We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites—truly a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful.

Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It was also very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax after a full day exploring Lancaster County.

One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful indoor pool area. It was very clean and well cared for, and it was such a nice place to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.

Breakfast in the morning was another highlight. There were plenty of options and everything was well stocked, making it a perfect start to the day.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Amish Country and close to shops, markets, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Lancaster / Intercourse area!

This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life! My husband kept calling it a resort. Every single thing about this hotel was extraordinary - from the incredibly kind and welcoming front desk staff to the noticeable cleanliness and clean smell throughout the entire place…it is so noticeable what an extraordinary job your housekeeping dynamos do! We love the ambience of the whole lobby with the coffee and tea station, the chessboard set up, the cozy seating areas near fireplaces…this is a luxury spot and we appreciated every little nuance of it!

We loved the size of our room, the temperature control in our room, the comfort of the beds, and the cozy weight of the linens on a snowy winter day. Even the water pressure was a joy! Breakfast was phenomenal in every way - so much selection, so much attention to detail, so much pride in the abundance of offerings! This was the most abundant hotel breakfast. We have experienced outside of a literal resort. We stayed for an hour at breakfast just because it was such a lovely place to be.
Now I’m going to run out of characters being exclamatory about the pool and THAT hot tub….it was an absolute oasis - super DUPER clean, wonderfully appointed with towels, & literally the best hot tub of my life.
We already know that we’re coming back in two months for absolutely no reason whatsoever except that we want to be at your hotel. We don’t even care if we see anything in the town. You’re that awesome!

This hotel is in need of updating. In this day and age, no hotel should have rugs, which were outdated and appeared to be old.
The mattress was old and saggy.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very nice at the front desk. Although the breakfast was free and included, I did have some folks with basic dairy allergies, and there weren’t many choices. For example, it was only animal milk and no almond milk. This is almost a necessity to have at this point in time. Additionally, only pork products when some of my folks don’t eat pork for health reasons. All in all I would say again if I was coming to the area.

Staffing was excellent. My only issue as a handicapped individual is the toilets must have came from a daycare as they are the lowest seat I have ever experienced in a hotel. No grab bars to assist getting back up.

We just got back from our stay at this hotel. I spent a lot of time looking around and booked this hotel based on the reviews, I am so glad I did. We have travelled and stayed in so many other hotels, but this has been my favorite stay by far in PA. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Gave excellent recommendations on things to do in area. Pool was clean and fresh towels were always available. Walking distance to cute shops. Breakfast was filling and always stocked with fresh food. Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect stay for a family. Looking forward to staying again every time we come to Lancaster! Thank you for such a fun family stay!!

From the start to finish of our anniversary get away it was superb! We were allowed to check in two hours early. The pool and hot tub area was clean well maintained. The room, which had a hot tub in it ws clean, smelled wonderful and the bed was comfy. There is a restaurant and bar there and other recreation things for kids. Across the street (five minute walk) is an adorable little shopping area (goto Waltz wine barn). All in all they get two 👍 👍 up! Special note....the lady who checked us in Thursday, August 7th at 2pm and checked us out the next day is a gem! Such a bubbly personality. Give that lady a raise!

The breakfast food ran out too quickly and took a long time to replenish. The line to make waffles was very long and slow. I never had the opportunity to make a waffle.
Kristopher, at the front desk, was always extremely helpful and friendly. He provided the best service when compared to the others who were assigned there. He always greeted us and smiled. Others did not do that.

I would stay again if needed. Cute building with lots of character, easy check in, decent pool. Everything was fine, except the pullout couch was bent so it was hard to pull out and put back in, and the mattress on the pull out was not very comfortable. We had a family room for 8 and there was only one very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for all 8. Breakfast options were decent your basic hotel type breakfast. Staff was Very friendly. Did find 2 bugs in the room though and there was trash under the couch.
