Our stay, even though for only one night, was great. The room was super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I wish I knew where I could find one for home! The staff were super friendly. We didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast but the menu seemed appetizing. Maybe next time. The next time we travel, we would be more than confident to choose Comfort Inn for our stay.

To start off checking in I did not feel welcomed or informed at all. I had to find out what time breakfast was, where the gym is, which direction our room was. Carpets had an odor to them throughout the hotel. Refrigerator in room was dirty, “clean” towels smelled like mildew and used.
Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, half cooked, cold. Hallways smelled like backed up bathroom pipes. I am very unsatisfied and extremely unhappy with how high the stars are at this facility and would absolutely never stay here again!

The room was nice and the bathroom was well stocked. We loved having the little fridge and microwave for convenience. The location was walking distance to the outlets, and many other stores and restaurants. We walked to the American Music Theatre for our concert also. Breakfast was great too. Staff was courteous and very accommodating. I’m in a wheelchair and the hotel was very accessible.

We always stay here when we go to Lancaster. The hotel is centrally located and staff is always nice. Our room was decent except there was a lot of dust on all the lamps and the top of the headboard. There was a ton of dust in the exhaust fan in the bathroom also and the shower head desperately needed cleaned or replaced due to calcium/hard water build up. The bathroom sink and toilet were very low also. I think they need some updating, but for the most part no issues except the dust and shower head.

The thermostat wasn’t working correctly. The room was so hot I felt like a turkey on Thanksgiving. We kept setting it back but even at 60 it was sweltering. We got very little sleep and left early the next morning. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great. If the thermostat gets fixed, we will return.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Handicap accessibility can be viewed different ways however usually it is a walk-in shower or situation as such. Our room had a tub and although there were plenty of handrails for somebody handicapped it is very difficult to step up over the side of the tub to shower.

I was very impressed with Comfort Inn Rockvale. The beds/pillows were so comfortable and seemed brand new. The entire hotel was spotless although too much Lysol spray in elevator and hallways. Another criticism is that the carpet seems old and worn out. But other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

And our smoke detector was chirping - and when they came to change the batteries we were told they didn’t have anymore of whatever type of batteries that were needed for our room’s smoke detector. So their answer was that we just didn’t have a smoke detector in our room - like are you serious? Never again.

I have hayfever allergies. I appreciated the staffs attention to this matter. My room seemed to catch off street noise. I am a light sleeper. Also the heating system made noises and it took me a couple of hours to fall asleep.

Great breakfast and nice lobby. The room appeared tidy and clean; however, when the sun shone in the window in the morning, the dust on all the furniture surfaces was visible. You could write your name on the top of the dresser. The view from our room was an AC unit on the roof directly beyond the glass, as well. Quite the ugly view, so we shut the blinds. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows.
