The sheets were stained and not super clean. The room itself had dirty floors and there were stain on the night stains, bed frames, and walls of bathroom. The fitness center was also closed during my stay which was a bummer. Overall, nothing like the pictures showed. Although the price was right for me during my trip, I will not choose this hotel again and rather pay more for a better hotel.

We had to move the beds apart to fit the wheelchair and there was trash under the beds. The room was very small and it was hard to maneuver the wheelchair and we couldn't fit a hoyer lift in it. The complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels which couldn't even be eaten if you used a hammer! When throwing away the one we picked up we noticed about 10 others in the trash. There was a lot of noise from outside of the room and outside in the parking lot. I had set up to pay upon arrival but before we got there we got an email asking us to check in and register online which I did but when we got there we were told that online stuff didn't go through and that they had recently changed their procedures so I had to prove my identity and my credit information again. Check out time was 11am however they deactivated our key card at 10:30 while we were still taking our stuff out to our vehicle. We had to find a way to prop the door open. When we left there was no one at the front desk.

The hallways smelled skunky when we arrived and our room also had a strange odor. There was a stain on my comforter and the beds were not comfortable. It was a cheap hotel, and I guess we got what we paid for. I won’t stay there again though.

Expedia tried, but the hotel is claiming we stayed the full two days is when we did not and checked out a day early. I Was told by the front desk to contact Expedia for a refund. Absolutely unsanitary for families. Our toddlers feet were dirty/ black from the floors. Our AC had mold and had a leak. When we walked into our room there was a towel under the AC. The hotel overall smelt like a gas station bathroom. There was also gambling machines in the lobby.

Room was advertised as queen beds but were full size instead. Staff said all the rooms were the same. The toilet seat was loose. The parking lot on my side of the hotel had construction debris close to where we had to park. The room was DIRTY. We found food trash from previous occupants in the drawers, hair in the shower, cobwebs on the light fixtures, tissues under the headboard, and something stuck to the wall. We booked the room for a family of 4 and there were only 2 sets of towels. We received more and after the room was refreshed we were back to 2. The staff was friendly. Lancaster is a beautiful area with lots of hotels. We picked this one for its price but unfortunately we got what we paid for.

however you #$%^^^ing people charged my bank account an additional 70 + dollars..I googled hotel room near me and days inn came up with a great price. I never contacted you people. what kind of new rip off tactic was that. I have a lawyer on retainer, and you will contacted. return the $ and no worries......

We forgot a book in the room on the Bed, tried to call 1/2 hour later could not reach anyone. Called and pressed one for reservations got a hold of someone, that gave us the direct number for the Days Inn. We called several times that morning and later on, no one answered the phone. We stopped back at the Hotel to check around 2pm. They looked but said no they did not have it.
This is not a case of maybe thinking we forgot the book, we both knew the book was left behind. All this Hotel had to do was answer the PHONE. What if this was medication or other lifesaving items? Answer the phone

I didn't like how the manager made me wait until 2:00p before I could check in, knowing I had to sleep in my car after working 12 hours and would have to wash & get dressed before I went back in at 5p. Then she told me to leave because she didn't want my services. She wanted to charge me $75 for incidental fee when I didn't have it after pre-paying for 5 nights to stay there. I've been staying at Days Inn hotels for 25 years and have never been treated this way by management. They lost my business.

I preregistered before we arrived but ended up going through the whole process again at the desk. Don’t offer preregistration if it won’t matter at check-in. If you need a no-frills overnight spot, this place is ok. If you’re staying more than a couple of nights, you may want to consider someplace else.

First room smelled like wet humid mop water I told the lady in the front desk and she apologized and changed my room , second room the air conditioning was not working we then again told the lady in the front and she changed our room AGAIN , the third room had no fridge , the tv wasn’t working properly, and you had to lift the door so it can close , the room was clean but the floors were as if they never mopped !!

The bathroom smelled like urine. We reported it to the front desk. They apologized but did nothing. Didn't move us to another room or clean the bathroom. We were there Tuesday through Thursday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was unmanned for most of our stay.

Secured (2) rooms. One room the door didn't lock so another room was given.(Good) The rooms themselves were clean, quiet and the air conditioner worked well. They are updating their facility so they didn't have much for breakfast. (At least that was the reason for not having \"breakfast\" per their ad online). You could get de-caffeinated coffee or juice. :(

I would really appreciate a refund on one room
There was a broken tv in the room that’s they cam and looked at but never fixed. Didn’t tell the front desk and we sat there with nothing on for two days with kids.
The hot water took 20 minutes to heat up and we were on a schedule as we there for tournaments. We booked two room and the other was completely fine.

The hotel staff was very nice, and the hotel itself was okay. Though they let us know at check-in with posted signs that the hotel is under renovation, there was a lot about our room that was to be desired. The TV didn't work when we arrived, though. Management came and fixed it easily. The bathroom was horrible—rust spots in the tub and sink. If you turned the sink on past a drip, water leaked over onto the floor. Finally, the air conditioner made random loud noises. I think the hotel will be better once the renovations are completed.

My daughter and I checked into room 215 at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Lancaster Pennsylvania on 4/25/25 and checked out on 4/27/25. When I arrived home Sunday night, my mother noticed that I had bites all over my arms, face, neck hands and legs to which I thought they were mosquitoes bites. For the next few days the bites continued to get more itchy and irritated. I was finally able to get to an urgent care on 5/3/25.
Upon being examined by a physician, I was told that these bites were caused by bed bugs. I immediately called the Days Inn on Saturday afternoon around 1pm and the gentleman who answered the phone didn’t bother to write my name down nor did he ask which room I was in. He had no sense of urgency when I explained to him what I had discovered. This is absolutely disgusting and I am completely dissatisfied. To make matters worse, the hall ways were filthy due to construction, the noise at night kept me up and the breakfast so cheap!
As of 5/6/26 nobody has reached out to me to discuss this issue nor get a refund !

We stayed for 5 days they put us in a room right under construction so all we heard from 8 am to 9 pm was saws hammers banging and I told them a few times that we couldn't sleep it was to much noise I have a 1 year old and she was scared to death the whole time and they wouldn't do anything about it I will never go back there.

We arrived at the days in Lancaster Dutch County and did not even stay for more than five minutes. We were taken to our room on the second floor, where we found about 15 workers in the hallways with hazmat suits on painting and working. They expected us to stay in the rooms, although the toxic fumes were everywhere and the noise was insane. Only after we complained did they decide to show us a first floor room, which was so dirty and had the same distinct toxic odor. We still have not heard from a manager, nor was our room refunded, despite the fact that it wasnt even safe to stay there. Terrible experience and I would never ever recommend anyone staying there.
