We were given a room with a banging noise. When we called to inquire as we couldn’t sleep, we were told it was a water pipe noise and that could not be stopped. The solution was to move us to another room to sleep. If another room had not been available, I’m not sure how we would have slept through the noise. This was definitely not worth the price (or any price)!

We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It was obvious they were not sold out. The staff was very kind but for the price we were charged $250 for one night we were expecting better accommodations. Towels had stains and the room was very outdated. For the money, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms are very outdated, worn out and really needs a complete renovation. They really shouldnt be charging prices for what you get. They are building a new section which will help, but until then i wouldnt recommend staying. I also expect certain smells are going to be diffrent in diffrent areas however the pig farm should be noted for people with sensitive smells.lol

We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA while traveling with our pet. The place is very clean, and the staff was incredibly considerate and understanding. We were supposed to check out at 12 PM, but due to my son’s volleyball game, we didn’t leave until around 3 PM. Instead of charging us the full late check-out fee per policy, they only charged us half, which we truly appreciated.
Shoutout to Marco, Fawzi, and Ferdy for being so kind and welcoming. Their flexibility and compassion made a stressful day much easier. Highly recommend!

Staff was very nice but room was in rough shape. The ac unit and fridge were both really noisy. Sheets and towels were clean but very thin and cheap. Bathtub wasn’t cleaned well found other peoples hair and white shower curtain was stained yellow around the bottom. It was nice and quiet despite the construction going on. Parking lot was a mess torn up from the construction. Overall ok but not great.

Hate to give a less than stellar review but this place is very dated. It was clean enough but everything was saggy and worn. The inn was full with high school soccer kids and they ran out of items for breakfast early on. Would not stay here again.

Overpriced, at the time of check-in,they tolds us rms wasn't ready because they had no housekeeper to clean the rms.
When we finally got the rm,it was discusting,bathroom dirty.
Breakfast was included. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
WE GOT TO THE BREAKFAST, NO EGGS,NO SAUSAGE,CEREAL TASTED OLD.
When eggs and sausages(that was all for protein)come out,it was microwaved eggs,and sausage were frozen inside.

They didn't want to reimbursed any money or give me any discount because I booked thrue experia,what a joke.

Def dont recommended to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Our stay was okay overall, but there were several areas that could be improved. We were visiting family and will likely choose a different hotel next time. The property is currently undergoing construction, which appears to be for an expansion, but many of the existing common areas—such as the lobby—are in need of updating as well.

Our room did not feel very clean. The shower curtain was noticeably discolored and looked worn, and the pillows were uncomfortable. When we turned on the heater, it produced a strong, unpleasant odor. Throughout our stay, the only staff member we encountered was the front desk attendant. The breakfast was acceptable.

the rooms, in general, seem to be in a state of disrepair. Additionally, I had to stand at the reception desk for several minutes on Saturday night before the man working the desk greeted me. It seemed like he didn't want to stand up and leave his office.

The room seemed clean but the next morning there were ants all over the desk where some dinner was eaten the night before. The key cards were very sensitive and would go blank easily. Also, the bathroom faucet was very loose and would move back and forth. The staff were great, the breakfast was good (not much for someone gluten free though) and the coffee was good and available.

Decent place but needs improvement

The room was fine, seemed clean and was comfortable. The breakfast was only okay. I will say that it was a quite a bit more than a Continental Breakfast, the waffles, eggs, and sausage gravy was welcome by all of us. But the sausage was cold, the breakfast area was very small, so people were waiting to get by for juice, toast, etc. The floor in the breakfast area was also sticky which made it feel not very clean. When we checked in, Marvin did a nice job welcoming us and getting us ready. Unfortunately, the construction going on at the hotel meant parking was limited. The neighboring business seemed very strict about their own parking lot and we had to find unorthodox parking on the grass over by cargo containers. I understand that construction can be a difficult thing to deal with but I need to be honest with my review.

This is our second time here, the last was 2 yrs ago. It has gone downhill fast. We had a room that tge plaster was falling off wall everytime we closed door. I told staff and they didnt care. We left for the day hoping our room would be cleaned and the plaster cleaned up.. but nothing was touched!! I took our dirty towels down to housekeeping to get more. The staff told me they do not clean rooms during your stay?? What? I paid twice the price here for nothing but a nightmare and no one seemed to care at all. Never again .. i warn others. Dont expect any kind of service once you get there!!!!

When we checked in I was informed that our room had been switched with another to accommodate a family that needed multiple rooms. I paid for a two queen room and ended up with a room with two doubles. Not what I paid for. When I asked about this the next morning at checkout the manager shrugged and said that the room was bigger. I didn’t care about the room being bigger. I cared about the fact that the price is different for a two double vs a two queen. He did nothing to remedy that and told me to have a good day.

The stay was not great. We booked there as their website says pet friendly. They even have a sign on their front desk that says pet friendly. We booked two rooms for a family of 6 and two doodles and the gentleman checking me in was not ok with pets. He said they’re only “semi” pet friendly and I should “know how people are” and if they complain that their allergies act up or the dogs are loud we would have to leave. I asked about their pet policy and he said again “we’re only semi pet friendly. When we’re not completely booked” then that should have been made clear! They then made us park on the side of the hotel and use the side door and directed me that we wouldn’t be allowed to walk our dogs through the main door. Because “you know how people are” by the way did I mention I paid $80 plus a $100 hold on the room to allow my dogs there.

Then he told us about the breakfast being 7:30-10, another reason we picked this hotel since we had the kids, we got to breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of eggs, forks, and some other items. We asked if they would be bringing out more since it went till 10 and we were told no.

We will not be staying again. Very disappointed in their service

The breakfast selection was okay. Staff was nice and welcoming. Our room appeared clean, there were a few things that could have been better. The mattress needs to be changed, it was very lumpy and as we ate another couple had the same complaint. Our bathroom facet was loose, the base of the facet needs to be secured to the sink. The pipes when the water ran squeaked, I know it was strange. For the overnight we were there it was okay.

Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. Our room was large with two empty corners that could have had a small table with a couple of chairs in one of them to be used for eating or just sitting to have our coffee in the morning. Also, the coffee cups in the breakfast area and lobby should be bigger; they are quite small. Our room entrance cards were invalid before we were even checked out on the morning we were leaving.

Stayed 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the vinyl plank floors, always feels cleaner than carpet. (And I saw staff actually mopping rooms when they cleaned!) Breakfast went late enough for us sleepyheads too. Only issue was with the TVs, just randomly stopped responding to the remote. Changed rooms when they couldn't fix it.

We reserved the king suite, which was very spacious. There was a small kitchenette area that had a 2 burner cook top, a small sink, and some basic pots and pans. Across the room, and not in the kitchen area, with a fridge and microwave, which was much appreciated
However, there were no plates, cups, or silverware, which was odd.We had to purchase some paper plates and inexpensive flatware at the Dollar General down the road. We were looking forward to having a separate seating area, but the couch and chair were so incredibly uncomfortable that we had to resort to sitting or lying on the bed. There was a jetted tub in the bedroom, but we didn't use it. The entire facility was immaculate, the staff friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and the gentleman at the front desk graciously allowed us to check in hrs before the stated check in time. The free breakfast was adequate, and typical motel fare. There was a nice pool. We loved the location and the close proximity to the Farmers Market. We had a lovely stay, and would happily go there again.

Fantastic little hotel! The lobby looks a bit dated which made me a bit worried about how my room would be but I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room and saw it was brand new and we'll styled! The bathroom in particular is very nice. Staff were friendly and I had an overall great experience! 😊

Bed was comfy. Close to where I needed to be. Property was being renovated, so some drilling noise. My room door was difficult to close and the floor in the room was a bit rippled, making it difficult to move the bathroom door. Hopefully renovation will fix these things.

I have a service dog so I normally don’t have to let them know because it’s not a pet. They said they were going to have to do a “deep clean” That I would have to pay for this. I told them it’s completely unacceptable due to the PA laws. The problem was resolved but the site should have maybe a service animal box to check off.so there’s no confusion
The rooms are dated but clean breakfast in the mornings were better than other hotels. Pool was nice. The main interior and hallways needs to be deep cleaned overall it was a solid place I did like the fact our room had a stove top and microwave

One guy does housekeeping for the entire building. He only collects the towels and trash because he is alone. He didn't get to our room until after 6 in the evening. Flames shot out of my hair dryer when I tried to use it. I paid extra for a suite but didn't even use the sitting room because the fan was broken. The small air conditioner was in the bedroom. We had to keep the door closed so the bedroom would cool down enough for sleeping. The chair and loveseat were hard 1970s orange vinyl and extremely uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was underwhelming as well. Over a 4 day stay, we noticed only 5 total staff, with just 2 working most of the time. They are adding more rooms but should use the money to fix what they have. Would not recommend.

The property was fine, the price was good, and the area was safe, but housekeeping was a little subpar. One of the towels had other people’s hair all over it. It happens sometimes. The people at the desk were nice. The breakfast was fine. The coffee was good. We went to this part of Pennsylvania to visit Amish Country and Hershey. The hotel was convenient for a quick drive to Bird-in-Hand and Intercourse as well as Hershey Park with conveniences of gas and food nearby. I would stay again.

It was mostly nice but in the room there was some sloppiness. The drawer handle between the beds was dangling. An easy fix with a screwdriver. And there was plastic hanging from the side of one of the beds. Just looked sloppy and uncared for. Seemed like easy fixes that just weren’t done.

The suite takes a while to cool down as the AC is in the bedroom and uses a fan above the door to blow into the rest of the space. It’s ok, but an overworked AC created a massive puddle my first night.
I found it strange that the bathroom was cleaned daily but the bed was not straightened.
No cutlery in the kitchen and empty cans from previous guests in the cabinets. No table to eat on should you actually cook in the room.
Breakfast was ok, but they never replenished the hot options after 7:30 am so you are left without the hot food or scrapping the bottom. Even the waffle mix ran out one morning.

Well the room I got the bed wasn't a queen size bed. The table stands next to the bed were done vert poorly. The bathroom in the shower looks like someone put poop on the wall. And the door when come into the room doesn't close right. Over all this hotel doesn't take of there room's.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was focused and readily available to quickly respond to any questions or needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pillows were okay. I was happy that they were able to give us adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good. it had something for everyone. Although, my husband wished it would have had a bit more. The pool was fun!! Grandchildren were very happy and felt well treated by staff as well. Thank you so much for a nice stay, breakfast, pool and great hospitality!!
