Filthy! I felt so gross staying here. Look at the pictures! I cleaned the floor myself with 4 towels and they still came up black. Clearly no one mops the floors. Look at the mold in the shower! Soap scum all over the bottles of the wall soaps. Wallpaper peeling everywhere. Hair on the sheets and stuck in corners. Crack in the shower. Dust piled up on the toilet paper holders. Tears and patches and stains in the hallways. Whoever manages this property should be ashamed! Everything was so dirty and in terrible condition. Not sure how Hilton’s name is attached to this hotel….

In room bathroom has not been deep cleaned in sometime. All of the corners and baseboards should be free of dust and hair and they were not. The shower doors were full of soap scum and there was black mold in the corners.

Both fusbol tables were broken and no fun to play.

Since we were only staying the night and arrived late, we decided not to complain to the desk as it would have made us later for our already delayed dinner plans by having to go down to request another room and go through the process of checking into another room, that likely would have had the same issue.

The price we paid for the night, even with the small discount, did not reflect what we got at all.

Room was clean, king bed comfortable, the staff was very kind, and breakfast was hot. The only complaint I have was the shower containers on the wall need to be cleaned after every guest. A lot of build up products on the squeeze tubes that was old and gross.

Definitely will stay here again but will check the shower containers before I shower.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean as well. The amenities were so nice, the gym is 24 hours which is great, along w breakfast being included w your booking. Something that really just sold my whole experience was the automatic self serve pancake machine at breakfast. Very cool.

Breakfast menu was very limited and no staff around to ask. Also - when snow falls - no one cleaned the pavements/walkabouts around hotel, so it was dangerously slippery. And the pool was so dirty that I can actually see the sand on the bottom of the pool and dirty leafs around the door/exit. And on Dec. 26 - there was no one at the front desk so I have to yelled and wait for about 10-15 min. Awful. Where is the Hilton standards?

The hotel shows some wear and tear but is basically in good shape. The biggest disappointment was that the shower had black lines along he bottom which looked like black mold. The room was clean, spacious, but lacking is seating for two persons. Had only one armless chair. Also, the main lights are hanging down from the ceiling and shine directly into your eyes if you are trying to read in bed.

1st in the room we had no dresser, or a coffee pot. My wife and I are handicap. If want change clothes had open oyr suit case. For a cup coffee had to go down to lobby. Next had to ask for towels and wash cloths. I never stay here again.

I’d not stay there again.
It was not Hilton quality at all. Pictures of rooms on thr website looked way larger ( the angle the photos were taken are deceiving . The rooms were just boring. We got sick from the wall fan we both woke up with sore throat’s that went away after leaving the hotel. Rooms were not clean dirt on the corners/edges of the floor/stained floor, stained sheets and comforter, hallway smelled like urine, pool was ice cold and there was an over abundant smell of bleach in the pool area. Yogurt machine was empty by 8:15 and never replaced. Employee clothing- they wear sweatshirts and teeshirts looks unkept and lazy. This is not Hilton quality.

Our room did not really appear clean. There was a lot of built up dust and dirt marks around edges and corners.
The sheets felt rough on my skin.
The absolute worst part of the stay was someone in the room above us loudly was (sounded like running) pounding noise on floor LITERALLY ALL NIGHT LONG, into the late morning. Was really strange hearing that all night. Made sleep impossible.

Check in wasnt ready until almost an hour after, several people frustrated that room wasn't ready. When we finally got a room, the key didnt work. Get in the room, the blind is broken, it doesnt open, the sink is clogged and doesnt drain. There is a waterbl bottle cover and fries on the floor by the bed from previous guest. The elevator was broken and there were 2 busses and a wedding there at the same time so it was very busy.

We had no issues the first night of our stay. The handicap accessible room was so spacious. My mother was able to get around easily. However, the second evening, while giving a shower to my 3 year old granddaughter, I heard the toilet start to gurgle and bubble. Then it started to overflow. My husband called the front desk to advise them and then all of a sudden, water started bubbling up in the shower and flooding the bathroom floor. They offered us a new room. The new room was not handicap accessible which was a problem as my 87 year old mother was with us as well. The room was quite warm so we turned the AC down...it didn't work. By this time it was close to 10pm, the granddaughter was falling asleep, my mother needed the restroom and she couldn't get her walker in the bathroom, so my husband called front desk again. She gave us 2 rooms beside eachother which normally wouldn't be an issue, but she was in a room by herself that was not handicap accessible. We were told a manager would contact us in the morning. He didn't. We called back and were told they would call him right away and ask him to call us because we personally wanted to speak to someone. We were also told that this was booked through Expedia and they couldn't help us, but we are Hilton Honors members and started booking through Hilton so we don't even know how Expedia got involved in the first place. It has now been a week and we have not heard from either party as to our horrible experience.

The check-in was very slow. Lady was by herself and there were a good number of people waiting in line. The laminate floors weren't very clean. Fair amount of hair in bathroom sink and shower from previous guests. Saturday one of the two elevators was out of order. For the price paid for two nights, the hotel didnt not at all seem worth that price.
