The Amish Country Motel was amazing. The Staff was so nice , the rooms are 100% clean , the pool.is awesome. Like 1 mile down the road was everything you need. Food , drinks , shopping , coffee ,gifts. We got a coffee maker for our room and coffee was complimentary in the Office. I can't wait until I go back there sometime soon.

We had a short but nice stay at the Amish Country Hotel. The location was central and convenient. We enjoyed sitting outside in the grassy area in the evening and even saw fireflies! As a bonus, we did the complimentary tour the next morning. We weren't sure what to expect since it was free, but we thoroughly enjoyed it! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Spent 4th of July weekend with family.. First time in Amish Country. Glad we picked this motel to stay at. Rooms were spacious, with the only down fall was the size and firmness of the mattress(to soft and small) Very clean all around, the staff was very gracious and kind. The pool is small but good enough. The views from the back deck were to die for, definitely the money shot. Perfect location in Bird in Hand, 3-5 minutes to shops, 7 minutes to Intercourse, and 10 minutes to your general fast foods and chain restaurants. We have found our go to for any return trips to Amish Country.

Nice quiet property check in was weird. it seemed as if the clerk was trying to leave early. I arrived half an hour before the nighttime check-in went into place and she was very flustered. I ended up having to walk to my room get the key from under the mat and then go back and check in after driving many many hours I just wanted to go to sleep. We both decided, (two couples, two rooms) that with the pool and the two hour guided tour included, this hotel deserves our return visits to the Lancaster County area. Being from Philadelphia, we travel here and stay over 2 or 3 times a year. Free 2 hour Amish tour included was great. Saved us money. We had to drive about a mile for meet up location. Call hotel to book
Warning- everything around here closes super early, so if you are hungry or want a beverage get there early! We had to go into Lancaster for late night dinner.
