The hotel was beautiful, room well designed, but cleaning and supplies ware not as aspected. No shampoo, the sofa under cushions was full of toys, nuts,..

The stay itself was good, based on location and the amenities of pool/hot tub, breakfast, and the staff experience. However the rooms were a bit run down, the window screens had rips in them, the windows weren't properly on the tracks, the blackout curtains had holes, the couch wasnt very comfortable and the cabinet in one of the bathrooms was held on with velcro which kept falling down.
Daniel
1- bathroom door doesnt close
2- toilet bowl makes high pitch noise at night, couldnt sleep-staff not helpful
3- no soap to wash-dispenser empty
4- horrible stay and all we got was 20$ off

Clean, good service

We booked the studio room and loved pretty much everything about it. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, along with a microwave and a dishwasher. There’s also a work desk. The queen bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was okay; not ideal for little kids as there are sharp edges once you open it. Apart from that we had a great experience! Amazing stuff as well.
William
Clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen well equipped.
Peter
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The sofa bed was unmade and they didn't supply any bedding when we called down to front desk. We actually had to go down and get it. As well, the sofa bed was so old, broken down, and uncomfortable, they shouldn't be allowed to advertise it as a bed. Will never go there again.
David
Wondeful breakfast
Chanelle
Great clean room, check in was a breeze as i had booked through hotels.ca, the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful
Collison
Great location, clean room, super quiet and we will stay again on our trips North.
Douglas
The hotel in general was ok - our room needs updating - the toilet tank has a leak so it refills every 30min or so - very annoying in the middle of the night - the AC unit is loud, there are burnt stains or something on the carpet - the pull out couch is not comfortable at all - overall - the accommodations seem tired and need of a refresh
Mary
Great location. Beautiful rooms
paul
Nice place nice staff however a bit expensive considering proximity to city centre of Toronto.
Leonard
The grounds that provide for outdoor relaxation could use a bit of attention- some TLC.
Mary
Property was very clean and easy to navigate.
Breakfast was good - appreciated the provision of authentic maple syrup.

1. Bathroom door did not stay closed; we had to use waste basket to block it.
2. Per an info sheet in the room, cleaning \"for guests staying 3 or more nights, [is] on every other day basis\". This means, according to the front desk, that you have to stay 3 nights before you get any cleaning. So, for someone staying 3 nights, there will be cleaning but only after you have checked out! What a joke.

Spotless. Very clean without the usual terrible hotel perfume. Convenient.
Devan
I appreciated free parking and early check in
Adam
The room thermostat was not functioning, pull out couch was horrendous and not usable. With some updates this hotel would reach the typical Marriott standard we are used to.
Staff were great and helpful within their control. The room was clean and kitchen stocked well. Breakfast on site had a good selection of both hot and cold options.

No service from cleaning staff at all. We had to request dry/clean towels multiple times. Had overflowing garbages and even when asked if they could clean the room, they agreed but still gave no service. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Lisa
great place will go again, lots of space and comfy room
Michael
The location was perfect, easy to access and near the highway. Numerous places to eat close by within walking distance. Pet friendly facility - fee required. The room provided was very close to an exit door when was great for the dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Mallory
The location was great, just off the 401 and a short drive to the GO station. It made getting to and from Union Station and the Jays game pretty easy! The bed was a bit broken in… it was tough to share because we were both rolling into the middle, but that’s the only complaint I have. The breakfast was good, room was clean and the staff were all very friendly.
Wendy
Wonderful for kids. Pool open late, great variety at breakfast.

My client recently stayed at the Whitby location and had an absolutely amazing experience. the front desk staff was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment he arrived. The room was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and had everything he needed for a great stay. Thanks to the whole team included the Kitchen Staff.

Water was dripping in room. So dirty rooms. Bathroom door wasn’t working.
Clive
Staff were wonderful. Breakfast room was very busy and full seating but good selection of hot and cold items
Julie
Breakfast was cold, and some of the food was overdone and hard. It was very crowded and long waits. Not much wearing room for families.
The rooms are dated, the bed was quite soft and sagged way more on one side.

Front desk staff very quick to Reply to needs. Needs a new couch bed tho
Brad
Pros: it was quiet. Room was clean. Good breakfast
Cons: couch in the room was hard and sloped when you sat on it. Sofa bed was pretty bad. Felt like holes in the support and the mattress was thin and a bit beat up

Nice breakfast. Big renovated room and free parking was a nice touch
Carolyn
We only stayed one night and it was disappointing. They do not stock kettles in rooms, but told us we could boil water in a pot for tea.
The pull out sofa was so bad that one of our children slept on the floor on a camping mat and we had and another child put a sheet on the sofa as is and slept there. Several of the lamps would not turn on and several outlets didn't work. The toilet seat broke too during our stay. We've had a good history with Residence Inns. I was surprised at this. Since we had booked with Expedia (3rd party), no compensation for all these inconveniences was offered when we reported things to staff.

Our only negative was the comfort of the mattresses. We did not sleep well.

Great brea

We stayed one night as were visiting for a kids soccer tournament.
We were upgraded to a suite with a separate room and it was good!
The attention was great, and breakfast included was also good for our family.
The obvious thing I may suggest is to improve the sofa bed.
It was impossible to sleep on it, maybe a more sturdy mattress would improve it.
But other than that, it’s a great hotel for what we needed.

Broken toilet paper so paper on the top of toilet
Erica
Great hotel with everything you need. Gym was very small but good enough to get a quick workout in. Great selection and variety at breakfast too.
Joseph
The breakfast was nice.
Jason
Breakfast every morning was cold and under cooked
Jordan
Parking was free and great lots of room. Hotel and rooms were nice. Pool and hottin were great. Location was awesome right off the highway 401.
Only issue i can say is the breakfast area and location. It was so small and tight. Not good flow with other people also tryiing to get food. Sitting area was small too if alot of people are there. Gettig the food was extremely small, no room to moce around.

The staff and the inside and the breakfast was great. But the outside was okay and it smelled a lot like pot.

Great check-in great room great parking
Thank you

Pet haven— property has a smell; so many pets I would not DARE try the buffet style breakfast. Additionally, the layout is convoluted and inconvenient. Lights out in certain areas of the kitchen; broken remote control; poor service from staff. Will not be returning.
Maurice
I have stayed here before and really enjoyed the location. The only complaints I have are that the only meat for breakfast was sausage. When you stay for 4 days, it's nice to see a variety. The other was that the hot tub was closed. Again this was minor. Someone mentioned there was glass in there. I appreciate the closure for safety and the prompt reopening of it.
Stacy
We had a good time. The room was clean and nice. Our check-in experience wasn't the greatest though. The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time
Arnold
The room was clean and neat. Unfortunately the door on the hall closet was loose and didn’t close well. The door on the bedroom didn’t close because the hinges were not aligned properly. The toilet roll holder was broken.
The continental breakfast was good. Plenty of food. Pool was ok. Early swim so maybe hadn’t been cleaned from previous day making it a little cloudy. Staff were kind and helpful when we asked for assistance.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location close to the highway and the in-room kitchen, as we needed a comfortable place to stay while work was being done in our home.
Check-in was quick and seamless, and thanks to Ravi’s excellent service, we were settled in in no time.
The room was clean and exactly what we needed.
There were plenty of electrical outlets, which made it very convenient to charge all our devices, including phones, laptops, a Switch, and a PS5.
The kitchen was a standout feature, with what appeared to be brand-new appliances and a great amount of space.
The dresser and closet were very helpful in keeping our belongings organized for our family of four during our four-night stay.
We also appreciated the layout of the bathroom, with the sink located outside of the shower and toilet area. This made it much more functional and convenient for multiple people to use.
Breakfast was enjoyable, especially on the days when bacon was served (alternating with sausage).
There were plenty of options, and I especially loved the waffles and the variety of toppings.
Overall, thank you for making our stay comfortable and helping us maintain our daily routines while being away from home.

The breakfast menu was good with hot eggs and bacon. The sauces for the potatoes were really tasty.

Everything was good other than the shower that was just warm and I couldn’t get it to hot.

The property is in great condition, the breakfast options were greater than I thought and the cleanliness of the room was definitely top notch. Overall a wonderful stay.

Overall the hotel is nice, friendly front staff and clean. The complimentary breakfast is great!
We have stayed here multiple times and were sadly disappointed in the pool. It was freezing to the point of being unable to use it. The hottub was even cold with pieces of the hottub coming to the surface.
Some maintenance and upgrades are required at this point for the pool.

Room was clean and well stocked. Toilets were too low to be comfortable for a senior and it did not flush properly right from the beginning.
David
Couch pull out not worth using. Couch was older and stained.

It's a lovely hotel. The suite was very nice. However the sofa bed mattress was absolutley terrible, shameful for a hotel really. There was a very large very loud party happening on the second floor we started hearing it around 7:00pm and I ended up having to call down around 11:30pm to ask the staff when they would ask them to stop. I was there with my two year old. I would have hoped staff would have asked it to stop on their own. It wasn't until shortly after midnight that the party stopped. Although a lovely space terrible bed and no noise contral made for a not very relaxing stay. But eh you want to have a raging party this could be your place doesn't seem like staff cares about noise control.

Room was very clean, smart TV was ready for use and logged in with a message welcoming us by name. Linens fresh. Staff were very friend and check in was super quick and easy. Areas that could have been tweaked for the best experience: the eggs and hashbrowns and coffee at breakfast buffet were cold when we got food at 7:30am. The warming stations did not appear to have heat under them. We also had no shower soap in our room. Minor things that could have made things that much better.

We enjoy this hotel however the pool was cold and the hot tub was a little warmer than your bathtub water. Went to get a coffee at around 4pm on Sat and it was cold, good thing their was a micro in the room. The morning breakfast was good except the coffee was cold. Having a micro in the breakfast area would be an asset.
