Staff was... transactional. Seemed a bit off to really hone in on telling a middle aged woman traveling alone that there will be an additional charge if I invited a guest to stay with me... Never in my life has a front desk associate insinuated I was there for a hookup. For only having about 5 total guests in the hotel, the house keeping staff loudly conversing outside my specific door for 2 hours starting at 8am on a Sunday morning was not a fan favorite. Otherwise, it was a clean and convenient stay as a halfway point between Philly and Gettysburg so I made it safely back home to my family.

Have to say had no issues at all here. The front desk guys were real helpful anything you need they were right there to help. Hotel was located right off the main highway so easy to navigate to get into town very clean rooms were updated good water pressure and most of all the ac worked great even on a low setting the ac made the room like an ice box. All in all good hotel good pricing good staff good location ill be back here again

I stayed here many times at this hotel but I did have one complaint and I was given room 203 which the door doesn’t open up all the way because it seems like the floor is coming up so it’s stopping the door from opening up all the way and when I first went to open up the door, didn’t realize the door wasn’t gonna open up all the way and boy I hit my shoulder and knocked my coffee up out of my hand. They need to get that fixed cause that’s an inconvenience for the guest coming in and out of your room and I’m a pretty big guy so to squeeze through the door like that is kind of inconvenience but as far as the stay always had a great stay always quiet always clean.

First night was fine. On the second night a group of travelers checked into multiple rooms. They were so noisy and disrespectful of fellow guests that the manager threatened to throw them out of the hotel within an hour of their arrival. Their misbehavior continued, however they were not removed.

The room had a slight hint of smoke when we arrived which i guess is not the hotels fault if people decide to smoke in a non smoking hotel. But aside from that it was good. I was TRAPPED in the bathroom for ~15 min because the bathroom door latch didn’t work and I couldn’t open the door.
I jerked the door and the handle came off. Fortunately I was able to disassemble the door lock using part of the handle locking button and let myself out.
Who knows how long I’d be trapped if I hadn’t known how to disassemble the lock. Yes, this was very traumatizing.
I informed the front desk and had him come up and look at what had happened. He didn’t offer an apology nor offered compensation for my trauma.

Check in could have been better, I had two rooms reserved and I informed the clerk. He did one reservation, asked for id and credit card and returned them to me. After I put everything away, he then started the second reservation and asked for the same credentials again.
Rooms were okay, a little dated and institution like but okay. Ceiling and tiles are cracked and falling apart. Had to unplug the mini fridge because it kept doing a grinding noise and could not sleep.

Do not get a room near the elevator or towards the main entrance as traffic will keep you up.

Bathroom is only stocked with 2 bars of soap- no shampoo or conditioner. Bath towels had hairs on them. For one night just to sleep and shower it was ok but would not recommend for a long stay.
