The room was dirty upon arrival, the shower head was covered in grime, and both the sheets and pillows had a strong musty odor. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the toilet would not flush properly. Overall, the condition of the room fell well below expectations and was very disappointing.

For a single traveler it was very good for just an overnight en route. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room I had was very quiet, maybe because it was on the side away from the major street. The windows do not open, so you are stuck with artificial ventilation. Don't expect amenities like an in room coffee maker or ice machines on every floor (ground only). There were a few families with small children and it seemed the pool and the breakfast worked well for them.

The room was great! The only problem is that you could hear all the road noise! And when asked for when we want our housekeeper to come by we picked Thursday of that week, just to get fresh towels, they never came by. So if you are wanting your room cleaned or bed made everyday you best say everyday.
Other than that I would definitely stay again.

Amazing staff all of them from front desk to managers, to servers for breakfast, maintenance, room cleaners . They were accommodating understanding and polite. Justice the manager helped me with my room accommodations and everyone that spoke to me through text were helpful and kind. The room they moved us to the back of the building was quiet and comfortable we slept so well. Felt like home away from home thank you. I would come again and recommend to others .

The truck traffic all night long is horrible with trucks loud exhausts and engine breaking all night long. We stayed on the 4th floor and the carpet looks to be deteriorating and as you walk on it white dust from the cement under it blows out of it and the carpet has white concrete dust all over it. The walls in hallway are all in horrible shape with wallpaper peeling and wrinkled. The entire corridor on the 4th floor has a sewerage smell. The beds were lumpy and were terribly uncomfortable. Without a doubt the worst Hilton named TRU property I have ever stayed at.

Arrival check in was quick and easy.
Convenient carts to bring luggage up and welcoming staff who explain locations of gym pool and other amenities well.
Room was a handicap room which was not requested. I have a young child who only takes baths and unfortunately was not able to properly bath him. Thankfully it was only one night. Beds were very worn and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in your back.
Rules were not followed by patrons. Kids running up and down the hall and people in lobby making lots of noise well past quiet time making it hard to sleep.
It was decently clean although could have been better. Floor was sticky to bottoms of feet in lobby area.
Gym area had newer equipment although cleanliness could be addressed as well as organization.
Pool seemed cloudy so we decided to not take our chances.
The room over all was very clean and well stocked with towels and soaps for showering that smelled quite good.
Also good coffee! Breakfast could use more fresh fruit and healthy options.

Paying 300 a night for this quality is something I would never do again.

My first time stay here in Lancaster Hilton hotel was truly amazing.My room was beautiful.

Loved that the floors were wood and not carpet. So much easier to wheel around in my wheelchair!
The breakfast pancakes were scrumptious.
The placement of the toiletries in the shower are not conducive to those that cannot stand because they are mounted on the other side of the shower. I would have to be the Jolly Green Giant in order to reach them while seated. It always baffles me how able-bodied people make these decisions as to what is \"accessible\" for people who are not.

Parking was safe and convenient. Near restaurants and popular venues. Room was clean and had everything needed for our overnight stay. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the spacious lobby with games. I was impressed with the spacious areas to sit and relax. I’m a coffee lover, so I enjoyed a cup while the kids played. They loved the hot chocolate!

The breakfast was fresh and the staff members were friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had.

The only concern was the traffic noise on the main highway during the night. I would probably turn up the air conditioner to block the noise.

We look forward to booking again!!

There were kids running up and down the hallway past midnight the TV in the room next to ours was blasting past midnight. People were stomping around in their room until at least 0230 hrs. I contacted the night desk person twice, once by phone and once in person. She said she looked but didn't see or hear anything. Needless to say myself and my partner didn't sleep very well. Sunday morning I brought it up to the check out person. She said they were aware of the situation but nothing was done about it. Needless to say we will never stay here again and never recommend your hotel to anyone.

The property was excellent and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. A Latino man made sure our room was clean and directed to a clean room. The African American woman who was doing breakfast, made sure got me and my family whatever we needed. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful.

I’m not sure if we visit on a bad day because I checked the reviews before booking this hotel and it has good reviews however we travel a lot around the US and we often choose hotels that include breakfast. The breakfast was terrible. Not too many options to chose from, very simple but what it made it so bad it’s the sausage, it was like taking a bite of a hard plastic, the orange juice it tasted bitter, the bananas were green, coffee was ok, but at least the self made pancakes were good. The lady serving the breakfast she seemed like she hated her job and couldn’t wait for breakfast to be over. Then in the rooms no plastic bags for the trash cans that’s so unsanitary, no fans in the bathrooms, if someone uses the bathroom the whole room stinks, and finally the pool it was 10am in the morning on a Wednesday, no pool towels. Again not sure it was just a bad day but if not hopefully this review will help them they can do much better. We moved to a different hotel the next two nights and so glad I did.

The staff is amazing! Super sweet and helpful! Everyone from the maintenance staff to the front desk and beyond had a smile and a hello.

Breakfast was perfect! Crowded at times but the lady helping was hustling and made sure everything was restocked and available.

The pool though was GROSS! The floor of the pool had so much debris and sediment on it, you couldn’t stand without standing on something. There was loose hair everywhere and all around the edges of the pool. The water was cloudy and cold. The pool room floors were dirty and trash overflowing.

Our room was fine, however half the bathroom lights didn’t work and the lamp on the desk didn’t have a working on/off button. It is also very disappointing that housekeeping didn’t even come to empty trash or sweep floors, refresh towels or the bed. I had to call for towels even, the room had two for an4 person stay.

We love the property and the staff but it could use a little work.

Rooms were clean, but the colors are overwhelming. You have to go downstairs to get coffee in the morning. Loud music when you step off the elevator at 5:30am is a bit much. Doors were slamming until 1am, keeping us awake. It's something to do with how they close.

Overall, I had a great stay and was very happy with the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything else met my expectations.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the thermostat in the room. It appeared to be functioning, but the display wasn’t visible, so I couldn’t tell what temperature it was set to. I tried adjusting the buttons, but the room remained cold and I wasn’t able to control it properly.

Aside from that, everything else was excellent and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We didn’t have hot water from the start. The air conditioning didn’t work. The breakfast was cold and gross. They never refilled anything. I asked to speak to a manager and never heard back from anyone. I then tried again and zero response.

Filthy! I felt so gross staying here. Look at the pictures! I cleaned the floor myself with 4 towels and they still came up black. Clearly no one mops the floors. Look at the mold in the shower! Soap scum all over the bottles of the wall soaps. Wallpaper peeling everywhere. Hair on the sheets and stuck in corners. Crack in the shower. Dust piled up on the toilet paper holders. Tears and patches and stains in the hallways. Whoever manages this property should be ashamed! Everything was so dirty and in terrible condition. Not sure how Hilton’s name is attached to this hotel….

In room bathroom has not been deep cleaned in sometime. All of the corners and baseboards should be free of dust and hair and they were not. The shower doors were full of soap scum and there was black mold in the corners.

Both fusbol tables were broken and no fun to play.

Since we were only staying the night and arrived late, we decided not to complain to the desk as it would have made us later for our already delayed dinner plans by having to go down to request another room and go through the process of checking into another room, that likely would have had the same issue.

The price we paid for the night, even with the small discount, did not reflect what we got at all.

Room was clean, king bed comfortable, the staff was very kind, and breakfast was hot. The only complaint I have was the shower containers on the wall need to be cleaned after every guest. A lot of build up products on the squeeze tubes that was old and gross.

Definitely will stay here again but will check the shower containers before I shower.
