All was good, until the charge you $15 for parking when you check out. Never mentioned when you check in. No need to charge for parking in this area. Just another way to get more money out of you. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were nice!

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a mobility room for my handicapped parents and upon check in they didn’t have one available! The toilet was so low it was hard to get on and off especially without grab bars! The beds were too hard as well. Not a pleasant stay overall.

Although the hotel was a good hotel, the parking was terrible because all the construction crew working on either this hotel or nearby places stayed at this hotel took up every other parking spot closest to the entry doors so I had to park closer to another hotel. Very inconvenient.
The morning breakfast was not even mid level. The eggs were fake eggs, and the danishes were old and dry. Coffee creamer in my room was old, curdled in my coffee. Coffee was out at 7am in the lobby, and when I told the front desk they looked at me like “how dare you”.

Hotel is under construction. Only one elevator was working, and we were at the opposite end of the hotel, near the construction. Will be nice when it is done. But didn’t appreciate my husband having to either walk stairs, or hike on his bad feet to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator. All handicap rooms should be near an elevator.

Stayed here for a business trip, paid nearly $400 for 2 nights which is fine but I would expect better than this from a Hilton.

Horrible experience staying at this hotel, On 8/3/24 my girlfriend and son took a shower and were both burned with scorching hot water! The room that we were booked with shower did not work. We contacted front desk at 8am regarding this issue and maintenance didn’t show up until 1:30pm. Apparently they went to buy the part for the shower for 5 hours, which was confusing because they never even showed up to the room to even identify what the issue was. We had an event to go to that we were late for. I had contract front desk multiple times to be exchanged to a different room. Horrible communication with the front desk, they did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend staying

This stay was super uncomfortable, very dirty, bed bugs , bed stains, molded shower, urine smelling carpet and bathroom. Please see photos I have attached. We paid for a suite but was not able to use the front bed because of how filthy is was so some of the children slept sleeping up.

Avoid this property if you have any disabilities.
We were told, upon arrival, we were on the 3rd floor, some distance from the front desk and the elevator. I ask the attendant where the carts were, because we have disabilities. She said she had no idea, that i would have to go around to the exits to look for one. I kid you not! I ended up having to schlep 5 loads up and down 4 flights of stairs.

Hotel room clean and good friendly service. Breakfast was so so. Basic breakfast. Pillows we so lumpy like they were old and washed a bunch. Our room was right by the basketball court and people played till 11 one night and 12 another. They were a large loud group. The second night they had super loud music till 10:45 then I called the front desk. They turned off the music but we’re still loud. Stay on the opposite side and I am sure there is no noise.

When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited a good 7 min before someone finally came out. When asked for extra towels, I was told to wait until 9 because that's when housekeeping staff comes in. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Checked in to this hotel and went to room where I found that room was broken into. Bed looked like it was just used, as well as bathroom. Went back to front desk and they did nothing to fix the situation. No more rooms were available and they did not try to put us in a sister hotel with available rooms. Front desk asked if they can just te clean the room that was just broken in to, for us to stay in. How is that ok or even safe???Horrible experience.

We stayed here about 4 years ago and it was a pleasant and clean facility. Not so now. The internet was almost nonexistent, the halls looked like they had not been vacuumed for weeks. The toilet/shower room smelled like sewer drain and the towels had hairs in them. This place needs an overhaul.

We had the 1 bedroom King Suite. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was nice having a full kitchen with toaster, as we were there 3 nights/4days and used every inch of the space provided.

We were visiting Lancaster for the 2nd year in a row for Softball All-Stars. We learned our lesson from the year before, that you get what you pay for. Homewood Suites by Hilton was such a great stay, it was quite, down the street from a Super Walmart and a Vallarta Market. It was relaxing to hangout in the room, while we waited to play our next game. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite was large. Kitchen cabinets could use a little tlc. I called before booking about the cost of the pet fee. The hotel number online connected me with a person in India but I thought I called the hotel directly. I asked what the cost is to have two dogs. The answer was $75.00 per accommodation. We get to the hotel and they wanted to charge $150.00. I had to find on their website that it shows $75.00 per accommodation then they agreed to charge that. It was a huge hassle.
