We were visiting nearby relatives and only needed a place to sleep. I can say beds, linens and pillows were all comfortable. We do wish we could have stayed a little longer, and had time to be tourists. Cleaning ladies were all very friendly. We would stay there again.

The property was very well kept. The only bad thing about this is it said they had a pool. The pool is not on their property you have to drive 8 min up to The Bird in Hand hotel. To us this was not worth getting a child dressed running up the road to swim then drive back and change. So there for we didn’t use that facility. Other than that the stay was nice

It is not a luxury hotel but very clean and convenient. You are in a center of Amish town. Property has a pass to another hotel 12 min drive where you can use swimming pools(3) at your choice. Breakfast is phenomenal - tasty and plenty: waffles, eggs, sandwiches, yogurt, donuts, cereal, juices, biscuit and gravy, oatmeal, frozen Barrie’s and bagels. Staff is very kind . Has some walkable shops! Can ask for a printed room receipt which will give you access to the pool at bird in hand family inn, a 11 min drive down the road! Which there is 3 pool options and a hot tub! The rooms are very clean and you can tell it wasn’t just wiped down but actually cleaned! The staff is absolutely amazing! The free breakfast in the morning has great options as well and is definitely delicious

I just love that it is a cute small property. You can tell that the owners care about it and that there were many repeat visitors that had relationships built. I would absolutely stay again. The only small problem that I had was that once it was 9pm, the property uses its sister hotel’s office to help answer calls and they weren’t able to answer my question until the morning. Not a huge deal, but something to consider.

I loved the property. I’ve driven past it since I was little and thought let’s give it a chance. It didn’t disappoint,saw about 22 horse and buggy’s drive by our room at 10pm on Sunday night it was magical. Only downside would be the hairdryer sparked and burnt me and coming from someone who has bad anxiety the firehouse siren that randomly goes off I thought it was a tornado.

This has to be the friendliest staff we've ever encountered! Even the guys cleaning up the autumn leaves were cheerful and waved. The room was clean, well-supplied, and well-appointed. The \"deluxe continental breakfast\" was just that - waffles, sausage and egg sandwiches, biscuits and sausage gravy, fruit, cereal, bagels, plenty of beverage choices, and to top it all off, fresh donuts from the bakery down the road that is owned by the owners of the motel.
