliveable conditions. We were absolutely mortified by the conditions of the room.

The hotel was run down with dirty carpets in the hallways and tho the room I stayed in was non smoking you could tell it had at one time been a smoking room. The armchair in the room was more than dingy, and had a cigarette burn on the seat. One of the reading lamps over the bed had wires sticking out where the lamp head should be, not clear if they were active or not. There were two beds and so I slept in the bed that was clean upon inspection, the other bed was questionable and had a stain on the white bed spread. The room was not carpeted but the floor didn’t feel clean and so I wore my socks. It was only a one night stay so I did not complain to the people working. I made the best of it and left asap in the morning. The bathroom was clean at least and I just needed a place to sleep for one night. For the price, I expected more!

$300 for 2 moist nights

The room smelled, and the windows could not be opened. The bed was wet and humid. We spent $300 for two nights and asked if we could change to another room since the bed was still moist, but we were told all rooms were sold out. If the room was $70 per night, I wouldn't complain. But since it's not cheap when we booked them, it was very unpleasant stay.

The fact none of the windows on the ground floor had screens or locked the main door to the room looked like it was kicked down at some point the bed had black hairs all over the sheets property very outdated smelled of stale cigarette smoke breakfast was horrible it’s not a breakfast it’s a corner with a few items in it they tried charging my card 4 times after the room was paid for after asking them why they said they were trying to switch something in the computer we felt so dirty when we left there

Don’t know where to begin.
Pictures show a great looking hotel. Main reason I picked this location.

Upon entry you are greeted by the smell of cigarettes in the lobby attempting to be masked by Febreze. The stairwell smelled like straight cigarettes and dirt was visible on the walls and the carpet as well.

Upon entry to the room you are greeted by a musty smell again masked by spray. The bed sheets were dirty. Yes, literal dirt on the bedsheets. The bathroom was dirty, dirty mirror, dirty floor & the shower was also dirty with stains on the tile and floor.

Asked for new bedsheets and was given a new set, which was also dirty.

The business claims to be smoke free but the neighboring room had cigarette smoke flowing through into ours. The neighbor even smoked marijuana while in the room and that seeped into ours. So much for smoke free as the entire building smells like cigarettes. The only nice part about our stay here was the parking lot since it was never full.

Twice we put on the do not disturb on the door and twice it was removed but not once did house keeping enter and clean the room.

Also very welcoming of unsecured back door to the hotel which any of the homeless that were walking the area could easily come into the building.

Beware, no refunds given by this business.
No fault to Expedia as they just lost what’s given to them. Definitely not staying here in the future. Save yourself some money and go up the street to something cheaper.
